Die Vorrichtungen sind daher hinsichtlich des Arbeitstempos so ausgelegt, daß die maximal mögliche Faltschachtelgröße verarbeitet werden kann, wodurch aber bei kleineren Faltschachtelgrößen das Arbeitstempo und damit die Verarbeitungskapazität unnötig limitiert ist. Die GB-A-1 464 100 zeigt eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, bei der an einem Maschinenrahmen über eine erste Schwenkachse ein erster Hebelarm angeordnet ist, der an seinem freien Ende über die zweite Schwenkachse einen zweiarmigen Hebel mit dem Greifkopf an dem einen Hebelarm, trägt. Der andere Hebelarm ist an einer Verbindungsstange angeschlossen, die mit einem Verbindungsarm mit der ersten Schwenkachse dem Maschinenrahmen verbunden ist. Die Verbindungsstange wird motorisch mittels einer Nockenwelle verstellt und erzeugt so über eine mechanische Zwangskopplung die Drehung des ersten Hebelarms und des zweiarmigen Hebels für die Entnahme der Zuschnitte aus dem Magazin. Bei kleineren Zuschnittformaten kann der erste Hebelarm einen größeren Drehwinkel ausführen, wodurch sich der Gelenkpunkt zwischen dem ersten Hebelarm und dem zweiten Hebelarm weiter nach unten bewegt, also der Zuschnitt kleineren Formates weiter auf die Matrize zu bewegt und dabei zugleich abgesenkt wird. Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Vorrichtung 1 dient dazu, von den in einem Magazin 2 angeordneten, flachen Zuschnitten 3 den Vordersten mittels eines Greifkopfes 4 zu entnehmen und diesen an eine Formstation 5 zu übergeben, in der der Zuschnitt 3 derart geformt wird, daß dieser nach oben geöffnet ist mit gleichfalls nach oben weisender Seitenlasche 6. Dazu weist die Vorrichtung 1 einen ersten Hebelarm 7 auf, der eine horizontale und senkrecht zur Förderrichtung orientierte erste Schwenkachse 8 besitzt, zu der mit Abstand an dem ersten Hebelarm 7 eine zweite, parallele Schwenkachse 9 für einen zweiten Hebelarm 10 angeordnet ist, der den Greifkopf 4 trägt, der üblicherweise Sauger aufweist, mit denen der Zuschnitt 3 angesaugt und gesichert werden kann. Auf der dem Magazinschacht 2 bezüglich der ersten Schwenkachse 8 gegenüberliegenden Seite ist eine höhenverstellbare Zwischenablage 11 angeordnet, die eine durch einen Linearschieber gebildete Transporteinheit aufweist, mit der der immer noch flache Zuschnitt 3 in die Formstation 5 zu einer Matrize 12 und einem mit der Matrize 12 zusammenwirkenden Stempel 13 überführt werden kann. Eine Zeitersparnis ergibt sich weiterhin dadurch, daß die durch die Transporteinheit auf die Matrize 12 aufgeschobene, flachen Zuschnitte 3 zum Formen mittels des Stempels 13 durch die Matrize 12 pressbar ist unmittelbar in eine Förderzelle des Transportsystems, durch das der Karton auch aus der Matrize 12 heraus transportiert werden kann, die dazu geöffnet werden kann, so daß der Hub des Stempels 13 nicht die Höhenerstreckung der Seitenlasche 6 mit einschließen muß.For small blank formats, as shown in Figures 5 to 8, the first lever arm 7 performs a greater rotational movement, whereby the hinge point of the second lever arm 10 on the first lever arm 7, so the second pivot axis 9 further in the direction of the forming station. 5 moves and thereby sinks more. Claims (9)

  1.
