Claims (10)

  1. Zentrifugalpumpe (110), welche umfasst:
    ein Gehäuse (114) mit mindestens einer ersten hermetisch abgedichteten Kammer (119) und mindestens einer zweiten Kammer (117) benachbart zu der ersten Kammer, welches einen Durchlass für Fluide ausbildet und einen Einlass (115) sowie einen Auslass (116) für die Fluide aufweist, wobei die erste und die zweite Kammer durch Wände voneinander getrennt sind;
    einen in der ersten Kammer (119) angeordneten Stator (112);
    eine Rotor-Turbinen-Anordnung (111, 125) mit einem Rotor (111) und einer Turbine (125), die durch den Stator (112) induziert werden kann, um ein Fluid von dem Einlass (115) zu dem Auslass (116) zu treiben, wobei mindestens ein Teil der Anordnung (111, 125) bezüglich des Stators (112) konzentrisch positioniert ist, wobei der Rotor und die Turbine integral sind und vollständig in der zweiten Kammer (117) angeordnet sind, so dass bei Betrieb mindestens ein Film von Fluid (113) um die Anordnung (111) beibehalten wird, wobei die Rotor-Turbinen-Anordnung (111) durchbohrt ist, was einen inneren Durchlass (118) ausbildet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    der Fluidfilm die Rotor-Turbinen-Anordnung (111) lagert, um Kontakt mit den Wänden der zweiten Kammer (117) zu verhindern;
    eine Filtrationszone (120), die zum Filtern eines von der Pumpe zu befördernden Fluids geeignet ist, in der zweiten Kammer (117) in dem Fluiddurchlass stromabwärts des Pumpeneinlasses (115) und stromaufwärts des durchgehenden inneren Durchlasses (118) positioniert ist.
  2. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wände der ersten und zweiten Kammer aus einspritzbarem Polymer bestehen.
  3. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotor-Turbinen-Anordnung aus einem polymeren Material besteht, das eine Metallkomponente darin aufweist, die von dem Stator induziert werden kann.
  4. Pumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallkomponente aus Eisen und Aluminium besteht.
  5. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stator an einer Stelle benachbart zu den Wänden angeordnet ist, die die erste Kammer von der zweiten trennen, so dass das zirkulierende Fluid ihn durch Wärmeübertragung kühlen kann.
  6. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Turbine der Anordnung aus Schaufeln zum Zentrifugieren der Fluide besteht.
  7. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raum zwischen der Anordnung und dem Stator im Wesentlichen von den Wänden der ersten und der zweiten Kammer ausgefüllt ist.
  8. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filtrationszone eine Filteranordnung umfasst, die durch ein austauschbares Filterelement und eine Abdeckung gebildet ist.
  9. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Öffnung des Auslasses mit einem Innenhohlraum in der Rotor-Turbinen-Anordnung, einem Teil der ersten Kammer, koaxial ist, was für das Fluid eine Strecke zunächst nach unten und dann zu einem oberen Abschnitt verlaufend herstellt, wo es die Filtrationszone erreicht, wobei sich die Strecke des Fluids über die Filtrationszone hinaus über die Kammer und dann weiter zu dem Durchlass fortsetzt, der den Innenhohlraum der Rotor- und Turbinenanordnung bildet.
  10. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Gehäuse eine die Enden des Gehäuses verschließende Vorderabdeckung und Rückabdeckung umfasst.
