Abstract
L'invention concerne une vanne de régulation de l'écoulement d'un gaz à travers celle-ci ne nécessitant pas d'usinage pour obtenir un joint efficace entre la surface d'assise de la vanne et un élément obturateur tournant. La surface de siège de vanne reste brute de coulée tandis que l'obturateur se compose d'un plastique surmoulé. Le surmoulage définit un ensemble de nervures d'étanchéité pliables. L'utilisation d'un surmoulage facilite l'emploi de matières plastiques économiques et évite l'usinage coûteux des surfaces concourantes.
