Claims (10)
- Druckstück für ein Spannelement (10, 15) zum Spannen eines Werkzeuges, Werkstücks (18) oder von Formen in Bearbeitungsmaschinen, mit einer durch ein Führungselement (21) beweglich geführten Spannbacke (19, 37) und Mitteln, durch welche die Spannbacke (19, 37) beim Spannen eine Bewegungskomponente senkrecht zur Spannrichtung ausführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannbacke (19, 37) eine bezogen auf ihre Spannfläche (23) schräg gerichtete Anlagefläche (24, 25) aufweist, die mit einer schräg gerichteten Anlagefläche (26, 27) am Führungselement (21) korrespondiert.
- Druckstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannbacke (19) und dem Führungselement (21) jeweils wenigsten zwei Anlageflächen (24, 25; 26, 27) zugeordnet sind.
- Druckstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rückstellelement für die Spannbacke (19) vorgesehen ist, nämlich wenigstens eine Dichtung (31, 32), insbesondere ein O-Ringe (31, 32) oder ein Profilring, durch die die Spannbacke (19) gegen das Führungselement (21) gedichtet wird.
- Druckstück nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Dichtungen vorgesehen sind.
- Druckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannbacke (19) gegenüber dem Führungselement (21) um einen, insbesondere durch zwischen der Spannbacke (19) und dem Führungselement (21) einlegbare Abstimmscheiben (41), definierten Hub bewegbar ist.
- Druckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gehäuse (20) vorgesehen ist, welches keine horizontalen Außenoberflächen auf der Oberseite aufweist.
- Druckstück nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (20) im Querschnitt rund, oval oder aus auf der Spitze stehendes Rechteck ausgebildet ist.
- Druckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannbacke (19) auswechselbar ist, insbesondere so daß Spannbacken (19) mit unterschiedlicher Beschaffenheit bzw. Profilierung der Spannfläche (23) und/oder aus unterschiedlichem Material einsetzbar sind.
- Spannelement zum Spannen eines Werkzeuges, Werkstücks (18) oder von Formen in Bearbeitungsmaschinen mit einem Druckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch einen Sensor für das Erreichen einer definierten Anschlaglage eines eingespannten Werkstücks (18), Werkzeugs oder einer eingespannten Form.
