- Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Trocknen einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere Tissuebahn mit einer Trockentrommel und einem Luftkreislauf , dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Trockentrommel (1) einen Trommelmantel (12) mit einem perforierten Zylindermantel (20) aufweist, der mit radialen Stützringen (21) zur Abstützung versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylindermantel (20) gelocht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Längsrippen (22) in axialer Richtung vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsrippen (22) voneinander in einem Abstand (a) zwischen 40 und 80 mm angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsrippen (22) sowohl mit den radialen Stützringen (21), als auch mit dem perforierten Zylindermantel (20) verschweißt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsrippen (22) im Bereich der Zylinderränder lediglich mit dem äußersten radialen Stützring (24) verschweißt sind, wobei der äußerste radiale Stützring (24) nicht mit dem Zylindermantel (20) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den äußersten radialen Stützringen (24) jeweils ein umlaufender Ring (25) befestigt ist, der sich von den Flanschen (26) bis zum Papierbahnrand hin erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umlaufende Ring (25) ein Lochmuster aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Stabilisierung des Trommelmantels (12) an den Stirnseiten Deckel (15, 16) vorgesehen sind, die mit dem Trommelmantel (12) verschraubt sind.
