Claims (5)

  1. Schuhwerk umfassend eine zwischen dem Fuß und dem Boden liegende untere Struktur aus mehreren übereinander liegenden Sohlen und einem Oberteil (9), wobei jede der Sohlen aus einem waschbaren Kunststoff hergestellt ist, wobei die übereinander liegenden Sohlen folgende sind:
    - eine mit dem Boden in Kontakt kommende Außensohle (1), welche aus einem Gummi und/oder einem gut stoßdämpfenden starren Polymer hergestellt ist,
    - eine Zwischensohle (2),
    - eine herausnehmbare, stoßdämpfende geformte Innensohle (3),
    wobei jede der Sohlen perforiert ist, so dass sie Wasser und Luft durchlässt, und eine belüftete Sohle bildet, und wobei die Zwischensohle (2) umfasst:
    - einen Teil, gebildet von einer Gittermembran (5), welche mit der Außensohle (1) verklebt und vernäht ist,
    - einen Teil, gebildet von einer Netzmembran (6), welche mit der Gittermembran (5) gehalten wird und in Bezug auf den Boden über ihr angeordnet ist;
    wobei die Außensohle (1) mindestens zwei Öffnungen oder Schlitze und vorzugsweise eine Anordnung von klein dimensionierten Öffnungen und Schlitzen aufweist, wobei die Länge der Öffnungen und Schlitze typischerweise 2 bis 300 Millimeter betragen kann und die Breite auf maximal 8 Millimeter zu begrenzen ist, damit keine Steinchen eintreten können;
    wobei der Oberteil (9) des Schuhs mit perforierten Geweben aus waschbaren synthetischen Stoffen hergestellt ist;
    und wobei die Außensohle (1) in den Verschleißzonen mit gegebenenfalls karbonverstärkten Gummiteilen verstärkt ist.
  2. Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Öffnungen oder Schlitze in den vertieften Bereichen (4) der Außensohle (1) ausgebildet sind.
  3. Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 1, bei dem zwischen Gittermembran (5) und Netzmembran (6) ein Einsatz eingefügt ist, mit dem Stöße gedämpft und/oder Stoßwellen verteilt werden können.
  4. Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Innensohle (3) folgende zwei Schichten aufweist:
    - eine untere Schicht (7) aus EVA, welche mit der unter ihr liegenden Membran in Kontakt ist,
    - eine obere Schicht (8) aus behandeltem Textil, wobei dieser Teil auf die untere Schicht (7) geklebt und/oder mit ihr vernäht ist.
  5. Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die obere Schicht (8) aus Textil zur Verminderung von Bakterien- und Geruchbildung behandelt ist, wobei die Behandlung nach der Herstellung des Textils oder auf der Textilfaser selbst vor dem Weben erfolgen kann.
