Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a grate element for a grate a waste incineration plant with several in a row arranged rows of grate blocks.
Conventional inclined feed grates for Waste incinerators have rust elements with several rows of grate blocks arranged one behind the other, whereby a fixed row of movable grate blocks Row of rust blocks follows. The movable rows of grate blocks are assigned to a grate car through which they go back and forth be moved (CH 585 372). The mixing and that The waste is stirred in the direction of transport.
In addition, a push-back grate is from the prior art known as described in a variety of patents is, for example in DE 525221 and DE 1099117. Ein such a push-back grate is an inclined grate alternating fixed and movable rows of grate blocks. By the grate blocks of the movable grate block rows become the lower layers of waste to be incinerated The beginning of the grate is pushed towards the top layers move towards the end of the grate. This will counteract the waste pushed the transport direction away, so that the waste on Beginning of rust piled up and gravity down is promoted, which is partly through uncontrolled Slipping happens.
Another rust system widely used in the professional world are the W + E combustion grates, for example in M. Künzli, grate furnaces for waste incineration, Dieter O. Reimann (ed.), Berlin: EF publishing house for energy and Umwelttechnik, 1991, pages 1-17. there becomes more agile through counter-movement Rows of rust blocks alternating with fixed ones Rows of rust blocks are arranged, not just one Pushing the waste to be incinerated, but a continuous stoking and revolution.
A stair grate is exposed in the direction of transport several grate elements together, usually three until six grate elements are arranged one behind the other. On Stair grating can consist of one to five grating tracks.
Each grate element has several, in the direction of transport rows of grate blocks arranged in steps on, the rows of grate blocks fixed or movable are. A row of grate blocks is divided by several, for Example 16 to 30 rust blocks formed. The rust blocks can be water or air cooled. The grate blocks are hung next to each other on a block holder tube and clamped together using a tie rod. Everyone Rust block has a foot that is on the surface of the the subsequent grate block lies in the transport direction. When moving forward, the foot of the the surface of the rust block lying on it lying grate block in the direction of transport.
The object of the present invention is a grate element provide where the waste is intense and is continuously mixed and promotion takes place in a controlled manner.
Weitere vorteilhafte
Ausführungsformen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen
beansprucht und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. The task is carried out by the grate element with the characteristics
of
According to the invention, a first part of the grate blocks is one movable row of grate blocks a first grate car assigned and a second part of the grate blocks is one assigned to second grate wagon, the inventive Grate element is equipped with two grate cars. Through the Division of the grate blocks of a grate block row into two different grate car is the mobility of the first Part of the grate blocks regardless of the mobility of the second part of the grate blocks. This has the consequence that a Part of the grate blocks move backwards while moving the other part of the grate blocks moved forward. By the independent mobility of the grate blocks results an additional side mixing. On the grate this creates mountains and sinks of waste, which alternately moved back and forth. this has as a result that the waste both on the side and in Direction of transport is mixed and stoked. Through the extraordinarily good mixing and promotion of Waste can control the combustion process better because there are fewer deflagrations. Also remains due to the continuous circulation of waste only briefly are in the same place, which means that the grate blocks are thermally less stressed. As a result, the grate element according to the invention is less susceptible to failure, has a long service life and service life and guarantees an economical driving style.
By making the first part of the grate blocks independent of the second part of the grate blocks is movable different operating modes possible. So it can Movement pattern of the grate element depending on the type of waste can be set differently. The division of the individual grate blocks in width to the corresponding Grate wagons are advantageously made in grate block groups of five or seven rust blocks. A bigger or a smaller one Splitting or even splitting would also be conceivable.
Der Verbrennungsprozess läuft so vollständiger und schneller ab.Due to the optimal circulation, the surface of the incinerating waste increased. The combustion process is more complete and faster.
The grate element according to the invention is therefore economically and ecologically very advantageous.
The first and the second advantageously have Rostwagen a guiding device with interacting Guide elements. The guide elements sure the two grate wagons are on the one for them intended tracks move and not spatially separate from each other. Such guide elements can for example, guide grooves and lugs, it however, others are also known to those skilled in the art Guiding elements conceivable.
In a preferred embodiment, the first and the second grate car is independent of each other Drive devices on. However, it is also possible that the first and second grate wagons are mechanical has coupled opposite drive means. Preferred drive devices are hydraulic, pneumatic or electric actuators. Especially a cylinder-piston unit is preferred. By the independent drive equipment is the controller of the two grate cars possible individually. It is also possible that the first grate wagon two Drive devices and the second grate carriage one Has drive device. On the one hand, this enables that the first grate car (primary car) smaller Drive devices needed that are simple and enable quick replacement during operation. On the other hand, by a side and a middle Arrangement of the drive devices on the first or the second grate wagon that is exerted on the grate element Forces evenly distributed.
In a preferred embodiment, the first and the second grate car clocked in reverse. It means that when the first grate carriage moves forward, the second grate wagon is moving backwards. In Another preferred embodiment is the first and the second grate wagon clocked equally, which means that the first and the second grate wagon over at the same time different movements are moved.
Preferably have within the same row of grate blocks one to seven, particularly preferably three to five, rust blocks lying directly next to each other, the together form a grate block group, the same Direction of movement, i.e. they are the same rust wagon assigned. This makes an optimal one Mixing effect achieved.
In the grate element according to the invention follow in Direction of transport either one fixed Grid block row a movable grate block row. It is however, it is also possible that several movable Rows of grate blocks follow one another immediately. A such an embodiment is preferably chosen when very intensive mixing is necessary.
A grate of a waste incineration plant preferably has at least one grate element according to the invention. A another preferred variant is that all Rust elements are rust elements according to the invention.
The invention will now be described with reference to the drawings explained. For parts with the same effect, they become the same Reference numerals used.

