- a second hypothesis is that there is an anomaly in the operation of the gun, detected by the counting of the tips laid, which do not correspond to the total of the tips stored at the start in the gun. The latter can go back to try again a pose, but in the event of another failure the gun is taken back to the rack 10 and replaced by another, as in the previous case. All these maneuvers are obviously managed by computer, and the information “empty gun” or “gun stopped” is displayed on the screen of the control console. The machine thus makes it possible to obtain a high hourly rate of poses of points.
