Konvektoren sind Heizkörper, die aus Heizrohren mit aufgefädelten Lamellen, dem sogenannten Wärmeregister bestehen, die mit einer für die Funktion wesentlichen Verkleidung versehen sind, wobei die Konvektoren auf geeigneten Tragevorrichtungen und/oder Konsolen ruhen. Die Verkleidung soll dabei weitestgehend die Wärmeabgabe durch Strahlung vermindern, aber fast ausschließlich die Wärmeabgabe durch Konvektion fördern. Die Heizrohre selbst weisen unterschiedliche Längen und Querschnittsformen auf. Die darauf dicht beieinander aufgefädelten Lamellen zum Vergrößern der äußeren Heizfläche und Erhöhen des Wärmeüberganges werden entweder mechanisch oder durch Verzinken befestigt. Grundsätzlich unterscheidet man bei Konvektoren zwischen solchen mit natürlicher (statische Konvektoren) und solchen mit Zwangsumwälzung (Gebläsekonvektoren). Für den Anschluss der Konvektoren mit Wärmeregistern an die Anschlussleitungen einer Heizungsanlage für Zentral- und/oder Fernwärme sind verschiedene Anschlussvarianten möglich. Dies ist auch abhängig davon, ob es sich um einen Anschluss mit Ventilausführung oder einen Standard - Kompaktanschluss handelt. Die Konvektoren ruhen, wie bereits erwähnt auf mehr oder weniger geeigneten Tragevorrichtungen oder Konsolen und werden meist über die Verkleidung der Konvektoren mit diesen befestigt. Von Vorteil ist, dass die horizontal im rechten Winkel vom Heizregister weggebogene Seite T- förmig ausgebildet ist. - Convector heater body according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the side (8) that is angled horizontally at right angles away from the heating element (3) includes a slot-shaped opening (9) for accommodating connecting pipes and/or fittings (10).
- Convector heater body according to one of the abovementioned claims, characterised in that means (11) are provided for securing and/or connecting to the cladding (2) of the radiator (1) and/or of the heating element (3).
- Convector heater body according to claim 4, characterised in that between the cladding (2) and the heating element (3) and/or the profile (4) and at least one heating pipe (7) of the heating element (3) there is provided at least one thermally expanding element (12, 13).
- Convector heater body according to claims 4 and 5, characterised in that between the cladding (2) and the heating element (3) there is provided a sliding element (12).
- Convector heater body according to one of claims 4 to 6, characterised in that between the profile (4) and at least one heating pipe (7) of the heating coil (3) there is provided a slide clip (13).
- Convector heater body according to claim 6, characterised in that the sliding element (12) includes a slot-shaped recess (12.1) and locking means (12.2) for adaptation to the cladding (2) or respectively to the heating element (3).
- Convector heater body according to claim 2, characterised in that the slide clip (13) includes a recess (13.1) for accommodating the heating pipes (7) in a locking manner.
