Description

用于一种具有两个相互同心布置的腔室的储筒的推料装置
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序所述的用于具有两个相互同心布置的并由活塞封闭住的腔室的储筒的推料装置。
众所周知,为了推挤一种只具有一个管状腔室的储筒要在储筒的位于出口对面的后端部上固定地安装一个中央具有一个螺纹孔的顶盖。有一个设有一个翼状把手的螺纹丝杠可以旋入这螺纹孔里,丝杠的端面靠在封闭住腔室的活塞上并使之在储筒内向出口方向移动。
已知有推料枪用来排空具有两个相互同心布置的并由活塞封闭住的腔室的储筒,这种推料枪对于每个活塞都具有一个由加压板和加压杆所形成的推料杆。这种推料枪相对较贵,因而一般只由经常处理这种储筒的工匠使用。因而通常这种储筒作为没有推料枪的单独产品提供。
由DE 298 23237 U1已经知道有一种推料装置,它用于一种具有两个相互同心布置的腔室的储筒,其中挤压在内腔室的活塞上的推料杆设计成了丝杠。通过将丝杠拧入一个在储筒背面上轴向闭锁住的顶盖里的螺纹孔里就使活塞向储筒出口部方向上移动。通过一个与丝杠相连的,布置在穿过套装在储筒背面上的顶盖里的孔的多个加压杆,当丝杠进给运动时就使外腔室的环形活塞与内活塞同时地轴向推移。为了在环形活塞上加上均匀的压力,至少要在三根加压杆,其端部则通过一个环形的位于加压板时面的支点相互连接起来。加压杆的端部与支点只有在顶盖通过加压杆和内推料杆推开之后才可能连接起来。因而顶盖与推料装置形成了一个部件,它要求在顶盖和储筒之间有一种只有由使用者可以实现的闭锁。
这种已知的推料装置由多个相互要协调一致的部分组成,这一方面使制造更加贵了,而且另一方面在功能上也可能有问题。因此本发明的任务是提出一种推料装置,其可以成本经济地制造且提高了功能的可靠性。
该项任务通过权利要求1中所述的特征来解决。在按本发明的推料装置中推料杆是一个最好用压注法由塑料制成的整体式部件,带有一个挤压在储筒内腔室的活塞上的内支柱和一个与内支柱同轴布置的挤压在外腔室的环形活塞上的管状外支柱。推料杆的进给运动由一个位于外支柱外壳面上的螺纹来达到,螺纹布置于外支柱的全长上。外螺纹拧入一个螺纹环的内螺纹里,该螺纹环用作为储筒外腔室的后端部上的终端件,例如通过卡住或粘结固定。由于螺纹布置在外支柱的外表面上,因而螺纹具有最大可能的直径,它既可以保证在拧入力矩较小时有较大的挤压压力,而且使推料杆实现无倾斜的导向。内支柱和外支柱的端面各形成了一个环形支座,它们在拧入推料杆时就使活塞向储筒出口的方向移动。
按本发明的推料装置包括有整体式的推料杆和同样用压注法由塑料可制成的螺纹环,这螺纹环最好已经在厂里就装入在储筒的外腔室里。推料装置可以成本经济地制成,这是由于它只由两个零件组成而且不需要装配。
为了在制造推料杆时节省材料,最好仅通过多个在纵向方向上布置的螺纹板条来构成螺纹。
为了改善导向,最好是:一方面将螺纹设计成梯形螺纹,而另一方面使这螺纹环至少具有两头螺旋线。
为了手工拧入推料杆,推料杆在其后端上具有一个翼状旋转把手。附加于旋转把手还可以设有一个内六角,以装上相应的工具用于机械拧入。

对于图1和2所示的储筒1是一种双组份储筒,它具有两个相互同心布置的腔室2,3,分别用于其中一个组份。内腔室2由一个内管4构成,而外面的环形腔室3由一个外管5构成。两个腔室的排出孔终结在一个储筒开口6里,在这储筒开口上图1所示套装了一个静力混合器7,而在图2中套装了一个封盖8。两个腔室2,3都用活塞9,10封闭起来,其中用于外腔室3的活塞10作成环状的。腔室2,3的容积对应于这两种在腔室里所含有的组份的混合比。为使组份这到均匀混合,因此必须使两个活塞均匀地向储筒出口6的方向移动。
这用推杆11来达到,推杆用一个螺纹12拧入一个螺纹环13里。该螺纹环装在储筒1的外管5的后端处。为使螺纹环13固定,在所示的实施例中将这螺纹环粘结在外管5里。图3详细表示的螺纹环13具有一个与推料杆11的螺纹12相对应的内螺纹14。为了避免在将推料杆11拧入螺纹环13里去时产生歪斜,螺纹环13具有至少两个完全的而且最好是设计成梯形螺纹的螺旋线。为使螺纹环13的装入更方便,在这环里设有一个凸缘15,它位于外管5的后端部上。推料杆11具有一个支承在内腔室2的活塞9上的内支柱16和一个支承在外腔室3的环形活塞10上的外支柱17。两个支柱设计成管形的而且相互同轴布置。在推料杆11的由一个底板18所形成的后端部上布置了一个翼形旋转把手19,它就可以用手工拧入推料杆11。在旋转把手19的中央布置了一个内六角20用来安装一个相应的工具以进行机械拧入。
推料杆11用压注法由塑料制成为整体式零件。为了节省材料螺纹12由多个布置在纵向方向上的螺纹板条21构成。为防止拧入时产生歪斜,至少需要有三个螺纹板条21。在实施中设有四个螺纹板条。
根据在腔室2,3里的组份装入量,活塞9,10或者在一个高度上或者如实施例中所示那样相互略有偏移。在这种情况下内支柱和外支柱16,17的端面也相互偏移相同的距离,以便使这两个活塞相互同时地轴向移动。

Claims (7)

1.用于一个储筒(1)的推料装置,该储筒具有两个相互同心布置的并由活塞(9,10)封闭住的腔室(2,3),其中推料装置由一个具有螺纹(12)的推料杆(11)组成,推料杆可以通过拧入一个布置在储筒(1)的后端部并具有一个内螺纹(14)的终端件里而向储筒出口(6)的方向轴向移动,其特征在于,推料杆(11)具有一个压在内腔室(2)的活塞(9)上的内支柱(16)和一个与内支柱同心布置的并且压在外腔室(3)的环形活塞(10)上的管状外支柱(17),在外支柱的外壳表面上布置了在全长上延伸的螺纹(12);而且终端件设计成螺纹环(13)。
2.按权利要求1所述的推料装置,其特征在于,螺纹(12)由多个布置在纵向方向上的螺纹板条(21)构成。

4.按权利要求1所述的推料装置,其特征在于,螺纹环(13)至少有两头螺纹并在储筒的外腔室(5)里通过卡住、粘结或类似方法固定住。
5.按权利要求1所述的推料装置,其特征在于,推料杆(11)在其后端有一个翼状旋转把手(19)。
6.按权利要求1或5所述的推料装置,其特征在于,推料杆(1)有一个内六角(20)用于装入工具。
