Abstract

Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass bei der Befeuchtung der Druckform mit einem Feuchtmittelüberschuss gearbeitet wird, derart, dass der Feuchtmittelüberschuss gesammelt, einem zentralen Vorratsbehälter (11) zugeführt und dort konditioniert wird. Der Salzgehalt im Vorratsbehälter (11) wird in vorgegebenen Zeitintervallen gemessen und bei Überschreitung eines prozessbasierten Sollwerts wird entsalztes Frischwasser (21) zugeführt. Bei Unterschreitung des prozessbasierten Sollwerts wird Frischwasser (19) zugeführt, wobei entsalztes und anschließend aufgesalztes Frischwasser (20) zugegeben wird, wenn innerhalb einer prozessbedingten zeitlichen Vorgabe durch Zugabe des Frischwasser der prozessbasierte Sollwert nicht erreicht wird.
Eine für diesen Zweck bestimmte Einrichtung wird beschrieben.
