Vorgeschlagen werden Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate, dadurch erhältlich, dass man Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) umsetzt, HNR1R2 in der R1 für H oder eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 1 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine cyclische Alkylgruppe mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
Description
Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate
Gebiet der Erfindung
Die Erfindung betrifft Alkyl- und/öder Alkenylglycerincarbamate, welche durch Umsetzung von Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat mit primären und/oder sekundären Aminen erhältlich sind, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung sowie deren Verwendung als Verdickungsmittel.
Stand der Technik
Oberflächenaktive Zubereitungen, wie beispielsweise Lacke, Farben, Spül, Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel sowie kosmetische Zubereitungen, weisen häufig eine unzureichend niedrige Viskosität auf. Es ist sofort klar, dass sich ein Mittel, welches ein Fließverhalten wie Wasser aufweist, nur schwer dosieren lässt und damit für den Verbraucher die Gefahr besteht, dass er stets mehr einsetzt als gewünscht. Um dieses Problem zu umgehen, werden solchen Zubereitungen Verdickungsmittel zugesetzt, bei denen es sich häufig um synthetische polymere Verbindungen, wie beispielsweise Poly(meth)acrylate, Polyvinyl- verbindungen, Polycarboxylate, abgewandelte Naturstoffe, wie z.B. Carboxymethylcellulosen und Cel- luloseether oder auch natürliche Produkte, z.B. Agar-Agar, Carrageen, Alginate, Pektine, aber auch Polykieselsäuren oder Tonmineralien handeln kann. Es besteht nachwievor im Markt der Bedarf an neuen Verdickungsmitteln, die neben der verdickenden Wirkung andere positive Eigenschaften aufweisen, wie z.B. gute biologische Abbaubarkeit, und sich kostengünstig und einfach herstellen lassen.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung hat folglich darin bestanden, Stoffe zur Verfügung zu stellen, die ein möglichst breites Spektrum von oberflächenaktiven Zubereitungen zuverlässig verdicken, gleichzeitig gut biologisch abbaubar sind und sich einfach und relativ kostengünstig herstellen lassen. Darüber hinaus sollen diese Verbindungen ebenfalls schwer verdickbare Systeme, wie Mikroemulsionen verdicken können.
Beschreibung der Erfindung
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate, dadurch erhältlich, dass man Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) umsetzt,

in der R1 für H oder eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 1 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine cyclische Alkylgruppe mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Alkyl- und/oder Alke- nylglycerincarbamaten bei dem man Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) umsetzt,

Überraschenderweise wurde gefunden, dass sich Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate als Verdickungsmittel für ein breites Spektrum von oberflächenaktiven Zubereitungen eignen und die verdickende Wirkung beispielsweise in kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen bereits durch den Zusatz geringer Mengen der Carbamate erzielt wird. Gleichzeitig sind sie gut biologisch abbaubar und lassen sich durch einfache Reaktion von Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat mit primären oder sekundären Aminen herstellen lassen. Darüber hinaus können ebenfalls schwer verdickbare Systeme, wie Mikroemulsionen durch Zusatz von Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate zuverlässig verdicken.
Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylαlvcerincarbamate
Erfindungsgemäss werden Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate eingesetzt, die durch Umsetzung von Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat, vorzugsweise Glycerin- und/oder Diglycerin- carbonat und insbesondere Glycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) erhalten werden,

in der R1 für H oder eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 1 bis 22, vorzugsweise 6 bis 18 und insbesondere 8 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 4 bis 22, vorzugsweise 6 bis 18 und insbesondere 8 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine cyclische Alkylgruppe mit 5 oder 6 und vorzugsweise 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und insbesondere für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 4 bis 22, vorzugsweise 6 bis 18 und insbesondere 8 bis 16 steht.

