- the unit 5 (FIG. 2) has a housing 6 in which a motor 51 (FIG. 6) and a corresponding gearbox are housed.
- the motor 51 is on Hydraulic motor, expediently a radial piston motor.
- Out the unit 5 projects a section 12 of a drive shaft and on the free The end of this shaft section 12 is the head 30 of the present Attachment 1 attached.
- this head 30 is one Circular milling cutter or a milling head executed
- the housing 6 has a hollow main part or a jacket 7, which is essentially tubular or sleeve-shaped so that it is against each other opposite ends of this main part 7 openings. 2 lies one of these openings is at the top and the other of these openings is at the bottom. On the end portions of the jacket 7, which surround said openings one flange 71 or 72 attached.
- the main housing part 7 has essentially the shape of the shell of a cylinder.
- the outline of the cylinder 7 does not necessarily have to be circular.
- the Floor plan or cross section of the cylinder 7 can also be a composite To have shape.
- the cross section of a cylinder can have two arcs diameters of different sizes, the angular length of which is 180 degrees or something more. These arcs face each other, and in such a way that their ends face each other. About each other the circular arcs are connected to each other at opposite ends, if necessary with the interposition of a straight line.
- Such Design of the cross section of the housing shell 7 is for housing a hydraulic motor and an associated gearbox very much expedient because the gaps between those accommodated here Components of the unit and the peripheral wall 7 of the housing 6 can be kept small.
- the housing 6 further comprises a plate 8, which of the mentioned and shown in Fig. 2 above opening of the housing shell 7 is assigned. consequently this plate 8 closes the upper opening in the housing wall 7

