Claims (10)
- Anlange zum Ablängen von Metallstäben (B), insbesondere Stäben für die Armierung von Beton, enthaltend wenigstens eine ebene Oberfläche (50), die die Stäbe (B) aufnimmt, und Zuführ- und Schneideinrichtungen (52,520), die die auf eine gewünschte Länge abzulängenden Stäbe (B) auf die wenigstens eine ebene Oberfläche (50) zuführen, wobei diese Einrichtungen eine erste Einheit (520) zum Geraderichten, Zuführen und Ablängen aufweist, die dazu eingerichtet ist, mit auf Rollen gewickelten Stäben zu arbeiten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen eine zweite Zuführ- und Schneideinheit (52) enthalten, die dazu eingerichtet ist, mit geraden Stäben zu arbeiten, dass die ersten und zweiten Einheiten (52,520) an den entgegengesetzten Enden der vorgenannten wenigstens einen ebenen Oberfläche (50) angeordnet sind, die die Stäbe (B) aufnimmt, und dass die ebene Oberfläche durch einen Kanal an einer Werkbank bestimmt ist, die von den zwei entgegengesetzten Enden mittels der ersten Einheit (520) oder der zweiten Einheit (52) beschickt werden kann, oder durch zwei oder mehr parallele Kanäle gebildet ist, die an einer Werkbank eingerichtet sind und jeweils durch die zwei Zuführeinheiten (52,520), die an den einander entgegengesetzten Enden der Werkbank angeordnet sind, beschickt werden. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Anlage zum Ablängen und Biegen ist, enthaltend auch eine oder mehrere Biegeeinheiten (22) benachbart zu oder an einer Stelle entsprechend der wenigstens einen ebenen Oberfläche (50), wobei diese Biegeeinheiten dazu bestimmt sind, die zu biegenden, abgelängten Stäbe (B) aufzunehmen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Ausführen mehrerer Biegungen an unterschiedlichen Stellen der Stäbe Einrichtungen zum Aufprägen einer Relativbewegung zwischen den Stäben und den Biegeeinheiten (22) in Längsrichtung der Stäbe vorgesehen sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen zum Aufprägen einer Relativbewegung eine Bewegung der Biegeeinheiten (22) in Längsrichtung steuern.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen zum Aufprägen einer Relativbewegung eine Bewegung der Stäbe in Längsrichtung steuern.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kanäle auf gleichem Höhenniveau liegen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kanäle auf unterschiedlichen Höhenniveaus angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Ablängen von Metallstäben (B), insbesondere Stäben (B) für die Armierung von Beton, das eine Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 verwendet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geraden Stäbe und die Stäbe von Rollen nacheinander auf die wenigsten eine ebene Oberfläche (50) vom einen oder anderen Ende derselben zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geraden Stäbe und die von Rollen kommenden Stäbe gleichzeitig auf parallele ebene Aufnahmeflächen (50) von entgegengesetzten Enden derselben zugeführt werden.
