Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éjection destiné à une cartouche (1) et comportant deux chambres (2, 3) concentriques et fermées par des pistons (9, 10). Ce dispositif d'éjection présente un poinçon d'éjection (11) doté d'un filet (12), qui se déplace axialement par vissage dans un embout pourvu d'un filet interne (14) et situé à l'extrémité arrière de la cartouche (1). L'invention vise à permettre de simplifier la conception du dispositif d'éjection et de faciliter sa manipulation. A cet effet, le poinçon d'éjection (11) présente une matrice interne (16) exerçant une pression sur le piston (9) de la chambre interne (2) et une matrice externe (17) placée de manière concentrique par rapport à la matrice interne (16) et exerçant une pression sur le piston annulaire (10) de la chambre externe (3). La surface externe de la matrice externe (17) est pourvue sur toute sa longueur d'un filet (12). De plus, l'embout présentant un filet interne (14) est conçu sous forme d'anneau fileté (13). Cette conception permet de produire un poinçon d'éjection (11) d'une seule pièce en matière plastique dans un procédé de moulage par injection.
