- réaliser ensemble à chaud la partie de liaison et le cylindre d'articulation en matière plastique rigide ;
- réaliser à chaud l'embase en matière plastique souple ; et
- emboíter le cylindre dans l'embase avant le refroidissement de l'embase.
- la figure 1 est une vue de côté de la partie basse d'une échelle dont les montants sont équipés de pieds articulés selon la présente invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de côté en perspective d'un pied d'échelle de la figure 1 en position de repos, selon une première forme de réalisation ;
- la figure 3 est une vue de côté du pied articulé de la figure 2 en position active ;
- la figure 4 est une vue de côté d'une variante du premier mode de réalisation du pied selon la présente invention ;
- la figure 5 est une vue de face d'un deuxième mode de réalisation du pied articulé selon la présente invention ; et
- la figure 6 est une vue schématique de face d'un troisième mode de réalisation du pied articulé selon la présente invention.
Claims (8)
- Pied articulé destiné à être rapporté sur des montants (2) d'échelle comprenant :une partie de liaison (10) destinée à être rapportée et immobilisée dans le montant (2) ;une embase (11 ; 51) formant pièce d'appui du pied sur la surface sur laquelle est destinée à reposer l'échelle (1), cette embase (11 ; 51) étant mobile par rapport à la partie de liaison (10) ; etdes moyens d'articulation (12 ; 60) qui lient en rotation la partie de liaison (10) et l'embase (11 ; 51), pour permettre la rotation relative de l'embase (11 ; 51) et de la partie de liaison (10) dans un seul plan,
- Pied articulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (51) comprend une partie supérieure (52) en matière plastique rigide et une partie inférieure (53) formant patin anti-dérapant en matière plastique souple.
- Pied articulé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (53) de l'embase (51) est rapportée par surmoulage sur la partie supérieure (52) de ladite embase.
- Pied articulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (11) est en totalité réalisée en matière plastique souple.
- Pied articulé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (11 ; 51) et la partie de liaison (10) comprennent des moyens complémentaires (20 à 23, 32 à 35) formant butée pour limiter la rotation relative de l'embase (11 ; 51) et de la partie de liaison (10).
- Pied articulé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie de liaison (10) comprend au moins un relief (41) destiné à venir coopérer avec un évidement complémentaire (42) ménagé dans les montants (2) d'échelle.
- Echelle comprenant au moins deux montants chacun muni d'un pied articulé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un pied articulé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à :réaliser ensemble à chaud la partie de liaison (10) et le cylindre d'articulation (13) en matière plastique rigide ;réaliser à chaud l'embase (11 ) en matière plastique souple ; etemboíter le cylindre (13) dans l'embase (11) avant le refroidissement de l'embase (11).
