Definitions
- the invention relates to a multi-chamber sealed bag according to the preamble of the protection claim 1.
- Multi-chamber sealed bags are already known, for example in the form of multi-edge sealed bags.
- DE 77 23 214 U1 or DE 34 26 465 A1 should be mentioned.
- a corresponding construction is also shown from WO 95/05327.
- These multi-edge sealed bags consist of at least two fluid-tight from each other through a sealing seam separate chambers.
- the sealed seam that separates the chambers is designed to that it tears open at least partially under the influence of external pressure, so that a fluid connection between the separate chambers is established and an intermixing of the respective chamber contents is possible.
- the invention is based on the object, starting from known multi-chamber bags, the chambers of which are separated from one another by a welded or sealed seam to further develop that functional reliability and a rapid miscibility of the substances present in the chambers is guaranteed.
- the task is accomplished by a multi-chamber sealed bag with a first chamber and solved at least one second chamber by a weld or seal are arranged in a fluid-tight manner, the one separating the chambers from one another Weld or seal seam at least partially tears open under pressure establishes a fluid connection between the separate chambers, with a front wall and a back wall is welded or sealed together along its outer edges and define the first chamber between the front wall and the rear wall, being inside the first chamber, the at least one second chamber is arranged.
- An essential point of the invention is that the at least one second chamber inside the first chamber is arranged.
- the welding or Sealing seam through which the at least one second chamber is separated from the first chamber the welded or sealed seams connecting the front wall and the rear wall remain, which are arranged on their outer edges, completely unaffected, so that a breakup this seal is not to be feared. So there is a risk of leakage safely removed from the outside.
- Another essential point of the invention is that by the arrangement of the second Chamber (s) within the first chamber when the weld or seal is broken (hereinafter called separating seal) a quick and complete mixing the chamber contents is ensured, since the inner chamber at least from two sides - depending on the embodiment also from three or from all sides - in fluid communication can kick with the first outer chamber.
- the at least one second chamber is passed through welding or sealing the front wall and the rear wall together. This is particularly advantageous because for the production of the at least one second Chamber does not incur any additional material costs, but the same front wall and Back wall, which already form the first chamber, for the formation of the at least one second chamber.
- the chambers are apart separating sealing seam narrower, preferably 30% to 80% narrower and particularly preferred 50% - 75% narrower than the sealing seam along the outer edges.
- the sealing seam separating the chambers is weaker is designed as the two outer sealed seams, so that the risk of unwanted after outside leakage of the bag contents in addition to the spatial separation of the separating seal from the outer seal, is optimized and therefore significantly reduced.
- the design of the sealed seam separating the chambers is only a small one Pressure on the separating sealing seam is necessary to ensure fluid communication between the at least one to ensure two initially separate chambers of the sealing bag.
- the chambers face one another separating sealing seam at least one predetermined breaking point, in particular in the form of a into Chamber protruding tip.
- the design of the predetermined breaking point in the form of a tip is therefore particularly advantageous since the compressive forces that occur when the Seal part of the bag, into which the tip protrudes, act on the tip from all sides, see above that the point of the highest peeling effect is concentrated at the top.
- Another The advantage of this configuration is that due to the homogeneous pressure distribution several similar separating seals on several second ones within one liquid Chambers essentially at the same time or depending on the seal strength in a certain gradation are breakable.
- another preferred embodiment of the invention is the tip like this to design that with a pressure on the chamber into which the tip protrudes at the Peak the maximum pressure prevails and a peeling of the sealing seam is triggered.
- the outside angle of the tip is more than 270 °, preferably more than 300 ° and particularly preferably between 330 ° and 345 °.
- the pressure required for peeling the separating seal can thus advantageously be achieved set via the "peak degree". The more blunt the outside angle at the tip, the higher is the pressure required to break the separation seal. The opposite is necessary The more pointed the tip, the lower the pressure to break the separating seal the separating seal is, or the larger the outside angle of the tip.
