Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the field of materials absorbents, in particular used as articles of clothing or as products for household purposes and relates to an absorbent device and desorbent.
  • hypersudation or hyperidrosis has also been treated by using products to be applied directly to the skin, such as that gels, sprays, powders or other magistral preparations, or still by vaporization of anti-mycotic and antibacterial products directly in the shoes.
  • products to be applied directly to the skin such as that gels, sprays, powders or other magistral preparations, or still by vaporization of anti-mycotic and antibacterial products directly in the shoes.
  • all these methods of treatment have been only very weak.
  • charcoal soles active made of leather or synthetic fibers, which have good moisture absorption and odor control.
  • saturation capacity moisture remains trapped in the shoe and leads to a maceration conducive to proliferation bacterial and odor retention.
  • the present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages by providing an absorbent and desorbent device allowing, on the one hand, a fast and efficient absorption of any moisture, especially excessive sweating or splashing of water and, on the other hand, a rapid desorption of accumulated moisture avoiding all formations mycotic or unwanted bacterial
  • the absorbent and desorbent device according to the invention comprises the features of claim 1.
  • Figures 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings show a device absorbent and desorbent which essentially consists of at least one microporous membrane with absorbent and desorbent properties 1, by less a permeable porous coating 2 and at least one underlayer damping impermeable, essentially closed cell.
  • microporous membrane with absorbent properties and Desorbent 1 is permeable to all fluids on both sides.
  • a membrane 1 is advantageously based on a microporous polyolefin of the ultra-high density polyethylene type loaded with silica, such as known in particular from EP-A-0 892 647.
  • This membrane whose porosity is greater than 60%, has a very high absorbency and desorbs very quickly, so that a return to the initial characteristics of the product can be obtained by less than two hours.
  • the material constituting this membrane 1 has a good shock absorbing capacity, thus avoiding the effect of microtrauma and increase comfort when walking and practicing athletic.
  • this membrane which can be cut very easily and which remains indeformable even after intensive use, is very easy, can be washed with soap and water, and participates very effectively in the fight against mycotic and bacterial infections, as these can develop much more difficult in a dry environment than in a humid environment.
  • the micro-membrane porous having absorbing and desorbent properties 1 may be provided with grooves forming channels for evacuation of moisture.
  • the permeable porous coating 2 may consist, in a use of the device as shoe sole, either in the form a woven, non-woven or synthetic textile coating, this coating being with micro-perforations or being highly porous and presenting good drying properties ( Figure 1).
  • Such a porous coating 2 is essentially intended to allow a comfortable contact with the party upper part of the device and must be easily permeable to water and air, to allow the easy and quick passage of liquids to the membrane 1 and the rapid desorption of the membrane 1 disposed under this coating porous 2.
  • the permeable porous coating 2 can advantageously be constituted by a fabric or a non-woven covering with high porosity and low water absorption capacity. Indeed, in such a case, it is necessary that most of the moisture gets into the micro porous membrane 1 and that during desorption, the moisture can evaporate quickly without being retained by the coating 2, the latter obviously having to dry very quickly.
  • the waterproof damping underlayer 3 is advantageously pierced with sufficiently large and numerous holes for allow evacuation of moisture from below by evaporation.
  • the damping sub-layer waterproof 3 may also not be provided with holes when the porous micro membrane 1 is provided with grooves forming channels evacuation of moisture.
  • the waterproof damping underlayer 3 can be consisting of a foam of an ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer microperforated and thin, namely of the order of 2 mm in the case of a sole.
  • a foam simultaneously makes it possible to ensure damping of micro-trauma during support on the device, by example during walking, and an air exchange with the micro membrane porous 1, in particular from the underside of the device, for promote desorption, when said device is no longer loaded.
  • the foam constituting the microporous sub-layer 3 has good mechanical tensile properties at tearing and abrasion, as well as good dynamic properties of resilience and flexural strength. In addition, such a foam is little sensitive to aging due to air, light, ozone and heat and resists cold aggression and fire. In addition, this foam has a good resistance to fluids, such as oils, solvents, ketones, acids, gases and water.
  • the constituent elements of the absorbent and desorbent device according to the invention can be assembled together in a sandwich functional by sewing or gluing.
  • this one is advantageously carried out by spot bonding or heat sealing at medium of a fusible product 4 having a mesh structure and interposed on either side of the microporous membrane 1, between the porous coating 2 and the microporous membrane, respectively 1 and between this membrane 1 and the impervious damping underlayer 3 ( Figures 1 and 2).
  • a sticky product is especially available in strips deposited on a transfer medium, the assembly being wound into coils.
  • the fusible product has a mesh as it occupies a very small part of the total surface of the microporous membrane 1 and, preferably about 12% of this area, so that the capabilities, on the one hand, moisture transmission through the porous coating permeable 2 to membrane 1 and, on the other hand, evaporation of moisture from the membrane 1 through the permeable porous coating 2, are maintained optimally. This property is also used to ensure a possibility of air circulation between the underside of the membrane 1 and the waterproof damping underlayer 3.
  • An assembly by heat-sealing makes it possible to guarantee a perfect connection between the elements 1 to 3 constituting the device according to the invention.
  • the absorbing device and desorbent may be in the form of a soleplate to be inserted into a shoe or in the form of an insole permanently in a shoe and constituting the first mounting or sole of cleanliness of the shoe.
  • the absorbent and desorbent device may be provided, by coating, by spraying or otherwise, one or more layers of anti-bacterial agents and / or fungicides.
  • the forecast of such additional layers can meet the strict requirements of prevention of bacterial or mycotic spreads, particularly in the of dermatology, diabetology, with regard to the sole and hotels, balneotherapy and, in general, public places which concerns the bath mat.
  • the device according to the invention makes it possible to answer particularly effective way of addressing needs rapid absorption of moisture, especially resulting from excessive sweating.
  • This device can be reused very quickly, efficiently, because of its fast desorption power allowing it a return to starting characteristics in a very short time.
  • the device complies with the invention can provide an insulation function, both of heat and cold.
  • this device attracts moisture to dissipate it then in the air, it respects in particular the physiological perspiration, unlike local anti-sweat treatments, when used as a sole in an article of footwear.
  • the device according to the invention does not constitute any favorable terrain for allergy developments, no component allergenic being part of its constitution.
  • the device allows a regression of certain disorders such as mycoses or eczema, the aggravating factor of these troubles always being a permanent moisture.
  • the invention it is possible to produce a device to quickly and effectively absorb significant moisture and to desorb, also quickly, said moisture, as soon as the the wet spring.
  • This device is more particularly applicable in the form of shoe sole; insole insert or sole first but is also applicable in other areas, including domestic, by example, for rapid absorption of projections and for desorption corresponding, allowing a prolonged use of the means of absorption and not a systematic replacement of it with the expense of washing and corresponding drying.
