Description
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Absacken von Schüttgut mit einem Produktbehälter (22) zur Aufnahme des Schüttgutes, einem Fülltrichter (4) zum Befüllen eines Sacks (18) mit Füllgut und einem Staubfilter (40), wobei dem Staubfilter (40) ein Abscheider (34) vorgeschaltet ist,
wobei der Abscheider für das abgeschiedene Schüttgut mit dem Produktbehälter verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fülltrichter (14) unter dem Produktbehälter (22) angeordnet ist und, daß der Abscheider (34) über eine Saugleitung mit dem Fülltrichter in Verbindung steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abscheider ein Zyklon ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Produktbehälter (22) und dem Fülltrichter (14) eine Waage (24) zum Abwiegen des Schüttgutes angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Staubfilter (40) ein Tiefenfilter ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Staubfilter einen Rüttelmotor zum groben Abreinigen des abgeschiedenen Schüttgutes aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abscheider (34) für das abgeschiedene Schüttgut mit dem Produktbehälter (22) über eine Förderleitung (32) verbunden ist.
