Description
Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung führt zu einer hohen Steifigkeit der gesamten Ventiltriebsanordnung. Darüber hinaus bietet die Anordnung der Kulisse direkt am Zylinderkopf günstige Montagebedingungen sowie eine hohe mechanische Bearbeitungsgenauigkeit für den gesamten Ventiltrieb bei der Fertigung.

Claims (8)
- Zylinderkopfanordnung für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Zylinderkopf (1) und mit einem hubvariablen Ventiltrieb (2), mit einem Schwenkhebel (3), der einerseits mit einem Rollenelement (4) mit einem Schwingdrehpunkt (4') auf einer Kulissenbahn (5') einer Kulisse (5) und andererseits mit einer Steuerbahn (6) auf einem Zwischenelement (7) zu einem Gaswechselventil (8) spielfrei (abgestützt ist, wobei der Schwenkhebel (3) zur Hubeinstellung zwischen den Abstützpunkten einerseits von einem Nocken (9) einer Nockenwelle (9') entgegen einer Kraft einer Feder (10) gesteuert schwenkbar und andererseits der Schwingdrehpunkt (4') von einer Verstelleinrichtung (11) zur Hubhöhenverstellung parallel zur Kulissenbahn (5') gesteuert verschiebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kulisse (5) am Zylinderkopf (1) angeordnet ist. - Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kulisse (5) lösbar mit dem Zylinderkopf (1) verbunden oder teilweise in den Zylinderkopf (1) eingegossen ist. - Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei Kulissen (5) zu einem Kulissenblock zusammenfassbar sind. - Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der zuvor genannten Patentansprüche, wobei die Brennkraftmaschine mehr als einen Zylinder aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Zylinder ein Kulissenblock zuordenbar ist. - Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der zuvor genannten Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass allen Zylindern der Brennkraftmaschine ein gemeinsamer Kulissenblock zuordenbar ist. - Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der zuvor genannten Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kulisse (5) oder der Kulissenblock geschmiedet oder gesintert oder gegossen ist. - Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der zuvor genannten Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Kulisse (5) oder in den Kulissenblock eine Schmiervorrichtung integriert ist. - Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der zuvor genannten Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkhebel (3) von der Kulisse (5) in axialer Richtung führbar ist.