Bei der Umsetzung mit Polyglycerincarbonaten, werden Verbindungen eingesetzt, welche vorzugsweise eine Molmasse zwischen 200 und 1000, besonders bevorzugt 300 bis 800 und insbesondere 400 bis 700 g/mol und vorzugsweise 2 bis 9,2, besonders bevorzugt 3 bis 8 und insbesondere 4 bis 7 mmol CO2 pro g Polyglycerincarbonat aufweisen. Letztere Kennzahl ist eine coulometrische quantitative Bestimmung organischer Carbonate, durch Modifizierung nach DIN 18,129. Eine Probe des Carbonats wird eingewogen, 1 h bei 50 °C mit einer 1 ,4 M NaOH 15 : 1 -Methanol/Wasser-Lösung hydrolysiert und die Menge an durch Ansäuerung freigesetzem CO2 anhand eines Carbon Dioxide Analyzer (UIC modeil CM 140 oder equivajentes Gerät) bestimmt.
In einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung werden Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate eingesetzt, die durch Umsetzung von Glycerin- und/oder Diglycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) erhalten werden, in der R1 für H oder eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 1 bis 22, vorzugsweise 6 bis 18 und insbesondere 8 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 4 bis 22, 1 bis 22, vorzugsweise 6 bis 18 und insbesondere 8 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine cyclische Alkylgruppe mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung werden Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate eingesetzt, die durch Umsetzung von Glycerin- und/oder Diglycerincarbonat mit einem pri-
mären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) erhalten werden, in der R1 für H, R2 für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine cyclische Alkylgruppe mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und vorzugsweise für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 6 bis 18 und insbesondere 8 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
Insbesondere werden Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate einsetzt, die durch Umsetzung von Glycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin wie vorzugsweise Butylamin, Penty- lamin, Octylamin, Decylamin, Dodecylamin, Tetradecylamin, Hexadecylamin, Octadecylamin, Beheny- Tämih, )Teylämirr(z. ts. üenamin UL 1UD"U von Cläriäht), tearylamirr(zrBrÄrrheen 18 D von Akzo Nobel), Cocoylamin (z. B. Genamin CC 100 von Clariant), 2-Ethyhexylamin, Isotridecylamin, 2- Butyloctylamin, 2-Hexyldecylamin, 2-Octyldodecylamin, Cyclohexylamin, tert-Octylamin (z. B. Primene TOA von Rohm & Haas), tert-Do/Tetradecylamin (z. B. Primene 81-R von Rohm & Haas), tert- Octadecylamin (z. B. Primene JM-T von Rohm & Haas), Dibutylamin, Dicocoylamin (z. B. Armeen 2C von Akzo Nobel), Di-2-ethylhexylamin, N-Methylcyclohexylamin und insbesondere Octylamin, Octadecylamin, Oleylamin, Cocoylamin, Isotridecylamin erhalten werden.
Als Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate kommen beispielsweise folgende Verbindungen in Frage. Beispielhaft wird nachfolgend jeweils nur ein Regioisomer gezeigt:
Die erfindungsgemässen Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate werden in oberflächenaktiven Zubereitungen, vorzugsweise in Wasch-, Spül- und Reinigungsmittels sowie kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen und insbesondere kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen in Mengen von 0,01 bis 20, vorzugsweise 1 bis 10 und insbesondere 2,5 bis 5,5 Gew.-% - bezogen auf die Zubereitungen - eingesetzt.
Herstellung von Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglvcerincarbamaten
Die erfindungsgemässen Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate werden durch Umsetzung von Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) erhalten.
Die Herstellung von Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat können nach aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verfahren, wie sie beispielsweise in den Patentanmeldungen JP 06329663, US 5,091,543, EP 0582201 A1 oder EP 0955298 A1 beschrieben werden, erfolgen. Als Ausgangsverbindung wird dabei zur Synthese von Polyglycerincarbonaten Polyglycerin eingesetzt, deren Herstellung in der Patentanmeldungen DE 4029232 A1 beschrieben wird. Weitere Verfahren zur herstellung von Polyglycerin werden in den Patentanmeldungen DE 4117033 A1 oder US 52,430,866 offenbart.
Vorzugsweise wird Glycerincarbonat durch basenkatalysierte (z. B. 1 mol % NaOMe) Umesterung von 1 mol Glycerin mit 1,6 mol Dimethylcarbonat bei ca. 70 bis 80 °C unter abdestillieren des enstehendes Methanol und DMC-Überschuss, wie in US 5,091,543 beschrieben.
