Claims (13)

  1. Papier-Tissue (13), umfassend Cellulosefasern
    wobei der das Tissue eine erste und eine zweite Oberfläche hat,
    wobei das Tissue ein Prägemuster hat,
    wobei das Prägemuster erhabene Bereiche (6), die von vertieften Bereichen (5) umgeben sind, auf der ersten Oberfläche aufweist, wobei die Bereiche mit den jeweiligen gegenüberliegenden Bereichen auf der zweiten Oberfläche des Tissue übereinstimmen,
    wobei die erste und die zweite Oberfläche ausgestreckte Cellulosefasern (7) aufweisen,
    wobei die ausgestreckten Cellulosefasern (7) ein erstes und ein zweites Ende haben,
    wobei das erste Ende nicht an das Tissue gebunden ist und das zweite Ende an das Tissue gebunden ist, wobei die nicht gebundenen Enden der ausgestreckten Fasern durch Bürsten der ersten Oberfläche erhalten werden können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    es mehr von den ausgestreckten Cellulosefasern (7) in den erhabenen Bereichen (6) als in den vertieften Bereichen (5) gibt, und dadurch, dass
    die erste Oberfläche um mindestens 25 % mehr von den ausgestreckten Cellulosefasern (7) in den erhabenen Bereichen (6) aufweist als in den vertieften Bereichen (5).
  2. Tissue nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die erste Oberfläche um mindestens 50 % mehr von den ausgestreckten Cellulosefasern (7) in den erhabenen Bereichen (6) aufweist als in den vertieften Bereichen (5).
  3. Tissue nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die erste Oberfläche um mindestens 80 % mehr von den ausgestreckten Cellulosefasern (7) in den erhabenen Bereichen (6) aufweist als in den vertieften Bereichen (5).
  4. Tissue nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Prägemuster ein Mikro-Prägemuster ist, das durch Dehnverformung des Tissue herstellbar ist.
  5. Tissue nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die vertieften Bereiche (5) ein miteinander verbundenes Netzwerk bilden.
  6. Papierprodukt, wie ein Taschentuch oder ein Küchentuch oder Toilettenpapier, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt mindestens eines der Tissues(13) nach den Ansprüchen 1-5 umfasst und die erste Oberfläche von mindestens einem solchen Tissue eine Außenoberfläche des Papierprodukts bildet.
  7. Absorptionsartikel, umfassend eine Oberschicht, eine Unterschicht, einen Absorptionskern und ein Material, das den Absorptionskern umhüllt, wobei der Absorptionsartikel ferner ein Papier-Tissue (13) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 umfasst, wobei das Papier-Tissue vorzugsweise in dem Material enthalten ist, das den Absorptionskern umhüllt.
  8. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Papier-Tissue (13) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei das Tissue Cellulosefasern umfasst,
    wobei das Tissue eine erste und eine zweite Oberfläche aufweist,
    wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Prägen des Tissue durch Führen des Tissue zwischen zwei Walzen (9, 10), die einen Prägespalt bilden (8),
    - Bürsten von mindestens einer der Oberflächen des Tissue mit einer rotierenden Vorrichtung
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Verfahrensschritt des Bürstens anschließend an den Prägeschritt angewendet wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Prägeschritt ein Mikro-Prägeschritt ist, der durch Dehnverformung des Tissue erzeugt wird, ohne dass das Tissue lokal reißt.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Verfahrensschritt des Bürstens eine Bürstvorrichtung auf der ersten Oberfläche verwendet, ohne dass eine Gegenoberfläche an die zweite Oberfläche des Tissue angelegt wird.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Verfahrensschritt des Bürstens eine Bürstvorrichtung auf der ersten Oberfläche verwendet, wobei eine Gegenoberfläche an die zweite Oberfläche des Tissue angelegt wird.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenoberfläche eine Gegenwalze ist, die sich vorzugsweise dreht, und dadurch, dass die erste Oberfläche des Tissue in Kontakt mit der Gegenwalze steht, während die zweite Oberfläche des Tissue in Kontakt mit der Bürstvorrichtung steht, und dadurch, dass die zweite Oberfläche des Tissue, die in Kontakt mit der Bürstvorrichtung steht, konvex ist.
  13. Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 8, 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tissue in Bewegung ist und die Oberflächengeschwindigkeit der Bürstvorrichtung um zwischen 1,5 und 20 Mal höher ist als die Oberflächengeschwindigkeit des Tissue.
