Mit der Erfindung ist es möglich, bei großen Zuschnittformaten den ersten Hebelarm um einen relativ kleinen Drehwinkel zu verschwenken, wobei der zweite Hebelarm dazu genutzt wird, den Zuschnitt gezielt an die Zwischenablage zu übergeben, in der die Transporteinheit den weiteren Transport übernimmt. Bei kleineren Zuschnittformaten kann der erste Hebelarm einen größeren Drehwinkel ausführen, wodurch sich der Gelenkpunkt zwischen dem ersten Hebelarm und dem zweiten Hebelarm weiter nach unten bewegt, also der Zuschnitt kleineren Formates weiter auf die Matrize zu bewegt und dabei zugleich abgesenkt wird. Der zweite Hebelarm dient wiederum dazu, eine definierte Übergabe des Zuschnitts auf die Zwischenablage zu ermöglichen, in der die Transporteinheit den Zuschnitt nur noch eine kurze Wegstrecke transportieren muß. dieser nach oben geöffnet ist mit gleichfalls nach oben
weisender Seitenlasche 6. Dazu weist die Vorrichtung 1
einen ersten Hebelarm 7 auf, der eine horizontale und
senkrecht zur Förderrichtung orientierte erste
Schwenkachse 8 besitzt, zu der mit Abstand an dem ersten
Hebelarm 7 eine zweite, parallele Schwenkachse 9 für einen
zweiten Hebelarm 10 angeordnet ist, der den Greifkopf 4
trägt, der üblicherweise Sauger aufweist, mit denen der
Zuschnitt 3 angesaugt und gesichert werden kann. Auf der
dem Magazinschacht 2 bezüglich der ersten Schwenkachse 8
gegenüberliegenden Seite ist eine höhenverstellbare
Zwischenablage 11 angeordnet, die eine durch einen
Linearschieber gebildete Transporteinheit aufweist, mit

zu einer Matrize 12 und einem mit der Matrize 12

die Transporteinheit auf die Matrize 12 aufgeschobene,
flachen Zuschnitte 3 zum Formen mittels des Stempels 13
durch die Matrize 12 pressbar ist unmittelbar in eine
Förderzelle des Transportsystems, durch das der Karton
auch aus der Matrize 12 heraus transportiert werden kann,
die dazu geöffnet werden kann, so daß der Hub des
Stempels 13 nicht die Höhenerstreckung der Seitenlasche 6
