Claims (8)
- Leistungsschalter für hohe Ströme und Niederspannung, enthaltendein Formgehäuse, das aus einem Unterteil (2) und einem Oberteil zusammengesetzt ist und durch parallel verlaufende Zwischenwände (5) mehrere Polräumen (6 ... 8) bildet,einen Betätigungsmechanismus (30), der ein Kniehebelsystem (34) aufweist und in feststehenden Seitenblenden (28) gelagert ist,Auslösemittel, die mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus (30) zusammenwirken,eine der Anzahl der Polräume (6 ... 8) entsprechende Anzahl von Kontakteinheiten (9 ... 11), die jeweils einen mit dem Unterteil (2) verbundenen feststehenden Kontakt (16) und mehrere parallel angeordnete bewegliche Kontaktfingern (18), die in einem U-förmigen Kontakthalter (24) gegen die Wirkung von Kontaktdruckfedern (26) begrenzt schwenkbar gelagert sind, sowie eine Lichtbogenlöscheinheit (20) enthalten, wobei die zu einem mittleren Polraum (7) gehörende Kontakteinheit (10) mit dem Kniehebelsystem (34) gelenkig gekoppelt ist,einen querliegenden, die Kontakthalter (24) aller Kontakteinheiten (9 ... 11) verbindenden Verbindungssteg (38), der einen mit isolierendem Formstoff umspritzten stangenartigen Stahlkern (40) enthält und angeformte Abschirmsegmente (56, 57) gegenüber für den Verbindungssteg (38) vorgesehenen Aussparungen (54) in den Zwischenwänden (5) aufweist,die Kontakthalter (24) aus isolierendem Formstoff bestehen und einstückig mit dem Verbindungssteg (38) verbunden sind, wobei der Stahlkern (40) oberhalb der Kontaktdruckfedern (26) verläuft, undein Halteblech (42) in einem mittleren Polraum (7) starr mit dem Verbindungssteg (38) verbunden, mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus (30) gelenkig gekoppelt und in den Seitenblenden (28) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschirmsegmente (56, 57) jeweils paarweise zu beiden Seiten der Zwischenwände (5) verlaufen.
- Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschirmsegmente in Nuten der Zwischenwände (5) eintauchen.
- Leistungsschalter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtbogenlöscheinheiten (20) mit seitlichen Einsätzen (58) bis kurz vor den Verbindungssteg (38) reichen.
- Leistungsschalter nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (58) aus gasendem Material bestehen.
- Leistungsschalter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteblech (42) U-förmig ausgebildet ist, mit seinen Außenschenkeln (46) den Kontakthalter (24) der mittleren Kontakteinheit (10) seitlich umgreift und mit mindestens einer endseitig an seinem Mittelschenkel (44) ausgebildeten Abwinkelung (48) an dem Verbindungssteg (38) befestigt ist.
- Leistungsschalter nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass etwa in der Mitte zwischen der mindestens einen Abwinklung (58) und den Lagerstellen (50) der Außenschenkel (46) in den Seitenblenden (28) untere Kniehebel (36) des Kniehebelsystems (34) an den Außenschenkeln (46) angelenkt sind.
- Leistungsschalter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eine Stützlasche (60) einerseits unbeweglich mit dem Kontakthalter (24) der beiden äußeren Kontakteinheiten (9, 11) verbunden und anderseits gelenkig im Unterteil (2) festgelegt ist.
