Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de serrage central (1) pour le serrage central de pièces à usiner sur une machine-outil à commande numérique comprenant deux mâchoires de serrage (4), qui sont mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'au moins une broche filetée, la broche (5) étant logée dans une plaque d'assise (2) de façon centrée sur la table de la machine-outil, caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessus de la plaque de base (2) est disposée une plaque de palier (3) reliée ainsi de façon fixe, qui est traversée par deux leviers de serrage disposés mobile symétriquement au centre du dispositif, lesquels leviers sont maintenus de façon mobile et pivotante par un boulon pivotant (8) maintenu dans la plaque de palier (3), chaque levier de serrage (6) étant relié par une extrémité à un écrou de broche (7) mobile sur la broche filetée (5), caractérisé en ce que chaque levier de serrage (6) s'engage sur l'autre extrémité de façon mobile dans une mâchoire de serrage (4) glissant de façon coulissante sur la plaque de palier (3).
  2. Dispositif de serrage central selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'assise (2) à la forme d'un cadre (10, 11, 12) avec un échelon transversal (13) centré et la broche filetée (5) est logée à l'intérieur en traversant la plaque d'assise (2) dans la longueur.
  3. Dispositif de serrage central selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les leviers de serrage (6) présentent sur l'extrémité dirigée vers la broche (5) un assemblage emboîtable (44) en forme de fourche, au moyen duquel les leviers de serrage (6) peuvent être emboîtés sur les écrous de broche (7) qui sont dotés de deux tenons de palier (46) latéraux.
  4. Dispositif de serrage central selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les leviers de serrage (6) sont dotés sur l'extrémité dirigée vers la mâchoire de serrage (4) respective d'une tête articulée (42) sphérique et formée d'une seule pièce sur le levier de serrage, et les mâchoires de serrage présentent un logement dans lequel la tête articulée (35) d'un levier de serrage s'engage de façon coulissante et pivotante, mais sans jeu.
  5. Dispositif de serrage central selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de palier (3) a la forme d'un cadre (20, 21, 22) et est dotée de plusieurs perçages de palier (26) traversant ce cadre, perçages dans lesquels les boulons pivotants (8) des leviers de serrage (6) peuvent être introduits pour modifier la zone de serrage.
  6. Dispositif de serrage central selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires de serrage (4) sont fixées de façon coulissante sur la plaque de palier (3) avec un guide plat (31) entourant partiellement et peuvent être repoussées côté extrémité après l'enlèvement du boulon pivotant (8) respectif à partir de la plaque de palier (3).
  7. Dispositif de serrage central selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de palier (3) en forme de cadre présente sur le côté dirigé vers les mâchoires de serrage (4) une rainure longitudinale centrée qui est plus large que les ouvertures de passage (23), par laquelle les deux leviers de serrage (6) sont guidés, et qui sert à l'insertion du couvercle de protection (50, 52).
  8. Dispositif de serrage central selon les revendications 5 et 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un couvercle de protection (50) correspondant à la zone de serrage choisie est inséré entre les deux leviers de serrage (6).
  9. Dispositif de serrage de centre selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de protection (50) est maintenu bloqué au moyen de broches de pression à bille disposées dans la plaque de palier (3) et agissant sur les arêtes latérales du couvercle de protection (51).
  10. Dispositif de serrage central selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone comprise entre une mâchoire de serrage (4) et l'extrémité de la plaque de palier (3) est inséré un couvercle de protection final (52), qui appuie au moyen d'au moins une broche de pression à ressort (54), qui est disposée dans la mâchoire de serrage (4), sur la surface, située au-dessous de la mâchoire de serrage (4), du couvercle de protection final (52).
