Claims (9)

  1. Hitzebeständiges Hybridgarn, umfassend mindestens einen Faden (2), hergestellt mit einem Verstärkungskern aus Fasergespinst mit hohem Modul und hoher Resistenz auf der Grundlage eines organischen oder anorganischen Materials und einer Abdeckung (4) aus klassischen langen oder kurzen Fasern mit niedrigem Modul, wobei die anderen Fäden (5) aus klassischen langen oder kurzen Fasern mit niedrigem Modul sind, wobei diese anderen Fäden angebracht sind, um den Schutz der Abdeckung des Fadens oder der Fäden (2) mit Verstärkungskern (3) sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem Zwirnfaden gebildet ist, in dem die verschiedenen Fäden (2, 5) durch Drehung verbunden sind und dadurch, dass er eine Bedingung des Ausgleichs der Drehungen gemäß der folgenden Formel erfüllt: 0 , 85 α T t K ac 0 , 9 α T t

  2. Hybridgarn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei Fäden (2, 5) umfasst, wobei der eine (2) einen Verstärkungskern (3) umfasst, und wobei der andere (5) klassische lange und kurze Fasern mit niedrigem Modul umfasst.
  3. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewichtskonzentration des Kerngespinsts (3) bezüglich des Gesamtgewichts des Garns (6) zwischen 23 und 35 % liegt.
  4. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern, die für die Durchführung des Verstärkungskerns (3) verwendet werden, ein Modul von mehr als 40 G Pa und eine Bruchresistenz von mehr als 13 cN/dtex aufweisen.
  5. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern, die für die Durchführung des Verstärkungskerns (3) verwendeten werden, unter dem Polyparaphenylen-Terephtalamid (PPTA), Polybenzydizoxazol (PBO) und Polyethylen (PE) mit hohem Molekulargewicht ausgewählt werden.
  6. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern mit niedrigem Modul, die für die Abdeckung (4) des Verstärkungskerns (3) und für die Durchführung des oder der anderen Fadens/Fäden (5) verwendet werden, unter dem Metaaramid und dem Polyamidimid ausgewählt werden.
  7. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern mit niedrigem Modul, die für die Abdeckung (4) des Verstärkungskerns (3) und für die Durchführung des oder der anderen Fadens/Fäden (5) verwendet werden, aus polymeren in der Masse feuerfest Fasern bestehen.
  8. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern mit niedrigem Modul, die für die Abdeckung (4) des Verstärkungskerns (3) und für die Durchführung des oder der anderen Fadens/Fäden (5) verwendet werden, aus pflanzlichen Fasern, feuerfest behandelt oder nicht, bestehen.
  9. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines seiner Bestandteile eine Fraktion von Fasern enthält, die elektrostatische Ladungen leiten oder abführen.
