Claims (10)

  1. Fachbildungsvorrichtung (7) an einer Jacquard-Webmaschine (M), wobei diese Vorrichtung bewegliche Haken (13) umfasst, die jeder von einem Messer (14) zwischen einer Position des oberen Totpunkts, in der oder in deren Nähe jeder Haken durch eine Auswahlvorrichtung (15, 16) festgelegt werden kann, und einer Position des unteren Totpunkts bewegt werden, wobei jeder bewegliche Haken einen mit einer Nase (202), die vorgesehen ist, in Abstützung auf dem entsprechenden Messer zu kommen, versehenen Körper (20) und eine flexible Klinge (21) umfasst, die an dem Körper mit der Möglichkeit des relativen Ausschlages (F3) befestigt ist und dazu dient, mit einem Rückhaltehebel (16) zusammenzuwirken, der zu der Auswahlvorrichtung gehört, wobei der Auswahlhebel eine Rampe (313) für das Gleiten eines Bereichs (214) der elastischen Klinge bildet, wenn der Haken in der Nähe seiner Position des oberen Totpunkts bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitrampe des Auswahlhebels in der Art gebildet wird, dass die parallel zur Richtung der Verschiebung (X-X') des beweglichen Hakens (13) liegende Komponente (FA + FB + FC) der resultierenden der Kräfte (RA, RB, RC), die auf die flexible Klinge (21) aufgebracht werden, wenn diese in Kontakt mit der Rampe (313) in der Nähe des oberen Totpunkts ihres Weges und zu Beginn ihrer Abwärtsbewegung (F14) ist, nach unten gerichtet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (313) sich gemäß einer mittleren Richtung (D313) erstreckt, die einen Winkel (β, βA, βB) zwischen 5 und 15° in Bezug auf die Richtung (X-X') der Verschiebung des Hakens (13) bildet und dass die Rampe (313) mit Wellen (313a, 313b) versehen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (313) sich gemäß einer mittleren Richtung (D313) erstreckt, die einen Winkel (β, βA, βB) zwischen 8 und 15° in Bezug auf die Richtung (X-X') der Verschiebung des Hakens (13) bildet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (313) gekrümmt ist mit Tangenten, die in Bezug auf die Richtung der Verschiebung des Hakens (X-X') Winkel zwischen 5 und 15° bilden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkel zwischen den Tangenten zur Rampe und der Richtung der Verschiebung des Hakens zwischen 8 und 12° liegen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (313) mit Wellen (313a, 313b) versehen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (313) sich in einen unteren Bereich der Rampe (313A), dessen mittlere Richtung (D313A) einen ersten Winkel (βA) mit der Richtung (X-X') der Verschiebung des Hakens (13) bildet, und einem oberen Teil der Rampe (313B) aufteilt, der über dem unteren Teil der Rampe liegt und dessen mittlere Richtung (D313B) einen zweiten Winkel (βB) mit der Richtung der Verschiebung des Hakens bildet, wobei der zweite Winkel (βB) einen größeren Wert als der Wert des ersten Winkels (βA) hat.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Winkel (βA) einen Wert zwischen 5 und 12° aufweist, während der zweite Winkel (βB) einen Wert zwischen 7 und 15° hat.
  9. Webmaschine (M), ausgerüstet mit einer Vorrichtung zur Fachbildung (7) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
  10. Verfahren zur Auswahl von beweglichen Haken (13) einer Vorrichtung zur Fachbildung (7) an einer Jacquard-Webmaschine (M), wobei diese Vorrichtung bewegliche Haken (13) umfasst, die jeder von einem Messer (14) zwischen einer Position des oberen Totpunkts, in der oder in deren Nähe jeder Haken durch eine Auswahlvorrichtung (15, 16) festgelegt werden kann, und einer Position des unteren Totpunkts bewegt werden, wobei jeder bewegliche Haken einen mit einer Nase (202), die vorgesehen ist, in Abstützung auf dem entsprechenden Messer zu kommen, versehenen Körper (20) und eine flexible Klinge (21) umfasst, die an dem Körper mit der Möglichkeit des relativen Ausschlages (F3) befestigt ist und dazu dient, mit einem Rückhaltehebel (16) zusammenzuwirken, der zu der Auswahlvorrichtung gehört, wobei der Auswahlhebel eine Rampe (313) für das Gleiten eines Bereichs (214) der elastischen Klinge bildet, wenn der Haken in der Nähe seiner Position des oberen Totpunkts bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, mit Hilfe des Auswahlhebels (16) und auf die elastische Klinge (21) jedes Hakens, wenn sie in der Nähe des oberen Totpunktes ihres Weges zu Beginn ihrer Abwärtsbewegung ist, eine individuelle Kraft (RC) auszuüben, deren parallel zur Richtung X-X') der Verschiebung des Hakens (13) liegende Komponente (FC) nach unten gerichtet ist und deren Stärke größer als die Stärke der Reibkräfte (FA, FB) ist, die von der Klinge ertragen werden.
