Abstract
Description
Eine wirksame Verschwenkbewegung des Abziehbalkens lässt sich lediglich in einem Winkel zur Längsbewegung des Abziehgerätes und in der Auf-Ab-Bewegung des Auslegers realisieren.
Darüber hinaus benötigen derartige Kompaktgeräte reichliche Rangierflächen und hinterlassen einen unbearbeiteten Randbereich.
- um die y-Achse, die in Richtung der Längsbewegung der Antriebsmaschine weist,
- um die x-Achse, die senkrecht zur Längsbewegung der Arbeitsmaschine horizontal verläuft und
- um die z-Achse, die senkrecht zur Längsbewegung der Arbeitsmaschine vertikal verläuft.
Zur Gewährleistung der Graderfunktion ist am Ausleger ein Lager vorhanden, das ein Verschwenken des Abziehbalkens um die vertikale z-Achse gestattet. Der Antrieb für diese Schrägestellung des Abziehbalkens erfolgt beispielsweise durch einen zwischen Ausleger und Abziehbalken angeordneten Hydraulikzylinder.
Diese Verstellbewegung des Abziehbalkens um die y-Achse wird durch Laser-Höhensensoren gesteuert, wobei je ein Laser-Höhensensor zur separaten Höhenregelung auf den beiden Teleskopanordnungen positioniert ist.

- zusätzliche Einsatzmöglichkeit für den profilgerechten Ausbau von ungebundenen Tragschichten durch einen um 180° um die z-Achse drehbaren Abziehbalken,
- große Arbeitsbreite von bis zu 5 m.
Jedes Auflager 2 umfasst eine vertikal positionierte Teleskopanordnung 2.1, an deren unterem Ende ein Radsatz 2.2 angeordnet ist.
Mit der möglichen Verschwenkbewegung des Radladerarms 10 um die x-Achse (Querachse) des Radladers, zu deren Ausführung eine hydraulische Schwimmerstellung des Radladers erforderlich ist, werden die Längsneigungsbewegungen der Arbeitsmaschine 5 vom Abziehbalken 1 entkoppelt.

Claims (5)
- Anbaugerät für Rad- und Kompaktlader zum profilgerechten Ein- und Ausbau von ungebundenen Deck- und Tragschichten sowie Einbau von gebundenen Schichten
bestehend aus einem Abziehbalken (1), der mittig über einen Ausleger (3) so angelenkt ist, dass er in allen drei Freiheitsgraden um die Achsen x, y, z frei verschwenkbar ist, wobei der Abziehbalken (1) an seinen beiden Randbereichen über in vertikaler Richtung ausfahrbare und damit höheneinstellbare Auflager (2) abgestützt ist und damit der Abziehbalken (1) verschwenkbar um die horizontale y-Achse, die in Richtung der Längsbewegung der Arbeitsmaschine (5) weist, einen Winkel von 0 bis etwa 45° zur Arbeitsfläche einnehmen kann und gekoppelt ist mit einer Antriebsmaschine (5), an die der Abziehbalken (1) mittels dem mittig angelenkten Ausleger (3) über eine Koppeleinrichtung (4) angeschlossen ist. - Anbaugerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Ausführung der Verschwenkbewegung des Abziehbalkens (1) um die y-Achse und um die z-Achse des Radladers jeweils eine entsprechende Lagerung im Ausleger (3) vorhanden ist. - Anbaugerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Auflager (2) aus einer beispielsweise hydraulisch betätigten, vertikal positionierten Teleskopanordnung (2.1) besteht, die sich mit ihrem unteren Ende auf der Arbeitsfläche über Rollen, Radsätze, Kufen oder dgl. (2.2) abstützt. - Anbaugerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Steuerung des Verstellweges der Teleskopanordnungen (2.1) und damit der Verdrehbewegung des Abziehbalkens (1) um die y-Achse am z.B. oberen Ende der vertikal positionierten Teleskopanordnungen (2.1) Laser-Höhensensoren (6) angeordnet sind. - Anbaugerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abziehbalken (1) eine Länge von etwa 1,5 bis 5 m aufweist und mit Schneiden für die beiden Arbeitsrichtungen "vorwärts" und "rückwärts" ausgerüstet ist.
