Abstract
Bei einer G-Rotorpumpe (2) zur Förderung von Kraftstoff in einem Kraftfahrzeug sind in einem Außenläufer (14) Taschen (19) angeordnet. In den Taschen (19) können sich Schmutzpartikel des Kraftstoffs sammeln. Damit wird ein Verschleiß aufeinander abrollender Bereiche des Außenläufers (14) und eines Innenläufers (9) besonders gering gehalten. <IMAGE>
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine G-Rotorpumpe, welche insbesondere
zum Einsatz als Kraftstoffpumpe in einem Kraftfahrzeug vorgesehen
ist, mit einem Außenläufer und mit einem relativ zu dem
Außenläufer bewegbaren Innenläufer, bei der ein Förderraum
zwischen dem Außenläufer und dem Innenläufer begrenzt ist.
Solche G-Rotorpumpen werden häufig auch als Zahnpumpen oder
Exzenterpumpen bezeichnet und sind aus der Praxis bekannt.
Bei der aus der Praxis bekannten G-Rotorpumpe hat der Außenläufer
eine Innenverzahnung und der Innenläufer eine der Innenverzahnung
entsprechende Außenverzahnung. Die Außenverzahnung
weist einen Zahn weniger auf als die Innenverzahnung,
wodurch der Förderraum gebildet wird. Beim Antrieb des Innenläufers
oder des Außenläufers rollt die Außenverzahnung des
Innenläufers über die Innenverzahnung des Außenläufers ab.
Bei als Kraftstoffpumpe eingesetzter G-Rotorpumpe besteht
häufig das Problem, dass Schmutzpartikel zwischen die Läufer
geraten und zu deren Abrieb und damit zu einer verminderten
Lebensdauer der G-Rotorpumpe führen. Daher wird der G-Rotorpumpe
meist ein besonders engmaschiger Filter vorgeschaltet.
Da Schmutzpartikel den Filter jedoch schnell zusetzen
können, führt diese Gestaltung zu einer sehr kostenintensiven
Wartung der G-Rotorpumpe.
Nachteilig bei der bekannten G-Rotorpumpe ist, dass sie sehr
empfindlich gegen in der Strömung befindliche Schmutzpartikel
ist.
Dieses Problem wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass in
dem Außenläufer und/oder dem Innenläufer Taschen angeordnet
sind.
Durch diese Gestaltung können sich die Schmutzpartikel in den
Taschen sammeln und werden damit von aufeinander abrollenden
Zahnflanken der Läufer ferngehalten. Anschließend werden die
Schmutzpartikel aus den Taschen ausgespült oder die Taschen
werden auf Dauer von den Schmutzpartikeln gefüllt. Die Taschen
benötigen dabei mindestens eine der in der Strömung befindlichen
Menge der Schmutzpartikel entsprechende Größe.
Hierdurch weist die erfindungsgemäße G-Rotorpumpe auch bei
stark verschmutzter zu fördernden Flüssigkeit eine besonders
lange Lebensdauer auf. Daher benötigt die G-Rotorpumpe keinen
besonders engmaschigen Filter. Deshalb ist die erfindungsgemäße
G-Rotorpumpe besonders für den Einsatz als Kraftstoffpumpe
geeignet.
Die Schmutzpartikel sammeln sich gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften
Weiterbildung der Erfindung durch die Strömung in den
Taschen an und können dort verbleiben, wenn die Taschen als
in Zahngründen des Außenläufers angeordnete Vertiefungen ausgebildet
sind.
Die Schmutzpartikel lassen sich gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften
Weiterbildung der Erfindung einfach durch die Zentrifugalkräfte
aus den Taschen herausbefördern, wenn die Taschen
als in den Zahngründen des Innenläufers angeordnete Vertiefungen
ausgebildet sind.
Die erfindungsgemäße G-Rotorpumpe weist eine hohe Aufnahmefähigkeit
von Schmutzpartikeln auf, wenn die Taschen in sämtlichen
Zahngründen des Außenläufers oder Zahngründen des Innenläufers
angeordnet sind.
Ein Verschleiß der Ränder des Innenläufer und des Außenläufers
lässt sich gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften Weiterbildung
der Erfindung besonders gering halten, wenn sich die Taschen
über die gesamte Höhe des Außenläufers und/oder des Innenläufers
erstrecken.
Die Taschen lassen sich gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften
Weiterbildung der Erfindung besonders einfach fertigen, wenn
sie nutförmig gestaltet sind.
Der Grund der Taschen könnte spitzwinklig oder eckig gestaltet
sein. Zur Vereinfachung der Schmutzsammlung und zur Abführung
der Schmutzpartikel trägt es gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften
Weiterbildung der Erfindung bei, wenn die Taschen
in ihrem Bodenbereich einen Radius aufweisen. Ebenfalls wird
hierbei die Kerbwirkung der Taschen besonders gering gehalten.
Zur weiteren Verlängerung der Lebensdauer der erfindungsgemäßen
G-Rotorpumpe trägt es bei, wenn der Außenläufer und/oder
der Innenläufer aus Metall gefertigt ist.
Zur Verringerung der Fertigungskosten der erfindungsgemäßen
G-Rotorpumpe trägt es bei, wenn der Außenläufer und/oder der
Innenläufer aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
Infolge der Anordnung der Taschen lassen sich der Boden und
der Deckel in einer weiteren Ausgestaltung aus Kunststoff
und/oder Sintermetall fertigen.
