Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de frisage à refoulement d'un fil multifilaire synthétique (4) avec une buse convoyeuse (1), qui comprend un canal (3) de fil pour guider et convoyer le fil (4) et avec un bac à refoulement (2) agencé sur l'extrémité du canal (3) de fil pour former et recevoir un bouchon de fil (13), le bac à refoulement contenant un orifice d'entrée (5) de fil et un orifice de sortie de bouchon (6) et qui contient entre l'orifice d'entrée du fil (5) et l'orifice de sortie de bouchon (6) une section (7.1) avec une paroi de chambre perméable au gaz (8), caractérisé en ce que la paroi de chambre perméable au gaz (8) est formée par une multiplicité de lamelles (9) agencées de façon annulaire à faible distance les unes aux autres et présente une surface de friction (14) en un matériau résistant à l'usure sur la face intérieure tournée vers le bouchon de fil (13), dans quel cas les surfaces de contact contactées par le fil à l'intérieur de la buse convoyeuse (1) sont formées au moins partiellement d'un matériau résistant à l'usure en forme d'un revêtement ou en forme d'un matériau céramique.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de friction (14) est formée par un revêtement (19) appliqué sur la surface de la paroi de chambre (8).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de chambre (8) consiste en un matériau céramique qui forme la surface de friction (14) sur la surface de la paroi de chambre (8).
  4.   8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la buse convoyeuse (1) a un insert de guidage (22.3) formant l'orifice de sortie (24) du canal de fil (3), lequel insert de guidage (22.3) forme un canal de sortie (25) aligné en prolongement du canal de fil (3) et en ce que l'insert de guidage (22.1) est fabriqué d'un matériau céramique ou porte un revêtement sur sa surface.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la buse convoyeuse (1) a un insert de guidage (22.2) formant l'entrée d'air (16) dans le canal de fil (3), lequel insert de guidage (22.3) forme un canal de guidage (26) aligné en prolongement du canal de fil (3) et en ce que l'insert de guidage (22.1) est fabriqué d'un matériau céramique ou porte un revêtement sur sa surface.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'insert de guidage (22.2) comprend un insert (27) formant l'admission du canal de guidage (26), lequel insert (27) forme un canal d'entrée (28) aligné en prolongement du canal de guidage (26) et en ce que l'insert de guidage (27) est fabriqué d'un matériau céramique ou porte un revêtement sur sa surface.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen convoyeur (29) et/ou un dispositif de refroidissement (30) sont agencés en aval du bac à refoulement (2) en direction de trajet du fil et en ce que le moyen convoyeur (29) et le dispositif de refroidissement (30) ont un revêtement sur les surfaces de contact (37, 38) contactées par le bouchon de fil.
