Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Biegen von Metallprofilen in Stabform in Maschinen des Typs, der eine Linie (3) zum Zuführen der Profile in Form von zu biegenden Stäben (2) umfasst, längs derer Vorrichtungen (4) zum Antreiben der Stäbe (2), eine Scheranordnung (5) und wenigstens eine Biegeanordnung (6) vorhanden sind, wobei das Verfahren umfasst: Verarbeiten des Endabschnitts der Profile in Form von Stäben (2) durch Ausführen des Vorschubs des Endabschnitts der Stäbe (2) kraft der Antriebsvorrichtungen (4); Anhalten der Endabschnitte der Stäbe (2) an einer im Voraus festgelegten Position nahe dem Punkt, in dem die Antriebsvorrichtungen (4) die Stäbe (2) in Arbeit nicht mehr ergreifen können; Ergreifen mittels einer Extraktionsanordnung (8), die mit einer Greifvorrichtung (9) des Klemmtyps versehen ist, die so beschaffen ist, dass sie hin und her bewegt werden kann, des Endabschnitts der Stäbe (2) in einem Abschnitt, der an der Vorderseite von der Biegeanordnung (6) vorsteht; Ausführen der longitudinalen translatorischen Bewegung des Endabschnitts der Stäbe (2) um einen Vorschubhub von kontrollierter Größe bei einer Betätigung der Extraktionsanordnung (8); und anschließend Scheren, um den Endabschnitt der Stäbe (2), der durch die Extraktionsanordnung (8) bewegt wird, abzuschneiden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst: Ausführen mittels der Antriebsmittel (4) eines ersten Hubs für den Vorschub des Endabschnitts der Stäbe (2), dessen Größe in Bezug auf die Länge des Endabschnitts der Stäbe (2) veränderlich und besonders gleich dem Vorschub ist, der infolge der von dem Abstand zwischen den Antriebsmittel (4) und der Biegeanordnung (6) und/oder der Schereanordnung (5) bestimmten Beschränkungen durch die Antriebsmittel (4) ausgeführt werden kann; Anhalten des Endabschnitts der Stäbe (2) an der im Voraus festgelegten Position, die von dem Vorschub bestimmt ist, der infolge der von dem Abstand zwischen den Antriebsmittel (4) und der Biegeanordnung (6) und/oder der Schereanordnung (5) bestimmten Beschränkungen durch die Antriebsmittel (4) ausgeführt werden kann; Fertigstellen der Abmessung der geformten Gegenstände kraft der anschließenden longitudinalen translatorischen Bewegung des Endabschnitts der Stäbe (2) bei einer Betätigung der Extraktionsanordnung (8), die den Vorschubhub mit kontrollierter Länge ausführt.
  3. Maschine zum Biegen von Metallprofilen in Stabform des Typs, der eine Linie (3) zum Zuführen der Profile in Form von zu biegenden Stäben (2) umfasst, längs derer Antriebsvorrichtungen (4) für die Stäbe (2), eine Scheranordnung (5) und wenigstens eine Biegeanordnung (6) angeordnet sind, die eine Extraktionsanordnung (8) umfasst, die mit einer Greifvorrichtung (9) des Klemmtyps versehen ist, die so beschaffen ist, dass sie während eines Arbeitsschrittes den Endabschnitt der Stäbe (2) ergreift, ihn durch die Antriebsvorrichtungen (4) zu einer im Voraus festgelegten Position befördert, von der Biegeanordnung (6) nach vorn vorsteht und unter der Betätigung eines Betätigungsmittels (10) längs einer Achse, die in Bezug auf die Vorschubrichtung der Stäbe (2) longitudinal verläuft, hin und her beweglich ist, um die translatorische Bewegung der Endabschnitte der Stäbe (2) für einen Vorschubhub mit kontrollierter Größe auszuführen,
    wobei die Greifvorrichtung (9) des Klemmtyps längs einer Achse, die zu der Vorschubrichtung der Stäbe (2) senkrecht ist, durch die Betätigung eines zweiten Betätigungsmittels (11) zwischen einer oberen Position und einer unteren Position beweglich ist, die einer ersten Biegestation (61), die längs der Zuführlinie (3) angeordnet ist, bzw. einer darunterliegenden zweiten Biegestation (62), bei der wenigstens ein Biegekopf (7) der Biegeanordnung (6) so ausgelegt ist, dass er arbeiten kann, entsprechen.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifvorrichtung (9) des Klemmtyps so beschaffen ist, dass sie die Stäbe (2) einer unteren Antriebsanordnung (13), die bei der unteren Biegestation (62) angeordnet ist, zuführt.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie bei der unteren Biegestation (62) einen zurückziehbaren Anschlag (12) umfasst, der an einer Zwischenposition zwischen der Biegeanordnung (6) und der Extraktionsanordnung (8) angeordnet und so beschaffen ist, dass er während des Biegens mit dem hinteren Ende der Stäbe (2) zusammenwirkt.