Die Erfindung lässt zahlreiche Ausführungsformen zu. Zur weiteren
Verdeutlichung ihres Grundprinzips sind zwei davon in
der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden nachfolgend beschrieben.

Figur 1 zeigt eine Kraftstoff-Fördereinheit 1 mit einem Gehäuse
3 zur Aufnahme eines Elektromotors 4 und der G-Rotorpumpe
2. Die G-Rotorpumpe 2 weist einen Boden 5 und einen
von dem Boden 5 über einen Abstandhalter 6 auf einen vorgesehenen
Abstand gehaltenen Deckel 7 auf. Der Abstandhalter
6 und der Deckel 7 sind hier einstückig gefertigt. Zwischen
dem Deckel 7 und dem Boden 5 ist ein auf einer Welle 8 des
Elektromotors 4 befestigter Innenläufer 9 angeordnet. Die
Welle 8 hat zur drehfesten Mitnahme des Innenläufers 9 eine
Abflachung 10 und einen Absatz 11. Hierdurch ist der Innenläufer
9 nur in der eingezeichneten Lage mit der Welle 8 verbindbar.
Der Innenläufer 9 weist eine in Figur 2 dargestellte
Außenverzahnung 12 auf, welche in eine Innenverzahnung 13 eines
Außenläufers 14 eingreift.
Der Deckel 7 weist einen Einlass 15 und der Boden 5 einen
Auslass 16 der G-Rotorpumpe 2 auf. Hierdurch wird Kraftstoff
über den Deckel 7 angesaugt und die G-Rotorpumpe 2 axial
durchströmt. Das Gehäuse 3 der Kraftstoff-Fördereinheit 1 hat
einen Anschlussstutzen 17 zum Anschluss einer nicht dargestellten
Leitung. Zur Verdeutlichung sind in der Zeichnung
die Strömungen des Kraftstoffs mit Pfeilen gekennzeichnet.
Figur 2 zeigt stark vergrößert eine Schnittdarstellung durch
die G-Rotorpumpe 2 aus Figur 1 entlang der Linie II - II. Zur
Vereinfachung der Zeichnung sind das Gehäuse 3 und der Abstandhalter
6 der G-Rotorpumpe 2 nicht dargestellt. Die Außenverzahnung
12 des Innenläufers 9 hat einen Zahn weniger
als die Innenverzahnung 13 des Außenläufers 14. Damit entsteht
ein Förderraum 18, durch den die zu fördernde Flüssigkeit
von dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Einlass 15 zu dem Auslass
16 gefördert wird. In Figur 2 sind zudem Drehrichtungen
des Innenläufers 9 und des Außenläufers 14 mit Pfeilen gekennzeichnet.
In Zahngründen der Innenverzahnung 13 des Außenläufers
14 sind Taschen 19 angeordnet, welche sich über
die gesamte Höhe des Außenläufers 14 erstrecken. In diesen
Taschen 19 sammeln sich in der zu fördernden Flüssigkeit befindliche
Schmutzpartikel an. Damit wird verhindert, dass die
Schmutzpartikel an den Flanken der Innenverzahnung 13 und der
Außenverzahnung 12 aneinander reiben.
Figur 3 zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung durch eine weitere Ausführungsform
der G-Rotorpumpe 2, welche wie die aus Figur 2
einen Innenläufer 20 mit einer Außenverzahnung 21 und einen
Außenläufer 22 mit einer Innenverzahnung 23 hat. Diese Ausführungsform
unterscheidet sich von der aus Figur 2 dadurch,
dass Taschen 24 zur Aufnahme von Schmutzpartikeln in den
Zahngründen der Außenverzahnung 21 des Innenläufers 20 angeordnet
sind. Zahngründe der Innenverzahnung 23 des Außenläufers
22 sind hingegen glatt gestaltet. Durch diese Gestaltung
werden beim Fördern von Flüssigkeit Schmutzpartikel in den
Taschen 24 des Innenläufers 20 aufgenommen und durch Zentrifugalkräfte
wieder herausgeschleudert.
Claims (10)
- G-Rotorpumpe, welche insbesondere zum Einsatz als Kraftstoffpumpe in einem Kraftfahrzeug vorgesehen ist, mit einem Außenläufer und mit einem relativ zu dem Außenläufer bewegbaren Innenläufer, bei der ein Förderraum zwischen dem Außenläufer und dem Innenläufer begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Außenläufer (14, 22) und/oder dem Innenläufer (9, 20) Taschen (19, 24) angeordnet sind.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taschen (19) als in Zahngründen des Außenläufers (14) angeordnete Vertiefungen ausgebildet sind.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taschen (24) als in Zahngründen des Innenläufers (20) angeordnete Vertiefungen ausgebildet sind.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taschen (19, 24) in sämtlichen Zahngründen des Außenläufers (14, 22) oder Zahngründen des Innenläufers (9, 20) angeordnet sind.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Taschen (19, 24) über die gesamte Höhe des Außenläufers (14, 22) und/oder des Innenläufers (9, 20) erstrecken.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taschen (19, 24) nutförmig gestaltet sind.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taschen (19, 24) in ihrem Bodenbereich einen Radius aufweisen.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenläufer (14, 22) und/oder der Innenläufer (9, 20) aus Metall gefertigt ist.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenläufer (14, 22) und/oder der Innenläufer (9, 20) aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- G-Rotorpumpe nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte (5) und der Deckel (6, 7) des G-Rotors aus Kunststoff und/oder Sintermetall gefertigt sind.