The
Transportrichtung verlaufenden parallelen zweiten
Fig. 2 shows the

Rostwagens 35 verbunden. Die Führungsnuten 23 wirken mit
den Führungsnasen 41 zusammen und gewährleisten, dass sich
der zweite Rostwagen 35 auf einer vorgegebenen Bahn
bewegt.Figure 4 shows the
In Figur 5 wird der erste Rostwagen 5 gezeigt. Auf den
ersten Querträgern 11 sind erste s-förmige Konsolen 51
angeordnet. Auf den ersten s-förmige Konsolen 51 sind die
ersten Blockhalterohrabschnitte 53 angeordnet.
Konsolen 51 angeordnet. Zwischen den auf den ersten
Querträgern angeordneten ersten Konsolen 51 sind
schematisch ortsfesten Konsolen 55 mit den darauf
angeordneten ortsfesten Blockhalterohre 57 gezeigt.The
In Figur 6 wird der zweite Rostwagen 35 gezeigt. Auf den
zweiten Querträgern 39 sind zweite Konsolen 59 angeordnet.
Auf den zweiten s-förmige Konsolen 59 sind zweite
Blockhalterohrabschnitte 61 angeordnet.
gezeigt.The
In Figure 7 are the first shown in Figures 5 and 6
and second grate car 5.35 shown assembled. The
Rostwagen 5.35 are in an end position, i.e.

gezeigten Stellung in einer Ebene.FIG. 8 shows the embodiment shown in FIG

Figur 9 zeigt eine Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemässen
Rostelementes 1 in W-Stellung. Dabei sind alternierend
feststehende Rostblockreihen 65 zu beweglichen
Rostblockreihen 63 angeordnet.
Figure 9 shows an embodiment of the
Figure 10 shows the embodiment of the rust element according to the invention in the other End position. The rust block groups are those shown in Figure 10 are now in front while those shown in the front are now in the back are arranged.
Figur 11 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform des
erfindungsgemässen Rostelementes in X-Stellung. Dabei sind
alternierend feststehende Rostblockreihen 65 zu
beweglichen Rostblockreihen 63 angeordnet.
Rostwagen zugeordnet. Dadurch wird in Endstellung eine X-Stellung
ausgebildet, da durch die vorne befindlichen
Rostblockgruppen 70a, 70a''' und 70a',70a'' zweier
beweglicher Rostblockreihen die Form des Buchstabens X 82
haben.FIG. 11 shows a further embodiment of the

Figur 12 zeigt die in Figur 11 gezeigte Ausführungsform
des erfindungsgemässen Rostelements 1 in der anderen
Endstellung. Dabei sind diejenigen Rostblockgruppen, die

diejenigen, die vorne gezeigt werden jetzt hinten
angeordnet sind.Figure 12 shows the embodiment shown in Figure 11

Figur 13 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform des
erfindungsgemässen Rostelementes 1, das einen Betrieb
ermöglicht, wie er bisher bekannt ist. Dabei sind
alternierend feststehende Rostblockreihen 65 zu
beweglichen Rostblockreihen 63 angeordnet.
bewegen. Dies zeigt die ausserordentliche Flexibilität,
die das erfindungsgemässe Rostelement 1 aufweist, da auf
die jeweiligen Umgebungsbedingungen beliebig in jeder
Betriebsphase durch entsprechendes Ansteuern der Zylinder-Kolbenaggregate
eingegangen werden kann. FIG. 13 shows a further embodiment of the
