Claims (16)

  1. Fachbildungsvorrichtung an einer Jacquard-Webmaschine, wobei die Vorrichtung bewegliche Platinen (13) umfasst, die jede von einem Messer (14) zwischen einer Stellung des oberen Totpunkts, bei der oder in deren Nähe jede Platine von einer Auswahlvorrichtung (15, 16) festgelegt werden kann, und einer Position des unteren Totpunkts bewegt werden, wobei jede bewegliche Platine einen Körper (20) umfasst, der mit einer Nase (202) versehen ist, die vorgesehen ist, an dem Messer in Abstützung zu kommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Platine (13) darüber hinaus eine metallische Klinge (21) umfasst, die dazu dient, mit der Auswahlvorrichtung (15, 16) zu interagieren, und die an dem Körper (20) mit der Möglichkeit der relativen Auslenkung (F3) in Bezug auf den Körper in einer Zone (203) des Körpers befestigt ist, die in Bezug auf eine Zone (204) des Körpers, von der sich die Nase (202) erstreckt, entgegengesetzt zur Auswahlvorrichtung liegt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (20) aus Kunststoff besteht und um einen Bereich (211) der Klinge gespritzt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (20) derart biegsam ist, dass er sich an einen möglichen Fehler der relativen Position oder der Parallelität der jeweiligen Pfade des Körpers und des Messers (14), an dem seine Nase (202) sich abstützt, anpassen kann.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (21) geeignet ist, auf einen beweglichen Hebel (16) der Auswahlvorrichtung eine Kraft (F6) der Anlage an einen Elektromagneten (15) zur Steuerung der Schwenkung des Hebels auszuüben.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (21) mit einem Fenster (213) zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Bereichs des Körpers (20) versehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (21) mit mindestens einer Öffnung (216) für den Eingriff einer Auswahlnase (311) versehen ist, die zu der Auswahlvorrichtung (15, 16) gehört.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (21) zwei Seiten (212, 212') aufweist, die geeignet sind, in Nuten (10b) eines Gehäuses (10) zur Aufnahme und zur translatorischen Führung der beweglichen Platine (13) zu gleiten, wobei der Körper (20) so in Bezug auf das Gehäuse positioniert ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (10b) in der Nähe der Auswahlvorrichtung (15, 16) sich zum Äußeren des Gehäuses (10) erweitert oder dahin mündet.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Auswahlvorrichtung mindestens einen Rückhaltehebel (16) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel eine metallische Bewehrung (30), die geeignet ist, mit dem Elektromagneten (15) für die Steuerung der Position des Hebels zu interagieren, und einen nichtmagnetischen Bereich (31) aufweist, der ein Relief (311) bildet und geeignet ist, mit der metallischen Klinge (21) zusammenzuarbeiten und der an der Bewehrung befestigt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückhaltehebel (16) schwenkbar um eine feste Achse (10a) montiert ist, von der er sich in dem Betriebszustand der Vorrichtung im Wesentlichen nach unten erstreckt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückhaltehebel (16) mit mindestens einem Ablenker (161, 162) versehen ist, der geeignet ist, eine Kammer nach außen hin zu isolieren, in der die Zone (Z1) der Interaktion zwischen der Bewehrung (30) und dem Elektromagneten (15) angeordnet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder einer der Ablenker (162) sich beidseitig eines Hauptteils (16a) des Hebels (16) erstreckt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder einer der Ablenker (162) zwischen der Kammer (Z1) und der benachbart zu dem Hebel (16) liegenden Platine (13) angeordnet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückhaltehebel (16) schwenkbar um eine in Bezug auf ein Gehäuse (10), das den Elektromagneten (15) von der äußeren Umgebung isoliert, feststehende Achse (10a) montiert ist, wobei der Rückhaltehebel sich sowohl in das Innere des als auch nach außen zum Gehäuse erstreckt, wobei Dichtmittel (10e) zwischen dem Gehäuse und einem im Wesentlichen zur Achse zentrierten kreisförmigen Bereich (305) des Rückhaltehebels vorgesehen sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Auswahlvorrichtung einen Elektromagneten aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromagnet (15) in eine der Seite eines Gehäuses (10) zur Trennung und Führung der Halteplatine (13) gegossen ist.
