Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Einrichtung zur Feuchtmittelaufbereitung für eine Offsetdruckmaschine insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einem Feuchtmittelkreislauf, bestehend aus einem Feuchtmittelvorratsbehälter, einer Zu- und Rückführleitung, durch welche Feuchtmittel zu einem Feuchtwerk und von dort zurück zum Feuchtmittelvorratsbehälter förderbar ist, einem Sensor zur Bestimmung der Konzentration von Zusatzmittel im Feuchtmittel, eine dem Sensor nachgeschaltete Steuerung sowie einer von der Steuerung aktivierbare Dosiereinrichtung, über welche Zusatzmittel dem Feuchtmittel zuführbar ist. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es eine solche Einrichtung zur Feuchtmittelaufbereitung so zu erweitern, dass eine über längere Zeiträume genau aufrecht zu erhaltende Feuchtmittelzusammensetzung erzielbar ist. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass dem Feuchtmittelvorratsbehälter (1) eine Feuchtmittelaufbereitung (4) mit einer Frischwasserzufuhr (6) sowie dem über die Dosiereinrichtung (8) zuführbaren Zusatzmittel (7) vorgeordnet ist, und dass der Sensor (9, 10) zur Konzentrationsbestimmung der Feuchtmittelaufbereitung (4) zugeordnet ist.

Described is a device for dampening solution preparation for an offset printing machine, in particular sheet-fed offset printing machine, with a dampening solution circuit, consisting of a dampening solution storage tank, a feed and return line, through which dampening solution can be conveyed to a dampening unit and from there back to the dampening solution storage tank, a sensor for determining the concentration of additives in the dampening solution, a control downstream of the sensor and a metering device which can be activated by the control and via which additive can be supplied to the dampening solution. The object of the present invention is to expand such a device for dampening solution preparation in such a way that a dampening solution composition that can be exactly maintained over longer periods of time can be achieved. This object is achieved in that the dampening solution reservoir (1) is preceded by a dampening solution preparation (4) with a fresh water supply (6) and the additive (7) that can be supplied via the metering device (8), and by the sensor (9, 10) for determining the concentration is assigned to the dampening solution preparation (4).
