The invention concerns a device for pressing packs or bulk containers for recuperating liquids, in particular milk or fruit juice, which they contain. The inventive device is essentially characterised in that it comprises, in combination, a support plate (3), whereon are set the packs to be pressed (4), adapted to take up a high position for pressing the stacked packs (4) and a low position for pressuring the containers; a pressing plate (1), driven in a vertical reciprocating movement, adapted to press said packs or containers and means (2) adapted to delimit, with the plate (1) and the plate (3), a closed volume during the entire pressing phase. Selon deux variantes de réalisation de l'invention, le moyen adapté pour délimiter un volume fermé est :

  • une jupe entraînée par le plateau de pressurage et adaptée, lorsqu'elle vient au contact d'un élément du plan de travail situé dans le prolongement du plateau support en position haute, pour coulisser par rapport audit plateau de manière à maintenir fermé le volume de pressurage des packs jusqu'à la fin de l'opération de pressurage;

Selon deux variantes de réalisation de l'invention :

  • le moyen (2) est une jupe entraînée par le plateau (1) et adaptée, lorsqu'elle vient au contact d'un élément (11) du plan de travail situé dans le prolongement du plateau (3) en position haute, pour coulisser par rapport audit plateau (1) de manière à maintenir fermé le volume de pressurage des packs (4) jusqu'à la fin de ladite opération ;
  • le moyen (10) est une cuve délimitée, dans son fond, par le plateau (3) en position basse et adaptée pour maintenir fermé le volume de pressurage des contenants (9) jusqu'à la fin de ladite opération.
Le plateau (1) comporte, sur sa face de pressurage, une plaque (5), en matière caoutchouteuse, ayant une épaisseur et une consistance adaptées pour épouser la forme de la surface des packs ou contenants pressurés.
Ledit plateau (1) est entraîné dans son mouvement de va-et-vient par un moyen (6) du type à vérin et le plateau (3) par un moyen (12) également du type vérin.
Dans le cas du pressurage de packs (4), le plan de travail (3,11) :
  • comporte une zone de chargement (A) suivie d'une zone de pressurage (B) elle-même suivie d'une zone d'égouttage (C) ;
  • est associé à un moyen, du type à chaînes (7) et tasseaux (8,13), animé d'un mouvement de va et vient et adapté pour entraîner les packs (4) de la zone de chargement (A) à la zone d'égouttage (C) en passant par la zone de pressurage (B). L'intervalle existant entre les tasseaux (8), destinés à entraîner les packs à pressurer (4) de la zone de chargement (A) à la zone de pressurage (B), et les tasseaux (13), destinés à entraîner les packs pressurés (4) de la zone de pressurage (B) à la zone d'égouttage (C), est supérieur à la largeur de la jupe (2) qui délimite le volume de pressurage.
Dans le cas du pressurage de contenants en vrac (9) :
  • la cuve (10) est alimentée par une trémie (15) (basculante ou non) ;
  • en fin de pressurage, le plateau (3) remonte les contenants pressurés (9) qui sont ensuite entraînés, de la zone de pressurage (B) à la zone d'égouttage (C), au moyen des tasseaux (13).
Un bac (14), de récupération des liquides, est placé sous le plan de travail.

Said plate (1) is driven in its movement back and forth by means (6) of the cylinder type and the plate (3) by means (12) also of the cylinder type.
In the case of pressing packs (4), the work plan (3,11):
  • comprises a loading zone (A) followed by a pressing zone (B) itself followed by a dewatering zone (C);
  • is associated with a means, chain type (7) and cleats (8, 13), moved back and forth and adapted to drive the packs (4) of the zone of loading (A) to the dewatering zone (C) via the pressing zone (B). Claims (10)

    characterised in that it comprises, in combination, a support plate (3), whereon the packs (4) or containers (9) to be pressed rest, suitable for adopting a high position to press packs (4) and a low position to press containers (9); a pressing plate (1), driven by a vertical to-and-fro movement, suitable for pressing said packs or container and means (2,10) suitable for delimiting, with the plate (1) and the plate (3), a closed volume throughout the pressing phase.
  2. Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the means (2) consists of a skirt driven by the plate (1) and is suitable, when it comes into contact with a component (11) of the work surface located in the prolongation of the plate (3) in the high position, for sliding with respect to said plate (1) so as to keep the pressing volume of the packs (4) closed until the end of said operation.
  3. Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the means (10) consists of a tank delimited, at its base, by the plate (3) in the low position and suitable for keeping the pressing volume of the containers (9) closed until the end of said operation.
  4. Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the plate (1) comprises, on its pressing face, a sheet (5), made of rubber-like material, of a suitable thickness and consistency to take the exact shape of the surface of the pressed packs or containers.
  5. Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the work surface (3,11) comprises a loading area (A) followed by a pressing area (B) in turn followed by a draining area (C).
  6. Device, according to claim 5, characterised in that the work surface (3,11) is connected to means, of the type with chains (7) and cleats (8,13), driven by a to-and-fro movement and suitable for carrying the packs (4) from the loading area (A) to the draining area (C) through the pressing area (B) and the containers (9) from the pressing area (B) to the draining area (C).
  7. Device, according to claim 6, characterised in that gap between the cleats (8), intended to carry the packs to be pressed (4) from the loading area (A) to the pressing area (B), and the cleats (13), intended to carry the pressed packs (4), or containers (9), from the pressing area (B) to the draining area (C), is greater than the length of the skirt (2) delimiting the pressing volume.
  8. Device, according to claim 3, characterised in that the tank (10) is supplied by a hopper (15).
  9. Device, according to claims 6 and 8, characterised in that, at the end of pressing, the plate (3) raises the pressed containers (9) which are then carried from the pressing area (B) to the draining area (C), by means of the cleats (13).
  10. Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that a liquid recovery tray (14) is placed under the work surface.
