Claims (26)

  1. Verfahren zum Bilden von Bügel-Paketen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    (a) Anordnen wenigstens eines ersten Bügels (12) an einem vorderen Eingangsbereich (E) einer Vorrichtung zum Bilden von Bügel-Paketen;
    (b) Aufnehmen des ersten Bügels (12) von dem vorderen Eingangsbereich (E) durch Greif- und Schweißmittel (5), die sich in Längsrichtung in Bezug auf den Eingangsbereich (E) bewegen können;
    (c) Bewirken der Hin- und Herbewegung der Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) in einer Vorwärtsrichtung, um den ersten Bügel (12) an die vordere Position zu übertragen;
    (d) Befestigen wenigstens einer longitudinalen Hilfsstange (11) außerhalb des ersten Bügels (12), der durch die Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) gehalten wird;
    (e) Anordnen einer Reihe weiterer Bügel (12), die nacheinander durch die Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) in dem Eingangsbereich (E) aufgenommen werden, angrenzend an den an die vordere Position übertragenen ersten Bügel (12), um so ein Paket (10) von Bügeln (12) zu bilden;
    (f) Befestigen der longitudinalen Hilfsstange (11) außerhalb wenigstens eines letzten Bügels (12) des Pakets (10);
    (g) Abschneiden der Hilfsstange (11) vor dem auf diese Weise gebildeten Paket (10) oder Erzeugen eines Spalts, um einen Abstand zu dem nächsten zu bildenden Paket zu schaffen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte (b) des Aufnehmens des ersten Bügels (12) von dem vorderen Eingangsbereich (E) und (e) des Anordnens einer Reihe weiterer Bügel (12) angrenzend an den ersten Bügel (12) das aufeinander folgende Aufnehmen der Bügel (12) durch Greifmittel (51) und das aufeinander folgende Übertragen der Bügel (12) an Schweißmittel (80), die den Greif- und Schweißmitteln (5) zugeordnet sind, umfassen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Übertragen des ersten Bügels (12) an die vordere Position und das Anordnen der weiteren Bügel (12) angrenzend an den ersten Bügel (12) durch die Schweißmittel (80) in einem geeigneten Zeitablauf in Bezug auf das Aufnehmen der Bügel (12) durch die Greifmittel (51) am vorderen Eingangsbereich (E) umfasst.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das gleichzeitige Bewegen der Schweißmittel (80) an die vordere Position durch Betätigen eines Zugmittels (74) und das Erzeugen des Rückwärtshubs in entgegengesetzter Richtung der Greifmittel (51) am vorderen Eingangsbereich (E) durch Betätigen entsprechender Greifbetätigungsmittel (70) umfasst.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das aufeinander folgende Anordnen der aufzunehmenden Bügel (2) auf einer Arbeitsfläche einer Bügelbiegemaschine (2), die dem vorderen Eingangsbereich (E) zugewandt ist, umfasst.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Ergreifen der Bügel (12) an der Arbeitsfläche der Bügelbiegemaschine (2) durch Greifelemente (51), die den Greif- und Schweißmitteln (5) zugeordnet sind, vor dem Schritt des Abschneidens der Bügel (12) von dem Material, aus dem sie durch Biegen erhalten werden, umfasst.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifmittel (51) die Bügel (12) in Übereinstimmung mit einer bestimmten Reihenfolge ergreifen.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reihenfolge das Ergreifen erst des unteren Abschnitts der Bügel (12) und dann des seitlichen Abschnitts, der gegenüber der Schließüberlappung der Bügel (12) liegt, und schließlich des anderen seitlichen Abschnitts umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt (e) des Anordnens mehrerer weiterer Bügel (12) angrenzend an den in die vordere Position übertragenen ersten Bügel (12) das aufeinander folgende Übertragen der Bügel (12) an die Schweißmittel (80), die den Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) zugeordnet sind, und das aufeinander folgende Ausführen der Hin- und Herbewegung der Schweißmittel (80) mit allmählich abnehmender Hubbreite während der Bildung des Pakets (10) umfasst.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt (f) des Befestigens der Hilfsstange (11) an dem wenigstens einen letzten Bügel (12) in dem Schritt des Befestigens der Hilfsstange (11) an dem letzten Bügel (12) das Vorsehen einer Schwächung der Hilfsstange (11) an dem letzten Bügel (12) während des Schweißens umfasst, um dann die Hilfsstange (11) durch einen auf das Paket (10) ausgeübten Zug durchzuschneiden.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt (e) des Anordnens einer Reihe weiterer Bügel (12), die nacheinander durch die Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) aufgenommen werden, angrenzend an den ersten Bügel (12) das aufeinander folgende Bewegen der weiteren Bügel (12) in eine feste vordere Position, in der die Bügel (12) an die Hilfsstange (11) geschweißt werden, und dann das Ausführen eines weiteren Hubs der Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) mit begrenztem Ausmaß, um so die schrittweise Vorwärtsbewegung des momentan gebildeten Pakets (10) hervorzurufen und die feste Position freizugeben, um den nächsten Arbeitszyklus zuzulassen, umfasst.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schrittweise Vorwärtsbewegung des momentan gebildeten Pakets (10) einen entsprechenden Zug auf die an den Bügeln (12) angeschweißte Hilfsstange (11) hervorruft.
