From DE 197 00 222 C1 a twisting head with a rotor for a cabling machine is known from which the rotor has four balancing rollers, two of which are on one side a plane of symmetry running through the rotor axis and the other two roles are arranged symmetrically on the other side of the plane of symmetry, two with respect to the plane of symmetry opposite rollers in pairs on the both ends of a common shaft journal are arranged. About these Roller arrangement with the four compensating rollers becomes two in one twisting head twisting threads to equalize the thread tension of the two To bring threads. By equalizing the thread tension of the two threads an improved tensile strength of the cabled thread can be achieved. Zwimkheads like in the DE 197 00 222 are described, in particular in the production of high quality technical twists (cord) used on cabling machines.
In the twisting head with rotor known from DE 197 00 222 is for rotatable mounting the shaft journal carrying the compensating roller is provided with a ball bearing which Area of the plane of symmetry of the rotor is arranged in this. It has been shown that the Life of the twisting head depends essentially on the lubrication condition of the bearing Shaft journal is dependent. As a result of the centrifugal forces of the rotating rotor Bearing grease partially thrown out of the bearing, causing the lubrication of the Ball bearing deteriorates with increasing rotor life. It is therefore a regreasing the bearings regularly.
The invention has for its object a roller assembly for a twisted head rotor to provide, whose bearings can be easily relubricated. The invention is also the object of a twisting head for a cabling machine with an extended To show lifespan.
These tasks are solved with a role arrangement with the characteristics of

The invention is based on a twisting head with a rotor, as in DE 197 00 222 C1 described. The disclosure of this specification becomes the content of the present Description made.
darin angeordnete erste Vorlagespule. Oberhalb des Spulentopfs ist der Zwirnkopf 13
angeordnet.
Figur 3). In diesem Gehäuse
gelagert.In FIG. 1, a
A roller arrangement 1 is fastened to the
Below the lower pair of
Die beschriebene Cabliermaschine arbeitet wie folgt:The described cabling machine works as follows:
The first thread drawn off from the supply bobbin arranged in the bobbin runs through

The second thread, which rotates around the bobbin as a thread balloon, passes through the lower thread (in
1, not shown), a guide eye in the twist-
As can be seen in particular from the detailed view in FIG. 2, the lower pair of
Figur 5 gezeigt.The
The
On the outer casing of the
After removing the
When using a
After relubrication of the
