Definitions
- the invention relates to a step, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a step is for example from DE-GM 82 18 519 known.
- Such step steps serve as aids, when it comes to the top subjects, for example to get from cupboards without using a ladder have to.
- Such step kicks have proven themselves after they are practical and easy to use.
- Additional height is limited and is, for example, about 40 cm.
- Simple step stools also have limited acceptance because of this, because they're an upgrade with either a step slot at a height of, for example, 20 cm or without a step slot to a height of 40 cm. This upgrade will - especially of people of smaller height - as difficult felt. The person tends to be hands-free Ascend to feel unsafe, which increases the risk of accidents.
- step height of the step treads To improve the acceptance of step-by-step it is already proposed to reduce the step height of the step treads. This, however, reduces the overall height, which makes it usable which further limits step steps.
- Ladders can also be manufactured as single ladders and then stand - at least with correct handling and non-slip Underground - quite stable. Often, however, collapsible Stepladders used. Such ladders must be right Precisely crafted so that they are not spongy / shaky To impress. There is also the problem that the ladder due to time constraints, its step plate is fully opened must be if it is to stand securely.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a step according to the preamble of claim 1 to create the an improved acceptance and stability especially for offers small people who have to work at room height without that a complex to install and problematic to store as an expensive work platform would be required.
- the solution according to the invention is characterized by the implementation a modular step concept that is surprising simple means significantly increased stability the drilling of boreholes or the like in large wall heights allowed.
- the solution according to the invention enables that the user is scarce, for example, on a cabinet or the like stands, for example at a stand height of one Meters, and can work well above the closet.
- the invention Step step extends in the main direction of movement of the user away from the cabinet so that the user is moment safe is supported, although it is possible that it is the Actuating area is close adjacent.
- the invention designed step but also allows the user the higher via the quick fasteners according to the invention Additional body of the step step decreases and for example with only three steps a compact step with a lower step Working height.
- the step according to the invention makes it possible to select the optimal one Working height in the manner of a height-adjustable platform to realize.
- the desired wall can be immediately adjacent to the work wall Provide height.
- additional bodies can be additional bodies that are not required store easily and stack, for example.
- the stability of a step is regularly lower if the object is a has greater height. Conversely, the stability is one equally wide, but lower step tread higher. According to the invention it is accordingly intended to be the optimal height for To strive for the step where the user works well can, but the optimal stability for the working height in question is guaranteed.
- fasteners or other elements for attachment of additional bodies against each other opposite the rear wall of the additional body do not protrude. On the one hand, this minimizes the risk of injury for the users of the step and allows it on the other hand, the step tread should be set up as closely as possible to ensure the work wall.
- the supports of the additional body and the base body each light aslant.
- This configuration offers a larger footprint than Step surface, so that the stability improves a little is.
- the step size becomes regular due to the protrusion dimension kept at a distance from the work wall, it also it is possible to incline only in one direction realize, for example in the transverse direction of the step, so no gap between the top work stages and the work wall is created.
- the base body already has two levels. It then has an approximately square base and significant stability, so that the first additional body can already be supported well on the base body.
- the grid dimension is preferred for a base body with two steps the levels adjusted according to the levels of the additional bodies. For example, it is 16, 18 or 20 cm between adjacent ones Stages.
- the step shown in Fig. 1 in a first embodiment 10 has a base body 12 and a first, one second and third additional body 14, 16 and 18.
- the base body 12 stands on four supports 20, 22, 24 and 26. It has two steps 28 and 30 which are slightly inclined, for example at an angle of 8 ° or 10 ° to the vertical are aligned, the base area of the base body 12 is greater than the range of levels 28 and 30.
- a horizontal cross tube 32 Between the rear supports 24 and 26 of the base body 12 extends a horizontal cross tube 32. Furthermore, on the Bottom of level 30 near its rear area a groove is provided which be for the engagement of closures is true.
- the first additional body 14 with two closures 36 and 38 is attached to the cross tube 32.
- the closures are hook-shaped and encompass the cross tube 32.
- hooks, not shown, are provided, which extend approximately at level 30 and for the procedure determined in the not shown grooves at level 30 are.
- the additional body 14 can thus under four Forming a positive connection link 40 on the base body 12.
- the additional body 14 has a step 42, which is in the grid dimension extends above level 30.
- the additional bodies are each essentially the same, what for the 4, 5 and 6 is referred to.
- FIG. 2 shows a base body 12 in a side view.
- a cross tube 48 for forming a groove provided that extends at the rear end of the step 30. It can be seen that the support 26 is essentially extends parallel to the central support 52 of the base body 12, while the support 22 is mirror-symmetrical to the Prop 26 extends. In this embodiment, the return angle is 7 ° to the vertical.
- FIG. 3 shows another additional body 54, the Height corresponds to the height of the base body 12 according to FIG. 2.
- On such additional body is used to through the depth of the step 30 to double another level 56 in the same amount, so that a fairly large work platform is formed.
- Fig. 3 is also the structure of the closure 38 and the Closure 58 seen from the front auxiliary support 60 of the additional body 54 extend forward.
- the closure 58 consists essentially of a hook, whereby a appropriately trained hook on the other side of the step 56 is provided and is suitable for gripping the cross tube 48.
- An insertion slope that is not shown in FIG. 3 is preferred provided, and engages around the hook-shaped closure 58 the cross tube 48 with a certain preload. hereby a very firm bond can be created, if necessary still supported by known locking means can be.
- a corresponding hook-shaped connection is found for the Closure 38 on the cross tube 32.
- the embodiment is additionally a screw bolt 62 as a securing means provided that prevents the closure 38 - and with it the closure 58 unintentionally solves. It goes without saying that instead of the bolt or additional locking means can be provided.
- FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of a first additional body 14 can be seen.