- the chambers face away from each other separating sealing seam of a smaller, preferably a 20% - 80% smaller and special preferably a 50% - 75% lower strength than the edge sealing seams. Consequently the edge sealing seams are preferably sealed more than the separating sealing seams. This Feature contributes significantly to the functional reliability of the multi-chamber sealed bag.
- the at least one second chamber so arranged at the edge in the first chamber that the first chamber and the second chamber at least one, possibly also two or more common external seals or welds.
- the at least two chambers after filling to be closed in a fluid-tight manner by means of a common seam.
- the at least one second chamber can be in a corner of the first Chamber be arranged.
- two inner separating seal seams and at least one tip to break open the separating seal seam is available.
- both the first chamber and at least a second chamber can have irregular shapes. For example, you can rectangular or in the form of a circle, but also star-shaped or in another almost three-dimensionally structured form.
- a tip that may appear on a shape can exfoliate it Tip are reduced, so that the functional reliability even with unusual shapes of the multi-chamber sealed bag is preserved.
- the first chamber opens after is wanted on the outside, for example by applying an increased pressure breaking the inner separating seal also breaking the outer edge seal at a designated location where, for example, a tip is formed, be effected. Also of course is opening the sealing bag with one of these Pouches usual indentation possible from the outside.
- the sealed bag has a bottom wall in the form of a W fold.
- This bottom wall can advantageously be used as a standing floor serve. After the multi-chamber bag has been filled, it essentially has one oval-shaped base.
- the front wall, the rear wall and the bottom wall made in one piece from a common film blank.
- This advantageous embodiment further contributes to the functional safety of the sealed bag, since such a one-piece embodiment a breaking of the sealing or welding of the individual wall parts is not to be feared.
- a breaking of the sealing or welding of the individual wall parts is not to be feared.
- the number of operations to produce the bag is significantly reduced because of the bottom wall can no longer be sealed between the front and rear walls got to. The number of sealing steps can thus be reduced.
- the facing outer edges of the base preferably have W fold out a punched-out area so that the areas facing away from each other in this area
- the edges of the W fold or the outer edges of the front and back of the bag immediately are weldable or sealable to one another. So that the multi-chamber bag in Area of the two outer edges of the W fold held together. As mentioned above, This creates an approximately oval shape after filling the multi-chamber bag Footprint.
- the edge seal of the W fold can be separated so that the Pouches spread out in a V-shape on the bottom without forming a static stand can be. In any case, due to the edge punching in the area of Bottom folding ensures that there is no weakening of the seal caused by a transition a sealing of four film layers to two film layers would occur takes place.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a multi-chamber sealing bag 10, which consists of a Front wall 14 and a rear wall (not shown).
- the front wall and the back wall are connected to each other via sealed outer edges 18 and form a first Chamber 12.
- a second chamber 13 is arranged is separated from the first chamber 12 by separating seal seams 11.
- the second chamber 13 is provided in a corner area of the multi-chamber sealing bag 10.
- the first chamber 12 and the second chamber 13 have common seams 19 which are part of the outer edges 18 of the multi-chamber sealing bag 10 are.
- Punchings can be seen through which, in the case of one embodiment, the one bottom wall (not visible) includes, a two-layer film sealing is possible.
- FIG. 2 shows a side view of a multi-chamber sealing bag 10.
- the multi-chamber sealing bag 10 is made in one piece from a front wall 14, a rear wall 15 and a bottom wall 16 made in the form of a W fold 17.
- the front wall 14, the rear wall 15 and the bottom wall 16 are sealed together via common outer edges 18 and form one first chamber 12.
- a second chamber 13 is separated from the first by a separating seal seam 11 Chamber 12 separated.
- a common seam 19 closes both chambers 12 and 13.
- Fig. 3 shows a section of Fig. 1, illustrating how the compressive forces when applying an external pressure in the chamber 12, build on the sealing tip 21 act.
- these peeling forces work from all sides, so not only from the front directly to the tip, but also from the side and from approximately on the back of the tip.
- the separating seal separates 11 ever further and in this way enables optimal mixing of the bag contents of the two chambers 12 and 13.
- a common serves Seam 19 as a seal for the chambers 12 and 13.
