背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,越来越多的人对健康非常重视,都开始选择绿色环保的产品;而足部问题,无非都是脚汗问题,而现有的足部日常用品鞋垫或袜子,其材质多为布、棉、工业皮革、人造皮革等,在吸汗方面不易排汗且容易饱和,常造成脚部湿潮、冰冷、僵硬、细菌繁殖、脚气加重等状况;无法解决脚汗,就无法保证脚部的健康。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的日常用品鞋垫或袜子不能持续有效吸收脚汗的缺陷,公开了一种吸汗保暖环保的裹足垫,它是根据尿不湿和卫生巾原理,利用吸水纸、吸水棉、纸浆、高吸水性聚合物等吸水材料组合而成的裹足垫,它具有能吸汗、去湿、保暖、除臭、抗菌、熏香、环保等的优点;使用时,包裹人体脚部,让人在行走或活动锻炼时能够减轻脚部的劳损和脚汗的不适,长期使用能保持脚部的健康。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
本发明一种吸汗保暖的裹足垫,包括:鞋垫、护围、漏斗吸水孔、压边、透气孔、胶布、表面保护层、吸水复合层、底面保护层;所述鞋垫与压边和护围连接,所述表面保护层与吸水复合层和底面保护层粘合连接,所述鞋垫表层设有漏斗吸水孔,所述护围面设有透气孔,所述护围面设有胶布。
进一步,所述裹足垫表面保护层、底面保护层其材质要求柔软、透气、防水的PE打孔膜;吸水复合层,其材质要求柔软、环保、吸水能力强的吸水纸、吸水棉、纸浆、高吸水性聚合物等。
进一步,所述裹足垫所述裹足垫厚度为0.2~1cm。
本发明裹足垫的增益效果有:由吸水纸、吸水棉、纸浆、高吸水性聚合物等材料组合而成的裹足垫,它具有能持续吸汗、去湿、保暖、除臭、抗菌、绿色环保并散发多种香气的优点;而且全方位包裹脚部,不仅可以代替袜子、鞋垫使用,还在使用时能减轻脚部的劳损和脚汗的不适,长期使用能保持脚部的健康。

一种吸汗保暖的裹足垫,包括:鞋垫(1)、护围(2)、漏斗吸水孔(3)、压边(4)、透气孔(5)、胶布(6)、表面保护层(7)、吸水复合层(8)、底面保护层(9);所述鞋垫(1)与压边(4)和护围(2)连接,所述表面保护层(7)与吸水复合层(8)和底面保护层(9)粘合连接,所述鞋垫(1)表面设有漏斗吸水孔(3),所述护围(2)面设有透气孔(5),所述护围面设有胶布(6)。
优选的,所述裹足垫表面保护层(7)、底面保护层(8)其材质要求柔软、透气、防水的PE打孔膜;吸水复合层(8),其材质要求柔软、环保、吸水能力强的吸水纸、吸水棉、纸浆、高吸水性聚合物等。
优选的,所述裹足垫厚度为0.2~1cm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的裹足垫,其特征在于:所述裹足垫表面保护层(7)、底面保护层(8)其材质要求柔软、防潮、防水的PE打孔膜;吸水复合层(8),其材质要求柔软、环保、吸水能力强的吸水纸、吸水棉、纸浆、高吸水性聚合物等。
