Abstract

Bei einem doppeltwirkenden Arbeitszylinder mit einem durch ein Arbeitsfluid im Zylindergehäuse in beiden Längsrichtungen verschiebbaren Kolben (4), ist der Kolben mit einer Kolbenstange (7) verbunden, die durch den Deckel (5, 6, 9) des Arbeitszylinders axial nach außen geführt ist, wobei die Kolbenstange (7) hohl ausgeführt ist und koaxial innerhalb der hohlen Kolbenstange (7) eine geschlossene Gasfeder (12) angeordnet ist, die zwischen der Kolbenstange (7) und dem Boden (1) des Arbeitszylinders eingespannt ist.
Um eine Anordnung anzugeben, die sicherer gegen Beschädigungen und in ihrer Funktion ist, weniger Bauraum als die herkömmliche Anordnung beansprucht und in weiterer Folge auch flexibler in der Anpassung und einfacher in Wartung und Reparatur ist, ist die Gasfeder (12) in ein Trennrohr (3) eingesetzt, welches koaxial innerhalb der hohlen Kolbenstange (7) angeordnet und am Boden (1) des Arbeitszylinders befestigt ist.
