Claims (9)
- Hubvorrichtung für ein Flurförderzeug mit einer entlang eines Hubmasts in vertikaler Richtung bewegbaren Lastaufnahmevorrichtung (9), mit einer die Lastaufnahmevorrichtung (9) tragenden Hubkette (13) und mit einer Messvorrichtung zum Ermitteln des Gewichts einer auf der Lastaufnahmevorrichtung (9) befindlichen Last, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messvorrichtung einen Kraftaufnehmer (18) umfasst, der im Bereich der Hubkette (13) der Hubvorrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftaufnehmer (18) direkt oder indirekt die auf die Hubkette (13) wirkende Zugkraft misst.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftaufnehmer (18) zum Messen von Druckkräften geeignet ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftaufnehmer mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Messwertgeber aufweist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftaufnehmer zwei voneinander unabhängige Messwertgeber aufweist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftaufnehmer (18) an einer Befestigungsstelle der Hubkette (13) am Hubmast angeordnet ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsstelle ein an dem Hubmast befestigtes Widerlager (17) aufweist, durch welches ein Befestigungsstück (16) der Hubkette (13) durchgeführt ist, das auf der der Hubkette (13) abgewandten Seite durch ein Sicherungsstück (19) gesichert ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftaufnehmer (18) zwischen dem Sicherungsstück (19) und dem Widerlager (17) angeordnet ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lastaufnahmevorrichtung (9) an einem Zusatzhubmast (8) geführt ist, welcher gemeinsam mit der Lastaufnahmevorrichtung (9) mittels eines Haupthubmasts aufund abbewegbar ist und die Messvorrichtung im Bereich des Zusatzhubmasts (8) angeordnet ist.