That End region of the intermediate piece 15, which the smaller base area 18th is a bearing (not shown) for the protruding Shaft section 12 executed. A small length of this wave section 12 protrudes from the bearing or from the narrower area 18 of the shaped piece 15 out.
- the working head 30 of the attachment 1 is the working head 30 of the attachment 1 in a manner known per se interchangeably connected.
- the Working head 30 a milling head. This milling head 30 is designed so that it is Material of the surface to be processed can loosen.
- the milling head 30 has a disk-shaped base body 31, which with the free end of the protruding portion 12 of the drive shaft in the mentioned way is coupled. This shaft section 12 is in the middle of the Milling head base body 31 connected to this.
- the bottom of the Base body 31 of the milling head 30 is another and also assigned disk-shaped plate or a plate 32. About the The large surface facing the milling head base 31 is the plate 32 Base body 31 of the milling head 30 is also interchangeably attached.
- the Plate 32 serves as a carrier for milling tools 35. These milling tools 35 are on the side facing away from the milling head base body 31, i.e. at the bottom Side of the plate 32 interchangeably attached.
- the milling tools 35 Spread over the surface of the lower side of the support plate 32 so that the release the material layer 4 to be machined over the entire surface of the milling head 30 runs as evenly as possible and that the milling head 30 thus during operation of the attachment 1 experiences as little vibration as possible. This results in the attachment running smoothly.
- Such an arrangement the milling cutter 35 is shown in FIG. 3, which is explained in more detail below is explained.
- the respective milling tool 35 (FIGS. 4 and 5) comprises a cutting tool 36, which can be a diamond, for example.
- This cutting tool 36 is held in a known holding device 37.
- This holding device 37 is designed such that the cutting tool 36 in it Device 37 interchangeable and optionally also adjustable is.
- This holding device 37 is also designed so that the Cutting tool 36 via this holding device 37 to a support block 38 is connected, which is a further component of the milling tool 35 represents.
- the support block 38 is partially hollow. In a top view of the support block 38 has the outline of an elongated hexagon, as can be seen from Fig. 5. 3 is the location of each Milling tools 35 on the underside of the support plate 32 using the mentioned hexagons 38 indicated.
- the support block 38 has the contour of a trapezoid with inclined sides or walls 41 of different lengths converging and 42.
- the first of these inclined walls 41 runs when the milling tool 35 is mounted on the milling head 30, practically horizontally and it is for interchangeable connection on the underside of the plate 32 of the milling head 30 determined and trained.
- the first inclined wall 41 of the support block 38 can therefore also be referred to as the top wall of the support block 38.
- In 4 is a section of the carrier plate 31 and a section out of the substrate 4 to be machined with the milling head 30.
- the longitudinal axis A of the cutting tool 36 extends obliquely to described and horizontally extending connecting wall 41 of the support block 38, so that there is an angle alpha between the axis A of the Cutting tool 36 and the underside of the support plate 32 and between the axis A and the surface of the substrate 4.
- the respective Milling tool 35 is arranged on the milling head 30 so that the axis A of the Cutting tool 36 tangential to the direction of rotation D (Fig. 3) of the milling head 30 runs and is directed against this direction of rotation D (Fig. 4). This regardless of how far the respective milling tool 35 is from the center of the milling head 30 is located.
- the aforementioned inclination alpha of the axis A of the cutting tool 36 compared to a horizontal plane and thus also towards the machining substrate 4 is of the function of the milling head 30 important meaning. This is because this tendency enables alpha that the tip of the cutting tool 36 below the surface of the substrate 4 penetrates first and then, because the milling head 30 continues to rotate, the loosened Material of the substrate 4 lifts.
- the size of the angle alpha depends on Factors which in the respective application of the present Attachment prevail. That is why it is useful if there are sentences with interchangeable milling tools 35, in which the angle alpha has different values.
- the perpendicular to the axis A mentioned extend parallel to each other extending sides 47 and 48 of the support block 38 with the trapezoidal Profile.
- the second inclined wall 49 of the trapezoidal block 38 runs practically parallel to said axis A and it is shorter than the first inclined wall 41.
- the support block 38 also has longitudinal walls 39 and 40 on, which is between the side edges of the oblique extending or converging transverse walls 41 and 42 of the Support block 38 extend and so these transverse walls 41 and 42 together connect.
- the individual milling tools 35 are along an in distributed substantially spiral path B.
- a first milling tool 351 this row is in the beginning of spiral track B, this Milling tool 351 a small distance from the center S of the Carrying plates 32 is located.
- This minimum distance of the milling tool 351 from Center S of the plate 32 is mainly by half the width of the Support block 38 of this milling tool 351 given.
- the support block 38 in plan view the shape of an elongated hexagon.
- the longitudinal direction of such an elongated support block 38 is essentially tangential to the spiral path B.
- the distance also determines the distance of the beginning of the spiral B from the center S of the disc-shaped Carrier 32. From here, the spiral B opens in the direction of rotation D of the carrier 32.
- the second milling tool 352 lying on the spiral B is located itself at a somewhat greater distance from the center S, the Longitudinal direction of its support block also at least essentially extends tangentially to the direction of rotation of the milling head 30, etc. In this way there are another three milling tools 353, 354 and 355 on spiral track B arranged.
- the increasing distance between the individual milling tools 351 to 355 from the center S of the support plate 32 can also be specified in the manner by calling the radius on which the particular Milling tool 351 to 355.
- the increase in individual radius can a constant or a variable value
- the end located outside or from the center S of the carrier plate 32 the spiral B is at a distance from the outer edge 33 of the Carrier plate 32.
- the carrier plate 32 which between the End of the spiral B and the outer edge 33 of the plate 32 are still further milling cutter 35 arranged.
- the milling cutters 35 groups of which two are each diagonally opposite. The milling cutters 35 are within the assigned groups arranged the same.
- Fig. 7 shows a further embodiment of the milling head 20, which is the Shaft 12 and the intermediate piece 15, however, in practically the same way can be assigned.
- the base body 21 of this milling head 20 is in the essentially cylindrical.
- Such a base body 21 has one cylindrical jacket wall 22 and an upper plate 23 and a lower Plate 24 on.
- the upper plate 23 is with the upper edge of the jacket 22 and the lower plate 24 is firmly connected to the lower edge of the jacket 22.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an attachment to a construction machine.
For example, in construction it is necessary in certain cases to have one Removing a layer from a material, for example from concrete. If those Material layer is the old covering of an entire street, then are mobile Milling known that can remove such a covering over a large area. Such milling machines are built accordingly large. In eliminating Layers of material inside a cavity, such as in a tunnel, in a factory building, etc., it is sometimes necessary to add a layer of material to climb on the wall or even on the ceiling of the cavity. For such purposes, there are no machines, so the elimination such layers of material are usually done with the help of a breaker. This type of removal of surface layers also has the Disadvantage that the chisel of the hammer is usually longer than the depth of the layer to be removed, so that the surface of the layer to be removed Layer is loosened, which is usually very much for the subsequent work is disadvantageous.
The object of the present invention is that mentioned and others Eliminate disadvantages of the prior art.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by an attachment at the beginning
mentioned genus solved, which in the characterizing part of
The
Zirkularfräse bzw. ein Fräskopf ausgeführt The unit 5 (FIG. 2) has a
In Fig. 2 liegt
An
72 angebracht. Der Gehäusehauptteil 7 hat im
wesentlichen die Form des Mantels eines Zylinders. The
unterschiedlich grossen Durchmessern umfassen, deren Winkellänge 180 Grad
The outline of the
anzuschliessen.
The
Kopplungsvorrichtung 10 zusammenhalten.The
erreichen.The
The
Through the
Fräskopfgrundkörpers 31 an diesen angeschlossen.
The milling
In
genannten Sechsecke 38 angedeutet. The respective milling tool 35 (FIGS. 4 and 5) comprises a
In
In a side view (FIG. 4), the
From the flat surface of the first
The longitudinal axis A of the
unterschiedliche Werte aufweist. The aforementioned inclination alpha of the axis A of the
verbinden. The perpendicular to the axis A mentioned extend parallel to each other

des Trägers 32.In the middle or inner area of the underside of the

gleich angeordnet. The end located outside or from the center S of the
Basically, it is about the distribution of the
Fig. 7 shows a further embodiment of the milling
In jener Oberfläche
Fig. 8 shows a still further embodiment of the
It is understood that the tools of this attachment are also can be designed differently than described here in detail.
Lecköl aus dem Motor 51 zurückgeführt werden kann.6 is a diagram of a possible hydraulic drive of the

an sich bekannte Quelle (nicht dargestellt) der Flüssigkeit angeschlossen ist.9 shows a still further embodiment of the present device,
