Claims (10)
- Verbinder bzw. Steckverbinder (10; 120; 120A; 120B), umfassend:eine Aufnahme (20; 123), in welche ein mit einem Anschluß bzw. Kontakt versehenes elektrisches/elektronisches Teil, wie beispielsweise ein Relais (50; 110), wenigstens teilweise durch eine Einsetzöffnung einsetzbar ist, welche in der vorderen Fläche der Aufnahme (20; 123) ausgebildet ist,wenigstens ein rückstellfähiges verriegelndes bzw. Verriegelungsstück (27; 123D), welches zwischen einem Paar von Schlitzen (26; 123E) ausgebildet ist, und zwar ausgebildet in der Aufnahme (20; 123), und mit dem elektrischen/elektronischen Teil (50; 110) in Eingriff bringbar ist, um das Lösen bzw. Entfernen des elektrischen/elektronischen Teils (50; 110) zu verhindern, undwenigstens einen eine übermäßige Deformation verhindernden Abschnitt (40; 41; 123H), welcher an der Aufnahme (20; 123) vorgesehen ist, um die übermäßige rückstellfähige Deformation des rückstellfähigen verriegelnden Stücks (27; 123D) zu verhindern, indem er im wesentlichen in Anlage gegen das rückstellfähige verriegelnde Stück (27; 123D) gebracht ist bzw. wird, wenn das rückstellfähige verriegelnde Stück (27; 123D) rückstellfähig deformiert ist bzw. wird;
sich ein innerer Vorsprung (27E) nach außen im wesentlichen in einer Breitenrichtung (WD) von einem Hauptkörper (27F) des rückstellfähigen verriegelnden Stücks (27; 123D) wölbt und im wesentlichen in Anlage gegen die innere Fläche des eine übermäßige Deformation verhindernden Abschnitts (40; 123H) nach einem Passieren eines Schlitzes (26; 123E) gebracht werden kann, wenn das rückstellfähige verriegelnde Stück (27; 123D) rückstellfähig nach außen (S) deformiert ist bzw. wird. - Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, wobei das rückstellfähige verriegelnde Stück (27; 123D), welches zwischen einem Paar von Schlitzen (26) ausgebildet ist, in der Aufnahme (20; 123) ausgebildet ist, um sich im wesentlichen nach rückwärts von dem Vorderende der Aufnahme (20; 123) zu erstrecken.
- Verbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der eine übermäßige Deformation verhindernde Abschnitt (40; 123H) ausgebildet ist, um sich nach außen zu wölben bzw. vorzuspringen, um wenigstens teilweise die Außenseite eines Schlitzes (26; 123E) abzudecken.
- Verbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hauptkörper (27F) des rückstellfähigen verriegelnden Stücks (27; 123D) mit einer verriegelnden bzw. Verriegelungsklaue (27A; 123F) versehen ist, um das elektrische/elektronische Teil (50) im wesentlichen an einer ordnungsgemäßen Verbindungsposition in der Aufnahme (20; 123) zu verriegeln, und
der innere Vorsprung bzw. Fortsatz (27E) eine erstreckte verriegelnde Oberfläche (27H) vorzugsweise im wesentlichen bündig mit einer verriegelnden bzw. Verriegelungsfläche der verriegelnden Klaue (27; 123F) aufweist. - Verbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei:sich ein äußerer Vorsprung (27G) nach außen im wesentlichen in einer Breitenrichtung (WD) von dem Hauptkörper (27F) erstreckt, ausgebildet ist, um wenigstens teilweise die Außenseite eines Schlitzes (26), vorzugsweise des anderen Schlitzes (27) als desjenigen abzudecken, welcher durch den eine übermäßige Deformation verhindernden Abschnitt (40) abgedeckt ist, und im wesentlichen in Anlage gegen die äußere Fläche der Aufnahme (20) als der eine übermäßige Deformation verhindernde Abschnitt (41) gebracht werden kann, wenn das rückstellfähige verriegelnde Stück (27) rückstellfähig nach innen deformiert ist bzw. wird.
- Verbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein Gehäuse (121), welches einen einen Anschluß aufnehmenden Abschnitt bzw. Anschlußaufnahme-Abschnitt (122), welcher ein oder mehrere Anschlußpaßstück(e) aufnimmt, und eine Aufnahme (123) beinhaltet, in welche ein mit einem Anschluß versehenes elektrisches/elektronisches Teil (110), wie beispielsweise ein Relais (110), wenigstens teilweise einsetzbar ist, um das eine oder die mehreren elektrische(n) Anschlußpaßstück(e) bzw. Kontakt(e) und entsprechende Anschlüsse (111 ) des elektrischen/elektronischen Teils (110) elektrisch zu verbinden,
wobei wenigstens ein Loch (123K), durch welches die vordere Fläche und/oder der vordere Rand bzw. die vordere Kante des elektrischen/elektronischen Teils (110) in bezug auf eine Einsetzrichtung (ID) gesehen werden kann, an einer Position einer umgebenden Wand (123C) der Aufnahme (123) nahe dem einen Anschluß aufnehmenden Abschnitt (122) ausgebildet ist. - Verbinder nach Anspruch 6, wobei das elektrische/elektronische Teil (110) bis zu einer Position eingesetzt ist bzw. wird, wo das elektrische/elektronische Teil (110) im wesentlichen gegen die vordere Fläche des einen Anschluß aufnehmenden Abschnitts (122) anliegen kann, und wenigstens eine Einsetzöffnung (155), durch welche ein lösendes Werkzeug bzw. Betätigungselement (170) wenigstens teilweise einsetzbar ist, um das elektrische/elektronische Teil (110) zu lösen, so in der umgebenden Wand des einen Anschluß aufnehmenden Abschnitts (122) ausgebildet ist, um vorzugsweise in der vorderen Fläche des einen Anschluß aufnehmenden Abschnitts (122) offen zu sein und im wesentlichen mit dem Loch (123K) zu kommunizieren bzw. in Verbindung zu stehen.
- Verbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Aufnahme (20; 123) an dem vorderen Ende des einen Anschluß aufnehmenden Abschnitts (12; 122) über einen abgestuften Abschnitt (123J) ausgebildet ist, das elektrische/elektronische Teil (50; 110) bis zu einer Position eingesetzt ist, wo das elektrische/elektronische Teil (50; 110) im wesentlichen gegen die vordere Fläche des einen Anschluß aufnehmenden Abschnitts (12; 122) anliegen kann.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 8, wobei ein Sockel (123M), um vorzugsweise als ein abstützender bzw. Supportpunkt des lösenden Betätigungselements (170) zu dienen, welches betätigt wird, um das elektrische/elektronische Teil (110) zu lösen bzw. zu entfemen, an einem Teil des abgestuften Abschnitts (123J) vorragt, welcher in dem Loch (123K) angeordnet ist.
- Verbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei wenigstens ein Sockel (123M), welcher sich nach außen an einem Abschnitt des einen Anschluß aufnehmenden Abschnitts (122) nahe dem Loch (123K) wölbt, als ein abstützender Punkt eines lösenden Werkzeugs (170) dienen kann, welches betätigt ist bzw. wird, um das elektrische/elektronische Teil (110) zu lösen bzw. zu entfernen.
