Abstract
Description
In einer alternativen Ausführungsform schlägt die vorliegende Erfindung vor, dass der Eckschuh aus einem formstabilen Dämmstoff, beispielsweise aus Polyurethanschaumstoff besteht und eine verdichtete oder beschichtete, jedenfalls aber druckfeste Oberfläche besitzt.
Claims (23)
- Blend- oder Flügelrahmen für Fenster oder Türen, welche aus Kunststoff- oder aus Metallhohlprofilen gefertigt sind oder Vorsatzelemente aus Kunststoff- oder Metallhohlprofilen für Blend- oder Flügelrahmen von Fenster oder Türen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die linearen Rahmenprofilteile im rechten Winkel zu ihrer Längsachse abgelängt werden und die Eckverbindung der abgelängten linearen Rahmenprofilteile mit einem zumindest teilweise sichtbaren Eckschuh (1, 10) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckschuh (1, 10) als Massivbauteil ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckschuh (1, 10) als Hohlprofilteil mit wenigstens einer Hohlkammer (5, 11, 12) ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckschuh (1, 10) aus einem gewinkelten Sichtteil (2, 6) und aus Verbindungsteilen (3, 4, 7, 8) besteht, wobei der Eckschuh (1, 10) zu den Verbindungsstellen der Rahmenprofilteile hin bevorzugt offen ist
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des Eckschuhs (1, 10) im Bereich der Verbindungsteile (3, 4, 7, 8) vorzugsweise geringer ausgebildet ist und in diesen Bereichen von den Endbereichen der linearen Rahmenprofilteile umfasst wird, wobei bei vollständiger Umfassung die äußere Fläche des linearen Rahmenprofilteiles in einer Ebene mit der äußeren Fläche des Eckschuhs (1, 10) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere freie Querschnitt des Eckschuhs (1, 10) im Bereich der Verbindungsteile (3, 4, 7, 8) vorzugsweise größer ausgebildet ist und in diesen Bereichen die Endbereiche der linearen Rahmenprofilteile vom Eckschuh (1, 10) umfasst werden, wobei die Endbereiche der linearen Rahmenprofilteile ihrerseits in diesen Bereichen vorzugsweise einen geringeren Querschnitt aufweisen und wobei bei vollständiger Umfassung die äußere Fläche des linearen Rahmenprofilteiles in einer Ebene mit der äußeren Fläche des Eckschuhs (1, 10) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, . dass die Hohlprofile des Eckschuhs (1, 10) eine oder mehrere Hohlkammern (5, 11, 12) und/oder die Hohlprofile der linearen Rahmenprofilteile eine oder mehrere Hohlkammern aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die linearen Rahmenprofilteile und die Eckschuhe (1, 10) mit Dämmstoff gefüllt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehreren Hohlkammern zumindest eine der Hohlkammern, vorzugsweise jedoch alle Hohlkammern mit Dämmstoff gefüllt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Verbindungsbereichen entweder die Verbindungsteile (3, 4, 7, 8) der Eckschuhe (1, 10) oder die Endbereiche der linearen Rahmenprofilteile frei von Dämmstoff sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer oder mehreren der Hohlkammern (5, 11, 12) der Eckschuhe (1, 10) und/oder in einer oder mehreren Hohlkammern der linearen Rahmenprofilteile Armierungs-elemente vorzugsweise aus Stahl eingelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckschuh (1, 10) allseitig geschlossen ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Dämmstoff geschäumte Stoffe, verblasfähige Stoffe oder andere raumfüllende Dämmstoffe, insbesondere rieselfähige Dämmstoffe eingefügt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckschuh (1, 10) aus einem formstabilen Dämmstoff, beispielsweise aus Polyurethanschaumstoff besteht und die Oberfläche durch Verdichtung oder Beschichtung druckfest gemacht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Eckschuh (1, 10) verschließbare Öffnungen vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Eckschuh (10) Entwässerungs- bzw. Belüftungsöffnungen als schräg nach Außen gerichtete, bevorzugt rohrförmige Stege vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dämmstoff beim Zusammenstecken der Eckschuhe mit den linearen Randprofilteilen in den Verbindungsbereichen zusammen gedrückt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befüllung mit Dämmstoff vor oder nach dem Zuschnitt der erforderlichen Längen der linearen Rahmenprofilteile erfolgt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befüllung mit Dämmstoff der linearen Rahmenprofilteile und der Eckschuhe (1, 10) vor oder nach dem Zusammenbau der Blendrahmen, Flügelrahmen oder Vorsatzrahmen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befüllung mit Dämmstoff durch Einblastechniken oder mittels Stopftechnik, beispielsweise über einen Schneckenförderer erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckschuh (1, 10) mit den linearen Rahmenprofilteilen im Bereich der Verbindungsteile (3, 4, 7, 8) verklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckschuh (1, 10) im Bereich der Verbindungsteile (3, 4, 7, 8) bis zum äußeren Rand gefüllt ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckschuh (1, 10) im Bereich der Verbindungsteile (3, 4, 7, 8) nicht bis zum äußeren Rand gefüllt ausgeführt wird.