Vorzugsweise wird Diglycerincarbonat durch Umsetzung von 1 mol Diglycerin (TCI America Catalog, Nummer T0119, 80 % Reinheit) mit 3,2 mol Dimethylcarbonat wie oben beschrieben erhalten. Vorzugsweise wird Polyglycerincarbonat durch Umsetzung von Polyglycerin-4 (Solvay S.A.) mit einen Überschuss Dimethylcarbonat wie oben beschrieben erhalten.
Zur Herstellung der Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate wird ein Amin der Formel (I) in einem Reaktionsgefäss vorgelegt und unter Rühren Glycerin carbonat, Di- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat im Molverhältnis 0,5 : 1 bis 1: 2, vorzugsweise 0,75 1 bis 1 : 1,5 und insbesondere 1 : 1 und über 1 bis 24, vorzugsweise 2 bis 10 Stunden zugetropft, wobei die Reaktionstemperatur zwischen Raumtemperatur bis 120 und vorzugsweise 70 bis 90 °C gehalten wird. In einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist entsprechend der internationalen Patentanmeldung WO 98/50345 ebenfalls eine Umsetzung bei Anwesenheit von Katalysatoren, wie vorzugsweise Basen, deren konjugierte Säure einen pKs-Wert von 11 oder mehr besitzen.
Die erfindungsgemässen Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate können als solche ohne weitere Aufarbeitung eingesetzt werden. Alternativ, zur Entfernung der nach Reaktionsende noch vorhandenen Mengen an Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat und Amin kann das Rohproduktes in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel, vorzugsweise Dichlormethan oder Toluol, aufgenommen und danach mit einer schwach sauren Salzsäure-Lösung extrahiert werden. Das Lösungsmittel wird anschliessend entfernt und das Endprodukt mit einem Trockenmittel getrocknet. Andere Reinigungsschritte wie destil- lative Abtrennung der Restedukte oder Chromatographie sind ebenfalls möglich.
Exemplarisch aber nicht limitierend sei hier die Umsetzung von Glycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin in der nachfolgenden Reaktionsgleichung dargestellt. Es entstehen dabei zwei Regioisomere:
Gewerbliche Anwendbarkeit
Die erfindungsgemässen Glycerincarbamate können in oberflächenaktiven Zubereitungen verwendet werden. Unter oberflächenaktiven Zubereitungen werden im Sinne der Erfindung vorzugsweise Wasch-, Spülmittel- und Haushaltsreiniger; kosmetische und/oder pharmazeutische Zubereitungen; Bohrspülmittel für Ölfelder, Papier-, Leder-, Textil-, Klebstoff-, Pestizid- sowie Agrikulturzubereitungen und besonders bevorzugt Wasch-, Spülmittel- und Haushaltsreiniger sowie kosmetische und/oder pharmazeutische Zubereitungen. Diese oberflächenaktiven Zubereitungen können neben den erfindungsgemässen Carbamaten weitere aus dem Stand der Technik für die jeweilige Anwendung typischen Inhaltsstoffe in üblichen Konzentrationen enthalten. Der Gesamtanteil der typischen Inhaltsstoffe kann 1 bis 80, vorzugsweise 5 bis 50 und insbesondere 7 bis 10 Gew.-% - bezogen auf die Mittel - betragen.
Als kosmetische und/oder pharmazeutische Zubereitungen kommen vorzugsweise Haarshampoos, Haariotionen, Schaumbäder, Duschbäder, Cremes, Gele, Lotionen, alkoholische und wäss- rig/alkoholische Lösungen und Emulsionen in Frage, welche als weitere Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe Perlglanzwachse, Uberfettungsmittel, Stabilisatoren, Siliconverbindungen, Fette, Wachse, Lecithine, Phospholipide, Antioxidantien, Deodorantien, Antitranspirantien, Antischuppenmittel, Quellmittel, Tyro- sininhibitoren, Hydrotrope, Solubilisatoren, Konservierungsmittel, Parfümöle, Farbstoffe, weitere Tensi- de und dergleichen enthalten können. Der Gesamtanteil der Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe kann 1 bis 80, vorzugsweise 5 bis 50 und insbesondere 7 bis 10 Gew.-% - bezogen auf die Mittel - betragen. Die Herstel-
lung der Mittel kann durch übliche Kalt - oder Heißemulgierungen oder aber nach dem PIT-Verfahren erfolgen.
