Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Führungsprofil für Konvektoren, sowie einen mit mindestens einem Führungsprofil ausgerüsteten Konvektor, der vorzugsweise in einem Zentralheizungssystem verwendet wird, wobei der Anschluss an die Vor- und Rücklaufleitungen des Heizungssystems kompakt oder in Ventilausführung erfolgt.
Konvektoren sind Heizkörper, die aus Heizrohren mit aufgefädelten Lamellen, dem sogenannten Wärmeregister bestehen, die mit einer für die Funktion wesentlichen Verkleidung versehen sind, wobei die Konvektoren auf geeigneten Tragevorrichtungen und/oder Konsolen ruhen. Die Verkleidung soll dabei weitestgehend die Wärmeabgabe durch Strahlung vermindern, aber fast ausschließlich die Wärmeabgabe durch Konvektion fördern. Die Heizrohre selbst weisen die unterschiedlichsten Längen und Querschnittsformen auf. Die darauf dicht beieinander aufgefädelten Lamellen zum Vergrößern der äußeren Heizfläche und Erhöhen des Wärmeüberganges werden entweder mechanisch oder durch Verzinken befestigt. Grundsätzlich unterscheidet man bei Konvektoren zwischen solchen mit natürlicher (statische Konvektoren) und solchen mit Zwangsumwälzung (Gebläsekonvektoren). Für den Anschluss der Konvektoren mit Wärmeregistern an die Anschlussleitungen einer Heizungsanlage für Zentral- und/oder Fernwärme sind verschiedenste Anschlussvarianten möglich. Dies ist auch abhängig davon, ob es sich um einen Anschluss mit Ventilausführung oder einen Standard - Kompaktanschluss handelt. Die Konvektoren ruhen, wie bereits erwähnt auf mehr oder weniger geeigneten Tragevorrichtungen oder Konsolen und werden meist über die Verleidung der Konvektoren mit diesen befestigt. Bei der Montage und der Verrohrung kann es zu Verspannungen und zum Verdrehen des Wärmeregisters kommen. Insbesondere bei größeren Rohrlängen erhöht sich die Gefahr der Instabilität der Konvektoren. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten verkleideten Heizkörper liegt darin, dass beim Erwärmen und Abkühlen des Heizkörpers infolge der starren Befestigung Vorspannungen auftreten, welche zu unerwünschten Geräuschentwicklungen führen können.
Ausgehend von dieser Problemlage liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die zur Befestigung der Verkleidung an einem Konvektor verwendeten Elemente dahingehend zu verbessern, dass Verspannungen und ein Verdrehen des Wärmeregisters bei der Montage und der Verrohrung weitestgehend verhindert werden kann. Außerdem sollen die beim Erwärmen und Abkühlen des Heizkörpers infolge der starren Befestigung auftretenden Vorspannungen, welche zu unerwünschten Geräuschentwicklunge vermieden werden.

Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der Konvektorheizkörper mit einem Führungsprofil ausgestattet wird, welches mit dem Heizregister des Konvektorheizkörpers und dessen Verkleidung in lösbarer Verbindung steht und an mindestens einer Seite des Heizkörpers angeordnet ist, wobei dass das Profil rechtwinklig gebogen ist und mit der vertikalen Seite an das Heizregister ansetzbar ist. Auf dieser dem Heizregister zugewandten Seite des Profils sind Öffnungen zur Aufnahme der Heizrohre vorgesehen, wobei die horizontal im rechten Winkel vom Heizregister weggebogene Seite Öffnungen zur Aufnahme von Anschlussrohren und/oder Garnituren aufweist. Von Vorteil ist, dass die horizontal im rechten Winkel vom Heizregister weggebogene Seite T- förmig ausgebildet ist. Damit ist ein optimaler Materialeinsatz und ein guter Zugang zur Garnitur des Heizkörpers verbunden.
Das erfindungsgemäße Profil ist in hervorragender Weise zur Führung und Verdrehsicherung der Heizrohre des Konvektors geeignet. Weiterhin können darüber Montagekräfte (Drehmomente) besonders vorteilhaft aufgenommen werden. Das Profil dient der Verbindung des Wärmetauschers mit der Verkleidung und stellt eine kompakte vorgefertigte Einheit dar, welche kurze Montagezeiten ermöglicht. Das Profil dient damit auch der Stabilisierung des gesamten Heizkörpers. In einer weiteren Ausführung der Erfindung ist es von Vorteil, dass das Führungsprofil zwischen der Verkleidung und dem Heizregister und/oder dem Profil und mindestens einem Heizrohr des Heizregisters mit mindestens einem Wärmeausdehungselement, insbesondere einem Gleitelement oder einem Gleitclip versehen ist.
Das Gleitelement weist dazu eine schlitzförmige Ausnehmung und ein Rastmittel zur Anpassung an die Verkleidung bzw. dem Heizregister auf. Der Gleitclip ist dafür mit einer Ausnehmung zur rastförmigen Aufnahme der Heizrohre versehen. Damit können die beim Erwärmen und Abkühlen des Heizkörpers infolge der starren Befestigung auftretenden Vorspannungen, welche zu unerwünschten Geräuschentwicklungen führen, weitestgehend vermieden werden.
Zum Umfang der Erfindung gehört auch ein Konvektorheizkörper mit einem Heizregister und einer das Heizregister umgebenden Verkleidung, der mit mindestens einem Führungsprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Merkmale ausgerüstet ist und damit mit allen oben ausgeführten erfindungsgemäßen Vorteilen ausgerüstet ist.
