Claims (9)
- Tubenfüllmaschine mit einer Dosiervorrichtung, mit einer in einem Gehäuse (11) ausgebildeten Dosierkammer (13), die eine Einlaßöffnung (14) und eine Auslaßöffnung (15) für ein zu dosierendes Medium aufweist, zumindest einem verstellbaren Dosierkolben (19,20), mittels dessen das Volumen der Dosierkammer (13) veränderbar ist, und einer drehbar im Gehäuse (11) gelagerten Steuerhülse (18), die zumindest einen Verbindungskanal (18b,18c) aufweist, der in einer vorbestimmten Drehstellung der Steuerhülse (18) die Einlaßöffnung (14) oder die Auslaßöffnung (15) mit der Dosierkammer (13) verbindet, wobei die Steuerhülse (18) einen konischen Abschnitt (18a) aufweist, der an einem komplementären konischen Abschnitt (12a) des Gehäuses (11) dichtend anlegbar und von diesem abhebbar ist, und wobei zumindest ein Abschnitt der Dosierkammer (13) auf der dem breiteren Ende des konischen Abschnitts (18a) der Steuerhülse (18) zugewandten Seite ausgebildet ist und die konischen Abschnitte (12a,18a) bei einer Druckerhöhung in der Dosierkammer (13) infolge einer Bewegung des Dosierkolbens (19,20) gegeneinander spannbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerhülse (18) eine axiale Durchgangsbohrung (18d) aufweist und daß zwei koaxiale Dosierkolben (19,20) vorgesehen sind, von denen ein erster Dosierkolben (19) als in der axialen Durchgangsbohrung (18d) der Steuerhülse (18) verschieblich geführter Ringkolben mit einer Axialbohrung (19b) ausgebildet ist, in der ein zweiter Dosierkolben (20) verschieblich geführt ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Dosierkolben (19,20) als Einheit oder unabhängig voneinander verstellbar sind.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Dosierkolben (19,20) ein eigener Antrieb in Form eines Servomotors zugeordnet ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der axialen Durchgangsbohrung (18d) der Steuerhülse (18) eine Spülkammer (18e) vergrößerten Durchmessers ausgebildet ist, in der ein Kolbenabschnitt (19a) des ersten Dosierkolbens (19) unter Spiel aufnehmbar ist, und daß der Spülkammer (18e) über zumindest eine Zuführöffnung (21) eine Spülflüssigkeit zuführbar ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einen bei angehobenem konischen Abschnitt (18a) zwischen dem Gehäuse (11) und der Steuerhülse (18) gebildeten Zwischenraum über zumindest eine Zuführöffnung (11a) des Gehäuses (11) eine Spülflüssigkeit einbringbar ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (11) und/oder die Steuerhülse (18) und/oder die Dosierkolben (19,20) aus einem keramischen Werkstoff bestehen.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungskanal von einer Axialnut (18b,18c) gebildet ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei Axialnuten (18b,18c) vorgesehen sind, mittels derer die Einlaßöffnung (14) oder die Auslaßöffnung (15) mit der Dosierkammer (13) verbindbar ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialnuten (18b,18c) in dem konischen Abschnitt (18a) der Steuerhülse (18) ausgebildet sind.
