Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité pompe-ajutage (10) servant à injecter du carburant dans la chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne. A cet effet, un élément de soupape (28) est ouvert par augmentation d'une pression du système à l'encontre d'une force de précontrainte. Pendant l'élévation de la pression du système, la force de précontrainte est également augmentée, notamment de sorte qu'une pression de fermeture de soupape augmentée en raison de la force de précontrainte augmentée, se situe toujours en dessous de la pression de système. Ladite pression du système est ensuite abaissée à une valeur située en dessous de la pression de fermeture de soupape, de sorte que l'élément de soupape (28) se ferme.
