Claims (10)

  1. Türschließer mit hydraulischer Dämpfung des Typs, der ein Gehäuse (1), das ein hydraulisches Fluid enthält und in welchem in einer Dichtung ein Kolben (2) hin- und herbeweglich angebracht ist, der mit einem Mantel (7) versehen ist, der auf beiden Seiten von diesem in dem Gehäuse zwei Kammern (19, 20) mit jeweils in entgegengesetzter Richtung veränderlichem Volumen begrenzt, deren Bewegungen in Bezug auf das Gehäuse mit denjenigen eines Türblatts verbunden sind, wobei eine Rückstellfeder (3) auf dem Mantel des Kolbens aufliegt, um diesen in eine Schließposition der Tür zurückzubringen, mindestens eine Leitung (22, 23), die die zwei Kammern des Gehäuses miteinander verbindet, die durch den Mantel (7) des Kolbens voneinander getrennt sind, um den Transport des Fluids zwischen den beiden Kammern (19, 20) sicherzustellen, und Mittel zum Blockieren der Tür in Öffnungsposition umfasst, wobei diese Mittel Mittel (27, 34) zum mechanischen Blockieren des Wegs des Kolbens (2) in Öffnungsposition umfassen, und der Türschließer auch Steuermittel (32, 33) im Kontakt mit diesen Blockiermitteln umfasst, um sie zu betätigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Steuermittel mindestens ein Mittel (33) mit elektrischer Stromversorgung umfassen, das mit mindestens einem mechanischen Mittel (32) zusammenwirkt, um bei fehlendem elektrischem Strom für die Versorgung dieses Steuermittels (33) mit elektrischer Stromversorgung die Blockiermittel in die Rückzugsposition eines oder mehrerer zurückziehbarer Anschläge (34) zurückzustellen.
  2. Türschließer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanischen Blockiermittel eine Blockierachse (27) umfassen, die auf dem Mantel (7) des Kolbens (2) von der Rückstellfeder (3) abgewandt aufliegt und hin- und herbeweglich angebracht ist und deren Weg von dem/den zurückziehbaren Anschlag/Anschlägen begrenzt wird.
  3. Türschließer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockierachse (27) in einer Kugelhaltehülse (29) hin- und herbeweglich ist, die mit Mitteln, welche die Kugeln (34) an der Blockierachse (27) angedrückt halten, derart versehen ist, dass am Ende von deren Weg die Kugeln (34) im Anschlag auf eine, insbesondere schräge, auftreffende Fläche (35) der Achse fallen.
  4. Türschließer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Halten der Kugeln (34) die geneigten Wände einer Glocke (31) umfassen, die hin- und herbeweglich um die Kugelhaltehülse (29) angebracht ist und mit Blockiermitteln in Anschlagsposition der Kugeln zusammenwirkt.
  5. Türschließer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glocke (31) einen ferromagnetischen Teil umfasst und die Blockiermittel der Glocke einen Magneten umfassen.
  6. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockierachse (27) an dem Mantel (7) des Kolbens aufliegend von einer Feder (28) gehalten wird.
  7. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Mittel (36) für die Einstellung der Position des/der zurückziehbaren Anschlags/Anschläge (34) umfasst, welche/r den Weg der Blockierachse (27) begrenzt/begrenzen.
  8. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel mit elektrischer Stromversorgung einen Elektromagneten (33) und das mechanische Mittel ein Verbindungsstück (32), das mit einem ferromagnetischen Teil versehen ist, umfasst.
  9. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens ein Mittel für den schwenkbaren Einbau in den Boden umfasst.
  10. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens ein Mittel für den Einbau in den Türsturz umfasst.
