Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Richten von Eisenstäben und ähnlichen, die gegendrehende Richtwalzen (3, 4) umfasst, zwischen welchen die Eisenstäben (2) eingefügt werden, die im Vorschub entlang einer Längsrichtung (A) gerichtet werden sollen, und die am Ausgang eine Endkorrektureinheit (1) umfasst, die den Richtwalzen (3, 4) nachgeschaltet ist und mindestens eine erste zusätzliche Richtwalze (11) sowie eine zweite zusätzliche Richtwalze (12) umfasst, die Parallelachsen an den Achsen derselben Richtwalzen (3, 4) aufweisen und nacheinander auf derselben Ebene der Richtwalzen (3, 4) angeordnet sind; sowie eine Gegenwalze (13) umfasst, die mit den Hilfswalzen (11, 12) zusammenarbeitet, um die Eisenstäben (2) auf einer wechselseitigen Tangentialebene, die im wesentlichen längs zur Vorschubrichtung (A) verläuft, zu verriegeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endkorrektureinheit (1) Trägermittel (10) der Hilfswalzen (11, 12) umfasst, welche entsprechend einer lotrechten Achse auf der Ebene derselben Hilfswalzen (11, 12) schwingen; sowie Verstellungsmittel (31, 32) für die Winkelposition der Trägermittel (10) umfasst, um die Tangentialebene, die durch die Hilfswalzen (11, 12) bestimmt wird, im Verhältnis zur Vorschubrichtung (A) zu neigen, um eine Korrektur der verbliebenen Krümmung der Eisenstäben (2) zu erreichen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfswalzen (11, 12) aus Paaren von nebeneinander liegenden Walzen (11 a, 11 b bzw. 12a, 12b) bestehen, die unabhängig voneinander sind sowie dazu geeignet sind, mit einem Paar nebeneinander liegender Gegenwalzen (13a, 13b) zu zusammenarbeiten, um ein Paar entsprechender Eisenstäben (2a, 2b) zu verriegeln.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägermittel (10) der Hilfswalzen (11, 12) aus einem ersten Träger (15), der die Hilfswalzen (11a, 12a) frei drehend stützt, sowie einem zweiten Träger (16), der die Hilfswalzen (11b, 12b) frei drehend stützt, bestehen, wobei die Hilfswalzen (11 b, 12b) sich im Verhältnis zu den vorherigen Walzen daneben befinden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (15, 16) der Trägermittel (10) eine Art von Schale bilden, um jeweils das Gehäuse der nebeneinander liegenden Walzenpaare (11a, 11b bzw. 12a, 12b) zu bestimmen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (15, 16) der Trägermittel (10) an koaxialen Stiften (20, 14) mit entsprechenden Bügelmitteln (21, 22) starr verkuppelt sind, die dazu geeignet sind, voneinander unabhängig in Winkeldrehung durch die Verstellungsmittel (31, 32) betätigt zu werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellungsmittel (31, 32) jeweils eine Welle (35, 36) vorsehen, die drehbar um der seiner eigenen Achse gestützt wird und an einem Ende einen Gewindeabschnitt (35a, 36a) aufweist, der mit einer übereinstimmenden Schraubenmutter (38, 39) verbunden wird, die an die Bügelmittel (21, 22) angeschlossen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Schraubenmutter (38, 39) aus einem zylinderförmigen Körper herausgearbeitet wird, der mit einer Drehkupplung in einen Formsitz eingefügt ist, der übereinstimmend zylinderförmig ist und aus den Bügelmitteln (21, 22) herausgearbeitet wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (35, 36) der Verstellungsmittel (31, 32) dazu geeignet ist, von einem entsprechenden Getriebemotororgan (33, 34) in Drehung versetzt zu werden.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (35, 36) der Verstellungsmittel (31, 32) an einem zweiten Ende einen zweiten Gewindeabschnitt (35b, 36b) aufweist, der mit einer übereinstimmenden Schraubenmutter (41, 42) verbunden wird, die an Positionswandler (47, 48) angeschlossen ist, die dazu geeignet sind, um die auf die Eisenstäben (2a, 2b) ausgeübte Ausdehnung der Korrektur zu messen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenwalze (13) frei drehbar von einem mobilen Rahmen (6) gestützt wird, um die Regulierung des wechselseitigen Abstandes von den Hilfswalzen (11, 12) zu ermöglichen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkpünkte der Hilfswalzen (11, 12) frei drehbar durch einen mobilen Rahmen (6) auf der Ablagefläche der Richtvorrichtung gestützt werden, wobei sie sich rechtwinklig zur Vorschubrichtung der Eisenstäben (2), die in Bearbeitung sind, befinden, so dass es möglich ist, den wechselseitigen Abstand von den Gegenwalzen (13) zu regulieren.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (15, 16) auf beiden Seiten im Verhältnis zur Verbindungslinie der zwei Drehzentren der Hilfswalzen (11, 12) angebracht werden können.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachsen der Träger (15, 16) sowie die Achse der Gegenwalze (13) sich auf einer selben Ebene befinden, die rechtwinklig zur Vorschubrichtung der bearbeiteten Eisenstäben (2) verläuft.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfswalzen (11, 12) im Verhältnis zu den bearbeiteten Eisenstäben (2) unterhalb liegen, während die Gegenwalze (13) sich oberhalb befindet.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfswalzen (11, 12) im Verhältnis zu den bearbeiteten Eisenstäben (2) oberhalb liegen, während die Gegenwalze (13) sich unterhalb befindet.