  6. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Greifvorrichtung (9) des Klemmtyps längs einer Achse, die quer zu der Stabvorschubrichtung (2) liegt, bei einer Betätigung eines zusätzlichen Betätigungsmittels (87) zwischen einer Position, die in Bezug auf die Arbeitsebene der Maschine zurückgezogen ist, und einer Position, die in Bezug auf die Arbeitsebene nach außen vorsteht, hin und her bewegt werden kann.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifvorrichtung (9) des Klemmtyps von einem Rahmen (90) unterstützt ist, der mittels Führungsschäfte (86) längs der Achse, die quer zu der Vorschubrichtung der Stäbe (2) liegt, auf einem Kasten (84) gleiten kann, mit dem das zusätzliche Betätigungsmittel (87) starr gekoppelt ist, wobei der Kasten (84) mittels Führungsstäben (82), die zu der Vorschubrichtung der Stäbe (2) longitudinal verlaufen, auf einer Struktur (80) gleiten kann, mit der die Betätigungsmittel (10), die die translatorische Bewegung des Endabschnitts der Stäbe (2) für einen Vorschubhub mit kontrollierter Größe ausführen können, starr gekoppelt sind.
  8. Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (80) an Säulen (83), die mit dem festen Rahmen der Maschine starr gekoppelt sind, auf der Arbeitsebene und mit einer Achse, die zu der Vorschubrichtung der Stäbe (2) senkrecht ist, gleiten kann und so beschaffen ist, dass sie durch ein Betätigungsmittel (11) zwischen einer oberen Position und einer unteren Position hin und her bewegt werden kann, die einer ersten Biegestation (61), die längs der Zuführlinie (3) angeordnet ist, bzw. einer darunterliegenden zweiten Biegestation (62), an der wenigstens ein Biegekopf (7) der Biegeanordnung (6) so ausgelegt ist, dass er arbeiten kann, entsprechen.
  9. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtungen (4) eine erste Antriebsanordnung (41) und eine zweite Antriebsanordnung (42), die längs der Zuführlinie (3) beabstandet sind, und einen Motor (40), der an einer Mittelposition zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Antriebsanordnung (41, 42) angeordnet und mit diesen durch entsprechende Kraftübertragungsorgane (44, 45) mit gleicher Länge verbunden ist, besitzen.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Antriebsanordnung (41) und die zweite Antriebsanordnung (42) durch Paare von entgegengesetzt rotierenden Rädern (43), die durch ein Betätigungsmittel mit gleichen Eigenschaften betätigt werden, gebildet sind.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in einem unteren Bereich mit einem Schlitten (14) versehen ist, der mit Fächern für die wahlweise Sammlung der fertig gestellten Produkte versehen ist.
  12. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Extraktionsanordnung (8) vor der Biegeanordnung (6) längs der Linie (13) zum Zuführen der Stäbe (2) angeordnet ist.
  13. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Extraktionsanordnung (8) am Ausgang der Scheranordnung (5) hinter der Biegeanordnung (6) längs der Linie (13) zum Zuführen der Stäbe (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Greifvorrichtung (9) des Klemmtyps die Stäbe (2) während des Biegens in der ersten oberen Biegestation (61) greifen kann, um so als ein Anschlag für das Biegen zu wirken.