In den oberflächenaktiven Zubereitungen können die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen vorzugsweise als Verdickungsmittel verwendet werden. Dementsprechend ist ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung auf die Verwendung der erfindungsgemässen Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate als Verdickungsmittel in oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen, vorzugsweise in Wasch-, Spülmittel- und Haushaltsreinigern sowie kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen und insbesondere in kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen.
Wasch-, Spül- und Reinigungsmittels-sowie kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen und insbesondere kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen, welche die erfindungsgemässen Carbamate, vorzugsweise als Verdickungsmittel, in Mengen von 0,01 bis 10, vorzugsweise 1 bis 8 und insbesondere 2,5 bis 5,5 Gew.-% - bezogen auf die Zubereitungen - enthalten, weisen vorzugsweise Viskositäten von nach Brookfield von 1000 bis 300.000, besonders bevorzugt 2000 bis 0Q;000-und-insbesondere 6000 bis-2-5τQ00-GPS (23 °G,4Q rpm, Spindel 4)-auf,
In einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung werden die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen als Verdickungsmittel in den oben ausgeführten Konzentrationen in kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Mikroemulsionen (siehe Falbe J., Repitz M. Römpp Lexikon Chemie, 10. Auflage, 1996-1999, Georg Thieme Verlag, ISBN 3131078308) eingesetzt.
Typische kosmetische und/oder pharmazeutische Reinigungsmittel weisen vorzugsweise folgende Zusammensetzung auf:
(a) 0,01 bis 10, vorzugsweise 1 bis 8 und insbesondere 2,5 bis 5,5 Gew.-% der erfindungsgemässen Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate und
(b) 3 bis 30, vorzugsweise 5 bis 20 und insbesondere 10 bis 15 Gew.-% Tenside. mit der Massgabe, dass sich die Mengenangaben mit Wasser und gegebenenfalls weiteren Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffen zu 100 Gew.-% ergänzen.
Typische kosmetische und/oder pharmazeutische Emulsionen, weisen vorzugsweise folgende Zusammensetzung auf:
(a) 0,01 bis 10, vorzugsweise 1 bis 8 und insbesondere 2,5 bis 5,5 Gew.-% Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate,
(b) 3 bis 30, vorzugsweise 5 bis 20 und insbesondere 10 bis 15 Gew.-% Ölkörper und
(c) 1 bis 30, vorzugsweise 3 bis 20 und insbesondere 5 bis 10 Gew.-% Tenside mit der Massgabe, dass sich die Mengenangaben mit Wasser und gegebenenfalls weiteren Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffen zu 100 Gew.-% ergänzen.
Beispiele
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen den Gegenstand der Erfindung näher erläutern, ohne ihn hierauf zu beschränken.
Getestet wurden die erfindungsgemässen Substanzen in vier verschiedenen Basisrezepturen, welche folgende Zusammensetzung aufweisen:

Beispiel 1 : Herstellung von Octylglycerincarbamat
In einem Reaktionsgefäss werden 132 g Octylamin (1 mol, 98 %ig, Fluka) vorgelegt und auf 70 bis 80 °C erwärmt. Unter mechanischem Rühren werden 119 g (1 mol) Glycerincarbonat (90 %ig) über 4 Stunden zugetropft. Nach eine Stunde Nachreaktionszeit bei 80 °C, werden die hydrophilen Verunreinigungen durch Aufnahme des Rohproduktes in 150 ml Dichlormethan und Extraktion mit 50 ml Wasser und verdünnter Salzsäure-Lösung entfernt. Nach Trocknung mit Na2S0 und Entfernen des Lösungsmittels erhält man ca. 170 g (70 % Ausbeute) eines festen Regioisomerengemisches von Octylglycerincarbamat.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele 2 bis 9 werden analog des Herstellungsbeispiels 1 durchgeführt.
