Claims (11)
- Dispositif (01) pour préparer un rouleau de matériau (02) pour un changeur de rouleaux, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de projection (08) est disposé, en ce que le dispositif de projection (08) projette des contours et/ou des positions prédéterminés sur la surface périphérique (13) du rouleau de matériau (02).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avec le dispositif de projection (08), le contour du flan à fabriquer, à l'amorce de bande du rouleau de matériau (02), et/ou la position des étiquettes (14) appliquées, en particulier des étiquettes de pointes (16), pour la fixation de l'amorce de bande sur le rouleau de matériau (02) et/ou le contour des faces libres (17) à maintenir libres pour un entraînement par courroie, et/ou le contour des colles (18) à appliquer pour la liaison de l'amorce de bande à une bande en défilement, et/ou la position des étiquettes à commutation à appliquer, sur la surface périphérique (13) du rouleau de matériau (02) peuvent être projetés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de projection (08) présente au moins une unité à laser (08), à l'aide de laquelle un rayon laser (12) peut être projeté sur la surface périphérique (13) du rouleau de matériau (02), le rayon à laser (12) étant susceptible d'être dévié, de manière que le rayon de laser (12) balaye la surface périphérique (13) du rouleau de matériau (02), de manière correspondante à la structure à projeter, avec une fréquence prédéterminée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le rayon laser (12) balaie avec une fréquence d'au moins 30 Hertz la structure à projeter sur la surface périphérique (13) du rouleau de matériau (02).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le rayon laser (12) est susceptible d'être dévié à l'aide de miroirs montés de façon oscillante.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de projection (08) est réalisé à la façon d'un projecteur d'images, par exemple à la façon d'un projecteur de diapositives, ou d'un projecteur d'images d'ordinateurs.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de projection (08) est disposé à une distance de 0,5 m à 5 m, en particulier à une distance d'environ 2 m, de la surface périphérique (13) du rouleau de matériau (02).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, avec le dispositif de projection (08), des structures peuvent être projetées avec une résolution d'au moins 0,2 mm, en particulier avec une résolution de 0,12 mm, sur la surface périphérique (13) du rouleau de matériau (02).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les données de description de la structure plate prédéterminée peuvent être produites sur un poste de travail CAO (11) et sont transmissibles au dispositif de projection (08), en tant que données servant à la description de la structure à projeter.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, pour éviter des distorsions, les données servant à la description de la structure plate prédéterminée, lors du calcul des données servant à la description de la structure à projeter, sont converties en fonction du diamètre du rouleau de matériau (02).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de projection (08) est disposé sur un support de rouleau pour impression en héliogravure.
