Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Auftragen eines viskosen Materials, insbesondere eines Dichtmittels wie etwa Silikon, entlang einer Auftragungsbahn, bei welchem Verfahren mindestens eine Düse entlang der Auftragungsbahn gegenüber einzelnen Elementen bewegt wird, und das viskose Material von einem das Material enthaltenden Behälter (3) auf eine Düse (4) überführt wird, wovon es von erwähnter Düse (4) in einer längsverlaufenden Fuge (6) entlang der Auftragungsbahn mittels eines auf das viskose Material ausgeübten Druckes von erwähnter Düse (4) entnommen wird, welcher Druck zwecks Reduzieren der Entnahme von viskosem Material aus der Düse (4) nachlässt, wobei Druck und Überführung zwischen dem Behälter (3) und der Düse (4) durch ein Pumporgan mit einer Einlass- und Auslaufseite ausgeführt wird, und die Einlassseite an den Behälter (3) angeschlossen ist, und das viskose Material von der Auslaufseite des Pumpenorgans (7) zur Düse (4) geführt wird, welche Pumpanordnung (7) von einem durch ein Steuerorgan (9, 10) gesteuerten Motor (8) getrieben wird, welches Steuerorgan (9, 10) den Motor (8) in Abhängigkeit von Signalen von dem mindestens einen Codierer (11) aktiviert und abschaltet, und der Codierer die Bewegung zumindest der Düse (4) entlang der Auftragungsbahn erkennt und dadurch ein automatisches Unterbrechen des Pumpvorgangs verursacht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung entlang der Auftragungsbahn manuell ausgeführt wird, dass zumindest erwähnte Pumpe (7), die Düse (4) und erwähnter mindestens eine Codierer (11) in einem manuell beweglichen Sammelsatz aufgenommen sind, wobei die Pumpe (7) direkt mit der Düse verbunden ist, und der mindestens eine Codierer (11) mit einem auf dem beweglichen Sammelsatz montierten Arm drehbar nachlässt verbunden ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, nach welchem ein Anzeigemittel zum Ermitteln der Dicke und/oder der Breite der aufgetragenen Fuge vorgesehen ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei welchem die entnommene Menge abhängig von Signalen des Anzeigeorgans reduziert oder erhöht wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, nach welchem der Behälter (3) einem leichten Druck ausgesetzt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines viskosen Materials, insbesondere eines Dichtmittels wie etwa Silikon, entlang einer Auftragungsbahn, umfassend einen Behälter (3) zur Aufnahme des viskosen Materials, eine Düse (4), durch welche das viskose Material entnommen wird zum Zustandebringen einer sich in Längsrichtung entlang der Auftragungsbahn erstreckenden Fuge, Mittel, die auf das Material einen Druck ausüben, Mittel zum Reduzieren des auf das Material ausgeübten Druckes, eine Pumpe (7) mit einer an den Behälter angeschlossenen Einlaufseite und einer mit der Düse verbundenen Auslaufseite, welche Pumpe (7) an einen durch Steuerorgane (9, 10) gesteuerten Motor (8) angeschlossen ist, wobei die Steuerorgane mit zumindest einem Codierer zum Aktivieren und Abschalten des Motors (8) in Abhängigkeit von Signalen von dem mindestens einen Codierer (11) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Sammelsatz umfasst, der manuell bewegt werden kann, wobei der Sammelsatz zumindest erwähnte Pumpe (7), die Düse (4) und den mindestens einen Codierer umfasst, und die Pumpe (7) direkt mit der Düse verbunden ist, und dass der mindestens eine Codierer (11) mit einem auf dem beweglichen Sammelsatz montierten Arm drehbar verbunden ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe eine Verdrängungspumpe ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (7) eine Zahnradpumpe, eine Schraubenpumpe oder ein Flügelrad oder eine Flügelpumpe ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (4) aus einem im wesentlichen nicht-nachgiebigen Material hergestellt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Anzeigemittel zum Ermitteln der Breite und/oder der Dicke der Fuge umfasst.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzeigemittel einen mit den Steuerorganen (9, 10) in Verbindung stehenden Laser (13) zur Reduzierung oder Erhöhung der Entnahme des viskosen Materials umfassen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (3) einem leichten Druck ausgesetzt ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5-11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (4) und der Behälter (3) auf einer entsprechenden Seite des Pumpengehäuses zur Bildung eines tragbaren Sammelsatzes montiert sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5-11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der bewegliche Sammelsatz auf einer tragenden Konstruktion aufgehängt ist.