  13. Vorrichtung zum Bilden von Bügel-Paketen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst: einen vorderen Eingangsbereich (E), dem nacheinander eine Reihe von Bügeln (12) zugeführt werden kann; Greif- und Schweißmittel (5), die sich in einer Längsrichtung in Bezug auf den Eingangsbereich (E) bewegen können und so beschaffen sind, dass sie die Bügel (12) nacheinander von dem vorderen Eingangsbereich (E) aufnehmen können, und zu einer Hin- und Herbewegung veranlasst werden können, um die Bügel (12) aneinander angrenzend in einer vorderen Position anzuordnen, um so ein Paket (10) von Bügeln (12) zu bilden; Schweißmittel (80), die den Greif- und Schweißmitteln (5) zugeordnet sind und so beschaffen sind, dass sie eine longitudinale Hilfsstange (11) außerhalb wenigstens des ersten und des letzten Bügels (12) des Pakets (10) befestigen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) in einer Längsrichtung bewegen können, die zu einer von dem Eingangsbereich (E) beschriebenen vertikalen Ebene im Wesentlichen senkrecht ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) Greifmittel (51) umfassen, die durch eine Klemme (52) gebildet sind, die durch ein lineares Stellglied (54) betätigt werden kann und zum Eingangsbereich (E) gerichtet ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemme (52) durch das Stellglied (54) anliegend an einer Stütze (55), die mit einem Schaft (56) starr gekoppelt ist, der so geführt wird, dass er entgegen elastischen Mitteln (57) durch einen Gleitblock (58) gleiten kann, betätigbar ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schwimmende Träger des Stellglieds (54) mittels des Schafts (56), der entgegen den elastischen Mitteln (57) gleiten kann, durch Gegenkraft die Bewegung der Stütze (55) hervorrufen kann, um den Bügel (12) auf den Greifmitteln (51) automatisch zu zentrieren.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleitblock (58) mit dem Schaft (60) eines zweiten linearen Stellglieds (61), das so betätigbar ist, dass es die Greifmittel (51) in eine abgesenkte, freigegebene Position bewegt, starr gekoppelt ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite lineare Stellglied (61) mit horizontalen Schäften (66), die gleitend durch einen Körper (67) verlaufen, der mit Zugmitteln (74) starr gekoppelt ist, und durch ein Greifstellglied (70) betätigbar sind, starr gekoppelt ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißmittel (80) bewegliche Schweißeinheiten (81) umfassen, die durch einen Arm (83) unterstützt sind, der durch ein lineares Stellglied (84) betätigbar ist, und mit festen Schweißeinheiten (82) zusammenwirken, die an einem Körper (85) angebracht sind, der vor den Zugmitteln (74) unterstützt ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugmittel (74) durch ein Gehäuse gebildet sind, das so geführt ist, dass es in Längsrichtung gleiten kann, und monolithisch mit einer longitudinalen Zahnstange (76) versehen ist, die mit einem entsprechenden Zahnrad (73) gekoppelt ist, das durch geeignete Motorelemente angetrieben wird.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greif- und Schweißmittel (5) durch einen Arbeitskopf (1) unterstützt sind, dessen Position auf einem vor dem Eingangsbereich (E) angeordneten Rahmen einstellbar ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfsstange (11) von einer Spule abgewickelt wird, die auf einer Seite einer Plattform (3) angeordnet ist, auf der das Paket (10) von Bügeln (12) gebildet wird.
  24. Paket von Bügeln, das eine Reihe von Bügeln (12) umfasst, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügel (12) miteinander durch wenigstens eine longitudinale Hilfsstange (11) gekoppelt sind, die außerhalb wenigstens des ersten und des letzten der Bügel (12) verschweißt ist.
  25. Paket nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügel (12) in gleichem Abstand und aneinander grenzend angeordnet sind.
  26. Paket nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Bügel (12) mit der longitudinalen Hilfsstange (11) verschweißt sind.
