Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einbauanordnung eines Aufzugsantriebes in einem Aufzugsschacht, wobei eine Tragsäule vorgesehen ist, die sich durch den Aufzugsschacht bis zum Boden einer Schachtgrube erstreckt, und wobei an der Tragsäule eine Führungsschiene für eine Aufzugskabine und eine Führungsschiene für ein Gegengewicht angeordnet ist.The invention relates to an installation arrangement of an elevator drive in an elevator shaft, wherein a support column is provided which extends through the elevator shaft to the bottom of a pit, and wherein a guide rail for an elevator car and a guide rail for a counterweight is arranged on the support column.

In den Fig. 1 bis 3 ist mit 1 eine Tragsäule bezeichnet, die sich durch einen Aufzugsschacht 2 bis zum Boden einer nicht weiter dargestellten Schachtgrube erstreckt und beispielsweise aus einem Vierkant-Hohlprofil besteht. An der Tragsäule 1 werden eine Führungsschiene 3 für eine Aufzugskabine 4 und eine Führungsschiene 5 für ein Gegengewicht 6 mittels Klammern 7 gehalten. Zweite Führungsschienen 8, 9 der Aufzugskabine 4 bzw. des Gegengewichtes 6 sind über Halter 10 an den Wänden des Aufzugsschachtes 2 befestigt. Die an der Tragsäule 1 gehaltenen Führungsschienen 3, 5 erstrecken sich wie die Tragsäule 1 bis zum Boden der Schachtgrube. Ein Aufzugsantrieb 13 ist auf einer am oberen Ende der Tragsäule 1 befestigten Grundplatte 20 montiert. Diese weist in einem die zugeordneten Führungsschienen 3 und/oder 5 überdeckenden Bereich Gewindelöcher 21 zur Aufnahme der Stellschrauben 14 auf. Somit kann die Grundplatte zusätzlich über Stellschrauben 14 auf den Führungsschienen 3, 5 abgestützt werden, so dass die auf den Aufzugsantrieb 13 wirkenden vertikalen Belastungen sowohl über die Führungsschienen 3,5 als auch über die Tragsäule 1 auf den Boden der Schachtgrube übertragen werden. In Fig. 3 A ist vergrössert dargestellt, wie eine der Stellschrauben 14 mit ihrem Gewindeteil 14.1 im Innengewinde des Gewindeloches 21 sitzt und sich mit ihrem Schaft 14.2 auf die Führungsschiene 3 stützt. Durch Drehen der Stellschrauben 14 mit Hilfe ihres Innensechskants 14.3 kann die durch sie auf die Führungsschiene 3 übertragene Last auf einfache Weise am Montageort des Aufzugs eingestellt werden. Anstelle des Innensechskants kann der Schaft 14.2 der Stellschraube 14 auch einen mit einem Gabelschlüssel zu betätigenden Aussenvier- oder -sechskant aufweisen. Die Angriffsflächen für die Schraubenschlüssel liegen an den Enden der Stellschraube, damit ein möglichst langer Stellweg erzielt wird.An
Eine Traverse 15 stützt sich mit dem einen Ende auf der zweiten Führungsschiene 9 des Gegengewichtes 6 und mit dem anderen Ende am Aufzugsantrieb 13 ab. An der Traverse 15 sind Förderseile 16 befestigt, die über am Gegengewicht 6 gelagerte Umlenkrollen 17, eine Ablenkrolle 18 und eine Treibscheibe 19 des Aufzugsantriebes 13 zur Aufzugskabine 4 führen.A
Claims (4)
- Assembly arrangement of a lift drive in a lift shaft, wherein a support column (1) is provided, which extends through the lift shaft (2) to the base of a shaft pit, wherein a guide rail (3) for a lift cage (4) and a guide rail (5) for a counterweight (6) are arranged at the support column (4) and wherein the guide rails (3, 5) extend through the lift shaft (2) to the base of the shaft pit, characterised in that the lift drive (13) is supported on the upper ends of the support column (1) and the guide rails (3, 5) so that the load of the lift drive (13) is transmitted to the base of the shaft pit not only by way of the guide rails (3, 5), but also by way of the support column (1), wherein the lift drive (13) is supported by way of setting screws (14) with adjustable setting force on the guide rails (3, 5).
- Assembly arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the lift drive (13) is mounted on a base plate (20) which has in a region covered by the associated guide rails (3, 5) threaded holes (21) for reception of the setting screws (14).
- Assembly arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that headless screws or hexagonal screws facing, by the head, the guide rails are used as setting screws.
- Assembly arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the support column (1) consists of a square hollow profile.