Beispiel 2: Oleylglycerincarbamat aus 1 mol Genamin OL 100 D (Clariant) und 1 mol Glycerincarbonat.
Beispiel 3: Cocoylglycerincarbamat aus 1 mol Genamin CC 100 (Clariant) und 1 mol Glycerincarbonat.
Beispiel 4: tert-Octadecylglycerincarbamat aus 1 mol Primene JM-T (Rohm & Haas) und 1 mol Glycerincarbonat.
Beispiel 5: tert-Ci2/Cι alkylglycerincarbamat aus 1 mol Primene 81 -R (Rohm & Haas) und 1 mol Glycerincarbonat.
Beispiel 6: tert-Octylglycerincarbamat aus 1 mol Primene TOA (Rohm & Haas) und 1 mol Glycerincarbonat.
Beispiel 7: Dodecylglycerincarbamat aus 1 mol Dodecylamin und 1 mol Glycerincarbonat.
Beispiel 8: Stearylglycerincarbamat aus 1 mol Armeen 18D (Akzo Nobel) und 1 mol Glycerincarbonat.
Beispiel 9: Dodecyldiglycerincarbamat aus 2 mol Dodecylamin und 1 mol Diglycerincarbonat
In Tabelle 5 werden einige Beispiele aufgeführt, die 94,5 bis 97 Gew.-% der Basisrezepturen der Tabellen 1 bis 4 sowie 3 bis 5 Gew.-% Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate- bezogen auf den Aktivsubstanzgehalt - entsprechend der Beispiele 1 bis 9 als Verdicker sowie gegebenenfalls 0,5 Gew.-% NaCI enthalten. Die Viskositäten der Zubereitungen 1 bis 4 in Tabelle 5 wurden nach der Brookfield- Methode (Brookfield RVF-Viskosimeter, 23°C, Spindel 4, 10 rpm, CPS) untersucht.

1. Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamate, dadurch erhältlich, dass man Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) umsetzt,

Mittel nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Glycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) umsetzt, in der R1 für H, R2 für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine cyclische Alkylgruppe mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
4. Mittel nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Glycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) umsetzt, in der R1 für H, R2 für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 6 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.

Mittel nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Glycerincarbonat mit Aminen umsetzt, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, die gebildet wird von Butyl amin, Pentylamin, Octylamin, Decylamin, Dodecylamin, Tetradecylamin, Hexadecylamin, Octade- cylamin, Behenylamin, Oleylamin, Stearylamin, Cocoylamin, 2-Ethyhexylamin, 2-Butyloctylamin, 2- Hexyldecylamin, 2-Octyldodecylamin, Isotridecylamin, Cyclohexylamin, tert-Octylamin, tert- Do/Tetradecylamin, tert-Octadecylamin, Dibutylamin, Dicocoylamin, Di-2-ethylhexylamin und N- Methylcyclohexylamin.
6. Oberflächenaktive Zubereitungen nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel nach Anspruch 1 in Mengen von 0,01 bis 20 Gew.-% - bezogen auf die Zubereitungen - enthalten.
7. Wasch-, Spül- und Reinigungsmittels sowie kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie sie Mittel nach Anspruch 1 in Mengen von 0,01 bis 10, vorzugsweise 1 bis 8 und insbesondere 2,5 bis 5,5 Gew.-% - bezogen auf die Zubereitungen - enthalten.
8. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylglycerincarbamaten bei dem man Glycerin-, Diglycerin- und/oder Polyglycerincarbonat mit einem primären und/oder sekundären Amin der Formel (I) umsetzt,
HNR1R2 (I)
in der R1 für H oder eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 1 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 für eine lineare und/oder verzweigte Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylgruppe mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine cyclische Alkylgruppe mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
9. Verwendung von Mitteln nach Anspruch 1 als Verdickungsmittel in oberflächenaktiven Zubereitungen.
10. Verwendung nach Anspruch 9 als Verdickungsmittel in kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen.
