Claims (13)

  1. Un contenant pour produits alimentaires, le contenant (1) en question étant du type comprenant un fond plat (2) et une série de côtés (3) qui sont essentiellement perpendiculaires ou de biais par rapport au fond plat (2), leur bord inférieur respectif étant raccordé au fond (2) ; le dessus des côtés (3) formant un bord (4) qui se développe de façon continue et constitue une surface fermée qui définit le périmètre supérieur du contenant (1) ; un élément annulaire de renforcement (5) pouvant être associé au bord (4), cet élément annulaire de renforcement (5) étant divisé en une première partie (5a) et une seconde partie (5b) ; les deux parties (5a, 5b) de l'élément de renforcement (5) se développant de manière à recouvrir au moins partiellement le bord (4) et les côtés (3), définissant ainsi une surface ou couche supplémentaire destinée à renforcer la zone bord (4) - côté (3) ; le contenant étant caractérisé en ce que la première partie (5a) de l'élément annulaire de renforcement (5) peut être associée de façon stable à au moins une portion supérieure du bord (4), à proximité de son raccordement avec les côtés (3), et en ce que la seconde partie (5b) de l'élément annulaire de renforcement (5) peut être associée à une portion intérieure des côtés (3), à proximité du bord (4).
  2. Le contenant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord (4) présente une portion extérieure (4a) qui n'est pas recouverte par l'élément de renforcement et qui est destinée à permettre l'application d'un élément (6) de couverture du contenant (1) qui constitue une fermeture étanche intérieur-extérieur.
  3. Le contenant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renforcement (5) est constitué par une unique couche annulaire, formant un corps unique, qui se compose de la première partie (5a) à développement plan, qui peut être associée à la portion la plus interne du bord (4), et de la seconde partie (5b), qui recouvre le développement des côtés (3).
  4. Le contenant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renforcement (5) est réalisé en cellulose pure.
  5. Le contenant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renforcement (5) comprend la première partie (5a) qui est divisée en deux segments raccordés entre eux, dont l'un définit une troisième partie (5c) qui constitue un prolongement de la première partie (5a) et dépasse du bord (4) du contenant (1).
  6. Le contenant selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la division entre la première partie (5a) et la troisième partie (5c) de l'élément de renforcement (5) est définie par une ligne de pré-pliage périphérique (5p) destinée à permettre une flexion de la troisième partie (5c) vers le fond (2) du contenant (1) afin de l'adapter au bord extérieur (4) et de définir une stabilité dimensionnelle du périmètre extérieur de ce même contenant (1).
  7. Un procédé de fabrication d'un contenant fermé pour produits alimentaires, le contenant (1) en question étant du type comprenant un fond plat (2) et une série de côtés (3) qui sont essentiellement perpendiculaires ou de biais par rapport au fond plat (2), leur bord inférieur respectif étant raccordé au fond (2) ; le dessus des côtés (3) formant un bord (4) qui se développe de façon continue et constitue une surface fermée qui définit le périmètre supérieur du contenant (1) ; un élément de renforcement (5) pouvant être associé au bord (4) et un élément (6) de couverture du contenant (1) pouvant être associé à ce même élément de renforcement, le procédé en question comprenant les phases suivantes :
    associer l'élément de renforcement (5) au bord (4) du contenant (1) ;
    appliquer l'élément de couverture (6) sur le bord (4) ; le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que la phase d'association est effectuée en associant simultanément une première partie (5a) de l'élément de renforcement (5) à au moins une portion supérieure du bord (4), à proximité de son raccordement avec les côtés (3), et en associant une seconde partie (5b) de l'élément de renforcement (5) à une portion intérieure des côtés (3), à proximité du bord (4), de manière à obtenir une fermeture étanche intérieur-extérieur du contenant (1).
  8. Le procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couverture (6) est appliqué sur une portion périphérique (4a) du bord (4) qui n'est pas recouverte par l'élément de renforcement (5).
  9. Le procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couverture (6) est associé à la portion périphérique (4a) en question par thermoscellage.
  10. Le procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (5a, 5b), qui forment en un corps unique l'élément de renforcement (5), sont associées par collage simultané sur la portion du bord (4) et sur les portions des côtés (3).
  11. Le procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la phase d'association des deux parties (5a, 5b) au bord (4) et à une portion des côtés (3) prévoit de recouvrir complètement le bord (4) par application de la première partie (5a) présentant un segment (5c) qui en constitue un prolongement et dépasse du bord (4).
  12. Le procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la phase d'association des trois parties (5a, 5b, 5c) est suivie d'une phase consistant à replier la troisième partie (5c).
  13. Le procédé selon les revendications 7 et 11, caractérisé en ce que la phase d'application de l'élément de couverture (6) prévoit d'associer l'élément (6) lui-même avec la troisième partie (5c).
